背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对面料的要求不再局限于保暖、舒适等原有的基本特性，人们更希望能享受进一步的功能。除了对防水性能的要求提高外，还需要其柔软，弹性性能好等优点，传统面料的织物在存在着功能单一现象，虽然美观但是不能同时兼具具备防水、防污和透气的特性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足，而提供一种设计合理、结构简单、防水防污、透气性好的径向麂皮绒复合面料。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种径向麂皮绒复合面料，包括基布层和面布层，所述基布层和面布层之间通过黏胶层连接，所述黏胶层上分布有透气小孔，所述基布层为经纱及纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为涤纶纤维和纳米纤维加捻而成，所述纬纱涤纶纤维和竹炭纤维加捻而成，所述基布层下表面为起绒面，所述起绒面由基布层的经纱起绒而成；所述面布层为经纱及纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为涤纶纤维和纳米纤维加捻而成，所述纬纱涤纶纤维和竹炭纤维加捻而成，所述面布层的侧面和上表面包裹有聚四氟乙烯膜。黏胶层上分布有透气小孔，以起到透气的效果，能够及时排除基布层和面布层内气体；纳米纤维采用的是尼龙纤维，尼龙纤维使得面料表面能够成一层稳定的气体薄膜，形成双疏性界面，可防水，又可防油等污渍，竹炭纤维使得面料具有良好的透气性能；面布层的侧面和上表面包裹在聚四氟乙烯膜内，形成一个半封闭的结构，使得污渍不会侵入到面料内部，保证良好的抗污效果。
作为优选，纳米纤维采用的是尼龙纤维。
作为优选，起绒面的起绒长度为0.8-1.0mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果：1、黏胶层上分布有透气小孔，以起到透气的效果，能够及时排除基布层和面布层内气体；2、纳米纤维采用的是尼龙纤维，尼龙纤维使得面料表面能够成一层稳定的气体薄膜，形成双疏性界面，可防水，又可防油等污渍，竹炭纤维使得面料具有良好的透气性能；3、面布层的侧面和上表面包裹在聚四氟乙烯膜内，形成一个半封闭的结构，使得污渍不会侵入到面料内部，保证良好的抗污效果。
