因汽车和移动电子设备的普及,很多移动电子设备又兼有导航等多种功能,一种便于移动电子设备放置于车内的支架随之出现,目前市场上传统的移动电子设备支架多采用吸盘或插入车内出风口的方式固定于车内,以供使用者使用,因每人使用习惯和用途各异,经常需要调整移动电子设备的角度以便于使用者使用,通常支架的设计为包括一个基座,基座上设有连杆,连杆上固设有万向球,夹持电子移动设备的夹持部安装在万向球上,使用时将电子移动设备放入夹持部使用,但是实际使用过程中,单纯调整角度已经不能完全满足消费者需要,因为身高和开车习惯原因,又因每个车可防止支架的平面位置不确定,就需要仅调整支架,就可以达到移动电子设备与驾驶人的远近和上下位置的调整,现有的支架无法满足这种需要。

使用过程中,用基座上设有的吸盘将支架固定在预设位置,将移动电子设备放入安装在伸缩活动杆万向球上的夹持部,通过伸缩套筒上卡块与壳体卡口的连接,使得伸缩活动杆的可在伸缩套筒和壳体内前后移动,伸缩套筒上设有的四个止挡脚为向外凸起的止挡块,可被伸缩套筒一端止挡,以防止伸缩活动杆被向外拉出脱离伸缩套筒和壳体,四个止挡脚在壳体内的四条滑槽内运动,又保证了伸缩活动杆前后滑动的平顺性和稳定性,伸缩套筒内装有两颗波珠螺丝,将伸缩活动杆先套入伸缩套筒,再套入壳体,伸缩活动杆通过伸缩套筒前后滑动,伸缩套筒内的两颗波珠螺丝的钢珠在伸缩活动杆滑动时受到挤压向内收缩,当对准伸缩活动杆上限位凹槽时,钢珠弹出抵住限位凹槽,固定伸缩活动杆的位置,通过伸缩活动杆上等差排列的若干个限位凹槽与两个波珠螺丝钢珠的相抵限位,以调整伸缩活动杆的伸缩距离,即时收缩,快捷稳定,达到调整移动电子设备与使用者远近距离的调节,壳体通过螺丝的螺母紧固的方式安装在基座上,就可以通过螺丝上的手持旋转部松开连接,以调整壳体与基座结合角度,调整到适合的角度后锁紧螺丝和螺母,壳体和基座支撑臂的结合部都设有的止滑槽相互咬合,防止角度发生偏移,达到上下角度调整的目的。
