背景技术
目前,我国对环境保护工作越来越重视,环保部门着力解决大气排放物造成的雾霾问题,造纸厂在加工工艺过程中会产生有毒有害的提起,因此需要专门的废气处理系统对废气进行处理后才能排放到大气中,而目前的废气处理系统,处理废气不达标,有害物质处理不完全,无法满足我国的环保要求。

为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种废气处理装置,该装置分阶段对废气进行过滤吸收净化,确保废气的排放达到标准,而且该装置布局合理,结构紧凑,成本较低,处理效率高。

一种废气处理装置,包括换热水箱、布袋除尘器、废气处理塔、吸收装置和烟囱,所述换热水箱内穿设有废气管路,废气管路的一端为第一进气口,废气管路的另一端为第一出气口,第一进气口和第一出气口均伸出换热水箱外,所述换热水箱中的废气管路为U形,在U形废气管路的最低处设有排污管,排污管上设有排污阀门;所述布袋除尘器包括壳体,壳体的下端设有第二进气口,壳体的上端设有第二出气口,第二进气口与第一出气口连通,壳体内固定有花板,壳体的底部设有集料斗,壳体的上部从侧面伸入有喷吹管,喷吹管位于花板的上部,喷吹管下方设有若干喷嘴,喷嘴与花板上设置的花板孔相对应,花板孔的下方设有滤袋,壳体在滤袋的下方设有固定横杆,滤袋内有柱形弹簧,滤袋的外侧底部设有与柱形弹簧底部连接的连接件,连接件的一端隔着滤袋与柱形弹簧底部连接,连接件的另一端与固定横杆连接;所述废气处理塔的下端设有第三进气口,废气处理塔的上端设有第三出气口,第三进气口与第二出气口连通,废气处理塔的顶部设有吸收喷淋装置,吸收喷淋装置包括位于废气处理塔内部的若干个喷淋头和位于废气处理塔外部与喷淋头连接的水箱,喷淋头分别位于废气处理塔的顶部和侧壁,废气处理塔的中部的侧壁上设有若干倾斜的横向导向板,废气处理塔的底部为弧形,在弧形的最低处设有废液出口;所述吸收装置的下端设有第四进气口,吸收装置的上端设有第四出气口,第四进气口与第三出气口连通,吸收装置内从下到上依次为颗粒陶瓷层、活性炭吸附层、紫外发生装置层和过滤棉层;第四出气口与烟囱连通,第四出气口处连通有取样管,取样管上设有取样阀门。
所述横向导向板包括相邻设置的第一横向导向板和第二横向导向板,第一横向导向板倾斜的角度为顺时针30-60°,第二横向导向板倾斜的角度为逆时针30-60°,所述横向导向板设置为上下两排。
所述烟囱的内壁上设有空气检测器。
所述水箱内部设有水位检测器。
所述连接件的一端隔着滤袋与柱形弹簧的底部通过卡箍连接,连接件的另一端通过C形卷与固定横杆连接。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型提供的废气处理装置依次通过换热,除尘,喷淋和吸收等步骤,有效的对废气中的各种杂质进行清理,处理效果好,设备使用寿命长,最终处理的废气能够达到排放标准。

所述横向导向板305包括相邻设置的第一横向导向板306和第二横向导向板307,第一横向导向板306倾斜的角度为顺时针30-60°,第二横向导向板307倾斜的角度为逆时针30-60°,所述横向导向板305设置为上下两排,通过倾斜方向不同的横向导向板305对由下往上的废气进行疏导,能够有效的增加废气与水的接触时间,增加吸收净化效果。
所述烟囱5的内壁上设有空气检测器501,最终排出的气体通过空气检测器501对空气进行检测,复合设定指数才能排放。
所述水箱304内部设有水位检测器309,该水位检测器309可以及时的检测水箱304中的水,如果水量不够可以通过水位检测器309的提醒工作人员加水。
所述连接件212的一端隔着滤袋209与柱形弹簧210的底部通过卡箍213连接,连接件212的另一端通过C形卷214与固定横杆211连接,连接件212通过卡箍213与柱形弹簧210连接,增加了连接的稳固性,连接件212的另一端通过C形卷214与固定横杆211连接,一方面增加柱形弹簧210伸缩的弹力,另一方面增加稳定性,防止滤袋209的摇摆晃动。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:在使用时,造纸厂出来的废气首先经过换热水箱1的废气管路103进行热交换,降低温度;然后通过第一出气口102和第二进气口201进入布袋除尘器2进行除尘,固体粉末杂质落入集料斗205,处理后的废气经过第二出气口202和第三进气口301进入废气处理塔3进行喷淋除尘,通过喷淋含有化学药剂的溶液对废气中的固体杂质或与化学药剂反应的杂质进行清理;然后处理好的废气通过第三出气口302和第四进气口401进入吸收装置4,通过吸收装置4中的多层吸附过滤层,对废气中的杂质进一步吸附过滤,最终达到排放标准的气体通过烟囱5排放至大气。
本废气处理装置在烟囱5处设有空气检测器501,当检测到排放的废气不达标时,说明设备需要清理,因此可以打开换热水箱1中废气管路103上排污阀门105,对排污管104和废气管路103进行排污清理,也可以打开布袋除尘器2上的喷吹管206和喷嘴207,对滤带进行反吹清理,也可以打开废气处理塔3的U形底部的废气出口,通过喷淋头303的喷淋对废气处理塔3进行清理来增加处理效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种废气处理装置,其特征在于:包括换热水箱、布袋除尘器、废气处理塔、吸收装置和烟囱,所述换热水箱内穿设有废气管路,废气管路的一端为第一进气口,废气管路的另一端为第一出气口,第一进气口和第一出气口均伸出换热水箱外,所述换热水箱中的废气管路为U形,在U形废气管路的最低处设有排污管,排污管上设有排污阀门;所述布袋除尘器包括壳体,壳体的下端设有第二进气口,壳体的上端设有第二出气口,第二进气口与第一出气口连通,壳体内固定有花板,壳体的底部设有集料斗,壳体的上部从侧面伸入有喷吹管,喷吹管位于花板的上部,喷吹管下方设有若干喷嘴,喷嘴与花板上设置的花板孔相对应,花板孔的下方设有滤袋,壳体在滤袋的下方设有固定横杆,滤袋内有柱形弹簧,滤袋的外侧底部设有与柱形弹簧底部连接的连接件,连接件的一端隔着滤袋与柱形弹簧底部连接,连接件的另一端与固定横杆连接;所述废气处理塔的下端设有第三进气口,废气处理塔的上端设有第三出气口,第三进气口与第二出气口连通,废气处理塔的顶部设有吸收喷淋装置,吸收喷淋装置包括位于废气处理塔内部的若干个喷淋头和位于废气处理塔外部与喷淋头连接的水箱,喷淋头分别位于废气处理塔的顶部和侧壁,废气处理塔的中部的侧壁上设有若干倾斜的横向导向板,废气处理塔的底部为弧形,在弧形的最低处设有废液出口;所述吸收装置的下端设有第四进气口,吸收装置的上端设有第四出气口,第四进气口与第三出气口连通,吸收装置内从下到上依次为颗粒陶瓷层、活性炭吸附层、紫外发生装置层和过滤棉层;第四出气口与烟囱连通,第四出气口处连通有取样管,取样管上设有取样阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于:所述横向导向板包括相邻设置的第一横向导向板和第二横向导向板,第一横向导向板倾斜的角度为顺时针30-60°,第二横向导向板倾斜的角度为逆时针30-60°,所述横向导向板设置为上下两排。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于:所述烟囱的内壁上设有空气检测器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于:所述水箱内部设有水位检测器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于:所述连接件的一端隔着滤袋与柱形弹簧的底部通过卡箍连接,连接件的另一端通过C形卷与固定横杆连接。
