Abstract
一种可以破碎粘性物料的打击式破碎机，由电动
机、减速机、转动轴以及固定在转轴上的打击件和弹
性材料筒体构成。转动时，转动轴带动打击件打击物
料达到破碎目的。粘性被破碎物料被甩在筒体上，由
于筒壁具有弹性，物料不易粘附在壁上。当长期使
用，壁上有粘附时，撞击外壁，物料即被振下，从而解
决了粘性物料的破碎问题。
Description
本实用新型属于机械类，涉及到普通打击式破碎机的材质和结构的改进。
现有立式链破机、卧式破碎机、锤式破碎机等，具有刚性筒体，由链条或重锤打击要破碎的物体达到破碎的目的。对于硬性物料的破碎，一般都可以达到较为理想的结果。但是，对于粘性物料的破碎，由于物料易粘附于筒体上，常常造成物料粘结堵塞，破碎机无法连续工作，必须停机清理、打巴，使设备的生产能力下降及工人劳动量增加、条件恶劣。
本实用新型在于用一种弹性材料代替刚性材料做破碎机的筒体。粘性待破碎块料被破碎后，被甩在筒体上，由于筒壁具有弹性，物料被反弹下来。在长期使用中，筒壁也会出现粘附。当我们敲击外筒，声音沉闷，即可发现。这时，也不必停机清理，只需用重锤敲击外壁，粘附的物料便会被振下，从而解决了物料粘附问题。
一般破碎机由钢制筒体、转轴及连接在转轴上的打击件、电动机、轴承箱等组成。本实用新型是采用弹性材料，如橡胶皮、软塑料皮等代替刚性材料制成破碎机筒体，并将原轴承箱从筒体内移至筒体外。
图1给出立式链破机实用新型的实施例示意图。
由钢支架（6）、钢制园形盖板（10）组成设备骨架，以支撑整个设备。在盖板（10）的外缘下边捍有钢垫板（9），垫板（9）为环形。在垫板外面用弹性材料围成筒体（7），用钢制环形压条（8）将其压在垫板（9）上，并用螺检（11）紧固在垫板（9）上。在筒体竖直方向也有两根支撑条（4）和压条（5），用螺栓固定弹性材料筒体（7）。弹性材料筒体（7）可以是一定厚度的橡胶皮或软塑料皮。软塑料皮可以是聚四氟乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等。在盖板（10）的中心装有转动轴（1），在转动轴（1）的下部装有两层链条作打击件（2），在转动轴的上部有从筒体内移到筒体外的轴承箱（13），以支承转动轴。转动轴由联轴器和电动机（14）联结。当电动机（14）开启后，转轴（1）旋转，带动打击件（2）旋转。被破碎物料由盖板上面开口（12）处加入，被甩动的链条式打击件（2）打击破碎。破碎后的物料由侧门出口（3）送出。由于弹性材料筒体（7）不断被物料振动，故粘性物料不易粘结壁上。如长期运转，筒体（7）被物料粘结，可在筒体（7）外壁加力，物料即被振下。
本实用新型用在化工氮磷钾复合肥料生产中破碎块状普通过磷酸钙，取得令人十分满意的效果。使用本实用新型前，每班操作人员要停机清理4－5次，严重时达十余次。使用本实用新型后，只要每小时对弹性筒体四周敲打一下，不需停机。可提高破碎机效率15％。并且，零部件的使用寿命延长，维修工作量减少。

1、一种破碎粘性物料的打击式破碎机由电动机(14)、轴承箱(13)、转动轴(1)、打击件(2)及筒体(7)组成，其特征在于筒体(7)用弹性材料制成，并固定在钢支撑架(6)和盖板(10)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性材料是用橡胶皮。
3、根据权利要求1所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性材料是用软塑料。
4、根据权利要求1和3所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性软塑料是用聚四氯乙烯。
5、根据权利要求1和3所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性软塑料是用聚氯乙烯。
6、根据权利要求1和3所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性软塑料是用聚丙烯。
7、根据权利要求1和3所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性软塑料是用聚乙烯。
8、根据权利要求1所述的破碎机，其特征在于筒体（7）弹性软塑料是用垫板（9）和压条（8）、支撑条（4）和压条（5），以螺栓紧固在园形盖板（10）上。
9、根据权利要求1所述的破碎机，其特征在于将轴承箱（13）从筒体内部移到外部。
