本实用新型涉及一种充电桩的快速安装底座,属于充电桩技术领域。
背景技术
充电桩,指的是一类用来给电动车辆充电的装置设备,其一般包括金属铁质的充电桩主机和若干个充电连接线。在充电桩的使用过程中,就要求其具有一定的安装稳定性,能抗一定程度的拉扯强度,避免在充电连接线受到意外拉扯时容易发生倾倒的问题。目前,现有的安装底座结构比较复杂,拆装不方便,并且防盗性能也较差。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,操作方便,采用配重式自锁机构,拆装方便、快捷的充电桩的快速安装底座。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为一种充电桩的快速安装底座,包括底座本体及安装在底座本体上的充电桩主机,所述充电桩主机的四周固定有支撑块,所述支撑块的底部竖直设置有锁杆,所述锁杆上设置有卡槽,所述充电桩主机的底部设置有隔板,所述隔板的底部设置有空腔,所述底座本体的中部设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽壁上设置有插装孔,所述充电桩主机插装在安装槽内,支撑块位于安装槽的顶部,锁杆插入插装孔内,所述安装槽的中心还安装有立柱,所述立柱上安装有配重块,所述配重块的底部设置有缓冲块,所述安装槽的四周设置有多个支撑柱,每个所述支撑块的顶部均安装有导向套,每个所述导向套内均安装有锁销,所述锁销的一端用于卡在锁杆的卡槽内,另一端通过连板相连接,所述连板和配重块之间设置有驱动连杆,所述驱动连杆分别与连板、配重块铰接在一起。
优选的,所述驱动连杆的中部设置有活动长孔,所述活动长孔内设置有销轴,所述销轴安装在立杆的顶部,所述立杆安装在安装槽的底部。
优选的,所述立柱上设置有水平杆,所述水平杆的两端均设置有勾槽,所述配重块的两侧设置有拉绳。
优选的,所述支撑块和安装槽的顶面之间设置有防水胶片。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下技术效果:本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,充电桩主体通过锁杆插装在底座上,然后再利用设置在充电桩主体底部的配重块驱动连杆及锁销移动,使锁销卡入锁杆的卡槽内,实现充电桩主体的锁定;打开时只需向上提拉配重块,使锁销与卡槽分离即可;并且整个闭锁机构位于充电桩主体的内部下方,也大大提高了充电桩的防盗性能。

为了使本实用新型所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1至图3所示,一种充电桩的快速安装底座,包括底座本体1及安装在底座本体1上的充电桩主机2,充电桩主机2的四周固定有支撑块3,支撑块3的底部竖直设置有锁杆4,锁杆4上设置有卡槽5,充电桩主机2的底部设置有隔板6,隔板6的底部设置有空腔7,底座本体1的中部设置有安装槽8,安装槽8的槽壁上设置有插装孔9,充电桩主机2插装在安装槽8内,支撑块3位于安装槽8的顶部,锁杆4插入插装孔9内,安装槽8的中心还安装有立柱10,立柱10上安装有配重块11,配重块11的底部设置有缓冲块12,安装槽8的四周设置有多个支撑柱13,每个支撑柱13的顶部均安装有导向套14,每个导向套14内均安装有锁销15,锁销15的一端用于卡在锁杆4的卡槽5内,另一端通过连板16相连接,连板16和配重块11之间设置有驱动连杆17,驱动连杆17分别与连板16、配重块11铰接在一起。
本实用新型在使用时,底座本体1固定完成后,将充电桩主机2放置在安装槽8上,充电桩主机2四周的支撑块3与充电桩一体连接,锁杆4插入插装孔9内,安装槽8支撑支撑块3,对充电桩主体进行固定,然后打开充电桩主机的主机门,并打开隔板6,将配重块11放下,配重块11通过驱动连杆17控制锁销15沿导向套14移动并伸出,使锁销15卡在锁杆4的卡槽5内,完成充电柱主机的自锁。打开时,将配重块拉起即可。
其中,驱动连杆17的中部设置有活动长孔18,活动长孔18内设置有销轴19,销轴19安装在立杆20的顶部,立杆20安装在安装槽8的底部。驱动连杆17能够销轴19进行限位,能够保证驱动连杆受力更加合理,能够使锁销伸缩更加自由、顺畅。立柱10上设置有水平杆21,水平杆21的两端均设置有勾槽22,配重块11的两侧设置有拉绳23。水平杆主要是为了固定配重块11,通过拉绳23拉起配重块,拉起后直接挂在水平杆的勾槽22上,操作方便。
此外,支撑块3和安装槽8的顶面之间设置有防水胶片24。防水胶片能够提高安装槽的密封性,起到防水的效果。

1.一种充电桩的快速安装底座,包括底座本体及安装在底座本体上的充电桩主机,其特征在于:所述充电桩主机的四周固定有支撑块,所述支撑块的底部竖直设置有锁杆,所述锁杆上设置有卡槽,所述充电桩主机的底部设置有隔板,所述隔板的底部设置有空腔,所述底座本体的中部设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽壁上设置有插装孔,所述充电桩主机插装在安装槽内,支撑块位于安装槽的顶部,锁杆插入插装孔内,所述安装槽的中心还安装有立柱,所述立柱上安装有配重块,所述配重块的底部设置有缓冲块,所述安装槽的四周设置有多个支撑柱,每个所述支撑块的顶部均安装有导向套,每个所述导向套内均安装有锁销,所述锁销的一端用于卡在锁杆的卡槽内,另一端通过连板相连接,所述连板和配重块之间设置有驱动连杆,所述驱动连杆分别与连板、配重块铰接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电桩的快速安装底座,其特征在于:所述驱动连杆的中部设置有活动长孔,所述活动长孔内设置有销轴,所述销轴安装在立杆的顶部,所述立杆安装在安装槽的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电桩的快速安装底座,其特征在于:所述立柱上设置有水平杆,所述水平杆的两端均设置有勾槽,所述配重块的两侧设置有拉绳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电桩的快速安装底座,其特征在于:所述支撑块和安装槽的顶面之间设置有防水胶片。
