它利用挤塑机或拉铝条机挤、拉出各种不同横切
面的中空塑料管或合金铝管。然后根据其内空形状
插入相应的木材条，使它成为既有塑料金属的美观，
又有木材的便于锯、钉、作榫打眼的加工性能，使它
成为建筑、门窗、商店柜台、货架、美术画框的又廉价
又高档的理想材料。

金属木塑复合方条，属于内部有空腔的建筑构件。
目前，建筑、家俱和画框边大量使用的还是木质方条料。采用这种木质方条料必须耗费大量人工，涂料进行涂装加工，涂漠很薄，不论美观上和保护木材能力上都很差。如采用塑料方条材料，虽然美观，但没有木 材方料那种直纹韧性。榫头结合钉钉上木螺丝的优良性。采用合金铝及不锈钢，根本无法作榫头接合和钉钉接合。只能依靠固定的配套螺丝配件将它组合。与脆硬的玻璃结合防震性差，而且造价高。
本实用新型木塑复合方条，是为了改进以上方条的不足，而采用中空塑料、或合金外壳，内装木蕊作骨架，既有塑料金属的美观，又有木材直纹韧性，还能作榫结合、钉钉结合。成本又低。
本实用新型金属木塑复合方条，分塑料或金属外壳、木蕊和装配三道工序。
金属塑料外壳是用挤塑机或拉铝机，挤、拉出各种所需要的中空塑料或金属方条。或半包式的开放型塑料方条、或金属方条。然后根据内空大小形状加工成同样大小的木材方条，并将木条（3）插入外壳（2）内空中（木条上先涂上胶再插入更好），还可先将木条做成成品，再包开放型外壳（4）。
本实用新型的附图说明，图一为金属木塑画框方条断面图，木蕊（3）插入塑壳（2）中，缺口地方配画板（1）；图二为半包式金属木塑画框方条断面图，将开放型塑壳（4）扣包在木蕊（3）上。
实施例一用挤塑机挤出塑壳（2）的中空塑料件，截成2米长规格，再根据塑料条内空形状，用木工锯床锯成同样形状稍细一些的木条，然后将木条（3）插入塑料条（2）内空中，即成金属木塑复合方条。再锯成132cm和66cm方料各2根，将各根端部锯成45°角，四边按角配合，后面用小马钉或侧面用钉子钉牢，最后装上画板（1）再用小钉压住画板。实施例二先将木蕊按实施例一方法钉成画框后，再将开放型塑壳锯成同长度、角度，扣包在画框四边上。
本实用新型金属木塑复合方条由于采用了塑料外壳或金属外壳并装入木材蕊子，使它既有塑料金属的美观，又有木材的直纹韧性，具备与木材相同的锯、钉、作榫结合的加工性能，它与木材方条一样能与木板塑板、玻璃板结合很好，是门窗、家俱、商店柜台、货架、美术画框的理想材料。

1、一种属于内部有空腔的建筑构件，金属木塑复合方条，其特征在于由中空塑料或金属外壳(2)内空中插入木蕊(3)构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属木塑复合方条，其特征在于外壳（2）可以作成全内空式，也可作成半包式开放型。
