背景技术
目前养殖行业饲料输送(从料塔到计量桶/喂食器，或者养殖舍内循环供料)管道转向，主要是通过带有转向轮的转角来实现传输方向的转换，目前国内的转角轮有以下几种：注塑外壳转角轮、铸铝外壳转角轮。
但是，现有技术中是转角轮，其缺点是使用寿命短，传动稳定性差：塑料制品易老化磨损，铸铝重量重、螺丝多、安装复杂、耗费工时。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于输送饲料的转角轮，以解决现有技术中转角轮使用寿命短，传动稳定性差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种用于输送饲料的转角轮，包括壳体和设置在壳体内的转角轮，所述壳体上设置有出料口、进料口和转角轮腔，
所述壳体包括上壳体和下壳体，所述上壳体和所述下壳体结构对称，所述上壳体和下壳体通过固定螺钉固定在一起，所述上壳体和所述下壳体均包括一次冲压成型的转角轮腔和料腔，所述料腔围绕所述转角轮腔设置，
所述上壳体和所述下壳体之间还设置有上皮垫和下皮垫，
所述转角轮通过转角轮轴设置在上壳体和下壳体之间的空腔中，所述转角轮轴上还设置有球轴承，所述球轴承与所述转角轮轴之间还设置有垫圈。
可选的：所述料腔设置有90°拐角。
可选的：所述转角轮轴为转角滚轮轴承。

其中，壳体包括上壳体1和下壳体2，上壳体1和下壳体2结构对称，上壳体1和下壳体2通过固定螺钉固定在一起，上壳体1和下壳体2均为由热镀锌板材一次冲压成型的，在本实用新型的实施例中，上壳体1和下壳体2均设置有转角轮腔和料腔，料腔围绕转角轮腔设置，转角轮腔内设置有转角轮3，料腔内设置有链条，饲料在链条带动下从料腔的进料口进入，从料腔的出料口出来，在本实用新型的实施例中，料腔设置有90°拐角，所以饲料可以在转角轮的带动下使流动方向改变90°。
另外，在上壳体1和下壳体2之间还设置有上皮垫4和下皮垫5，用于密封上壳体1和下壳体2，确保良好的密封性，防潮防水。
转角轮3通过转角轮轴6设置在上壳体1和下壳体2之间的空腔中，转角轮轴6上还设置有球轴承7，球轴承7与转角轮轴6之间还设置有垫圈8，在本实用新型的实施例中，转角轮轴6为转角滚轮轴承，可以减小链条磨损，转角轮3为推旋式结构，且可以适当增加转角轮3的接触面积，减小链条中断事故发生的可能性，而且还不容易积料，不会造成饲料干结发霉的现象。
在出料口和进料口上均设置有调节卡箍9，用于根据链条的大小调节进料口和出料口的直径，防止进料口和出料口与链条尺寸不符，影响饲料的运输效率。
