现有的面包车的充电口结构不合理,充电时,充电口盖搭在充电枪上,影响充电枪拔出,且现有的面包车的充电口盒容易积水,使用效果差。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种面包车B柱下侧的塑料充电口结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种面包车B柱下侧的塑料充电口结构,包括充电口盖、充电口盒、扭簧、销轴和磁铁,所述销轴穿设于充电口盖上,充电口盖通过销轴转动连接在充电口盒上,扭簧套设于销轴上,且扭簧的一端抵触在充电口盖上,另一端抵触在充电口盒上,磁铁设于充电口盖的内壁面上,在充电口盒上设有磁吸铁片,磁铁与磁吸铁片相互吸合;
所述充电口盒的内腔底面为斜面结构,内腔底面的倾斜方向沿着充电口盖的方向向外倾斜。
进一步地,所述充电口盖上设有安装槽,磁铁固定于安装槽内。
进一步地,所述充电口盖上设有扣手槽,扣手槽置于安装槽一侧。

如图1和图2,本实用新型一种面包车B柱下侧的塑料充电口结构,包括充电口盖1、充电口盒2、扭簧3、销轴4和磁铁5,销轴4穿设于充电口盖1上,充电口盖1通过销轴4转动连接在充电口盒2上,扭簧3套设于销轴4上,且扭簧3的一端抵触在充电口盖1上,另一端抵触在充电口盒2上。磁铁5设于充电口盖1的内壁面上,在充电口盒2上设有磁吸铁片,磁铁5与磁吸铁片相互吸合。
充电口盒2的内腔底面为斜面结构,内腔底面的倾斜方向沿着充电口盖1的方向向外倾斜。充电口盖1底面为斜面结构可以避免积水。
在充电口盖1上设有安装槽11,磁铁5固定于安装槽11内。盖板通过磁铁与壳体吸合,起到盖板锁止的作用。在充电时,将充电口盖1翻转,此时磁铁5吸附在面包车的车身皮上,避免充电口盖1搭在充电枪上。
充电口盖1上设有扣手槽12,扣手槽12置于安装槽11一侧,扣手槽方便操作。

所述充电口盒(2)的内腔底面为斜面结构,内腔底面的倾斜方向沿着充电口盖(1)的方向向外倾斜。
2.如权利要求1所述的面包车B柱下侧的塑料充电口结构,其特征在于:所述充电口盖(1)上设有安装槽(11),磁铁(5)固定于安装槽(11)内。
