本实用新型为一种印刷电路式变压器,其包含 有:
一线圈组,该线圈组由数个线圈基片胶叠而成, 而线圈基片的线圈为印刷电路所形成,该线圈组设有 数个引出端子,以便外接导线;
一铁心,该铁心与线圈组组合后,即形成变压 器。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种印刷电路式变压器。
习用的变压器多采用人工辅以机器的方式绕线而成的线包,此种结构的变压器,制作费时费工,其绕线技术的好坏对质量影响很大,故人工成份影响甚大,因此品质不易稳定,常有漏电及接触不良的产品产生。
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种印刷电路式变压器,其以印刷电路代替习用漆包线绕线的方式,因此适合于自动化生产,且无论产量及品质都较传统方式为佳,具有工业实用价值。
本实用新型的印刷电路式变压器,其包含有一线圈组及一铁心,所述线圈组由线圈基片胶叠而成,而线圈基片为形成有线圈状电路的印刷电路板,各线圈基片的圈状电路顺次连通;所述线圈组设有用以外接导线的引出端子。
以下举较佳实施例配合附图进一步说明本实用新型的结构特征及目的。

图2为图1所示线圈基片的组合图。
图3为本实用新型一实施例的成品的立体图。
图1所示,为本实用新型的部分线圈基片的视图,线圈基片为一印刷电路板,其中的电路路径形成圈状。
请参阅图2,其是将图1中各线圈基片重叠胶合,各基片线圈电路间以焊锡顺次连结,构成一线圈组。
再请参看图3,将图2中线圈组1包上铁心2,而线圈组1可设数个用以外接导线的引出端子3,而形成一变压器。
制造本实用新型可依下述步骤进行:
一、首先计算出变压器的线圈圈数;
二、依其所需圈数及铁蕊窗尺寸来规划出印刷电路式变压器的基片层数及单层的圈数;
三、再依印刷电路式变压器铁蕊窗的尺寸绘出每一层所需的圈数及引出端的位置;
四、将所绘出的每一单层圈数的黑白稿,利用照相制版及制造印刷电路版的方法来制出每一单层线圈基片;
五、将各个相关线圈基片以积木式组合并用胶叠合,且其连接点以焊锡连结构成线圈组;
六、将各引出端子接出而成印刷电路式变压器所需的线圈组;
七、最后装上铁蕊,及用一般处理变压器的方法处理。
通过上述步骤制作的本实用新型的印刷电路式变压器,其制作简单,质量可靠,非常适合于工业化生产。

1、一种印刷电路式变压器,其包含有一线圈组及一铁心,其特征在于,所述线圈组由线圈基片胶叠而成,而线圈基片为形成有线圈状电路的印刷电路板,各线圈基片的圈状电路顺次连通;所述线圈组设有用以外接导线的引出端子。
