背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对牛羊肉的需求量也不断增加,加之农村生活条件的提高以及农业生产机械化的发展,牛羊也逐渐退出了家庭养殖。现在的牛羊养殖主要是一些规模化、专门化的养殖场,养殖是国家重要产业,养殖过程中出现大量的粪便会污染环境,且排放的污水中含有丰富的氮、磷等微生物所需要的营养物质,水体富营养化会影响水体的水质,会造成水的透明度降低,使得阳光难以穿透水层,从而造成鱼类大量死亡。
现有的养殖场重污无害化处理装置均采用静置发酵的方法进行处理,不能对粪便和污水进行分离处理,降低了处理效率,且不能进行无害化处理,同时不能进行有效的处理使之用于肥料和燃料,利用率较低,为此,我们提出了一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置来解决上述问题。

优选地,所述空腔内的底部固定有过滤网,所述过滤网的一侧固定有第二出水连接管,所述第二出水连接管的一端贯穿空腔内的一端侧壁并延伸至液体处理箱的一侧。
优选地,所述液体处理箱的下端四角均固定有第一支撑杆,所述固体处理箱的下端四角均固定有第二支撑杆。
优选地,所述搅拌叶采用不锈钢制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、通过第一过滤板、螺旋输料杆、液压缸和第二过滤板之间的配合,将粪便与液体分离,解决了粪便与液体混合物不方便处理的问题,达到了将粪便与污水分开处理的效果,方便将粪便内的水分排干,便于进行下一步处理;
2、通过第二进料斗、搅拌杆、搅拌叶和过滤网之间的配合,对污水进行处理,解决了污水不能直接排放的问题,达到了去除污水内的颗粒状杂质和营养物质的效果,避免排出的污水富有营养化影响生态环境,方便进行直接排放;
综上所述,本装置能将粪便和污水分离后分别处理,方便将粪便内的水分排干并挤压成型,便于存储、燃烧和添加入肥料,同时通过混凝剂和过滤网除去污水内的颗粒状杂质,通过钙离子试剂除去污水内的磷酸盐,便于将污水进行处理并排放,提高了处理效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-3,一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,包括液体处理箱2,液体处理箱2的上端固定有第一进料斗1,通过第一进料斗1将混合物投入液体处理箱2内,液体处理箱2的一侧固定有第二进料斗3,通过第二进料斗3向液体处理箱2内投入混凝剂和钙离子试剂,方便去除污水内的颗粒状杂质和营养物质,避免排出的污水富有营养化影响生态环境;
液体处理箱2内设有空腔,空腔内的相对侧壁上共同固定有第一过滤板11,空腔内的底部设有混合装置,空腔内的底部固定有过滤网14,过滤网14的一侧固定有第二出水连接管15,第二出水连接管15的一端贯穿空腔内的一端侧壁并延伸至液体处理箱2的一侧,反应完毕的污水通过过滤网14过滤后通过第二出水连接管15排出,方便进行处理并排放,空腔内的一端侧壁上设有传输装置,通过第一过滤板11将粪便和污水分离,继而传输装置将粪便传输至固体处理箱9内,方便将粪便和污水分离进行分离处理;
传输装置上设有固体处理箱9,液体处理箱2的下端四角均固定有第一支撑杆4,固体处理箱9的下端四角均固定有第二支撑杆10,稳定支撑,固体处理箱9内设有挤压腔,挤压腔内的相对侧壁上均固定有两个液压缸19,同一侧的两个液压缸19为一组,同一组的两个液压缸19的活塞杆末端共同固定有推板20,推板20的一侧等间距固定有多个连接块,多个连接块的一侧共同固定有第二过滤板18,挤压腔内的一端侧壁上贯穿设有第一出水连接管8,挤压出的污水通过第一出水连接管8排出,液压缸19带动推板20移动,继而通过连接块带动第二过滤板18移动,两个第二过滤板18对固体处理箱9内的粪便进行挤压,方便将粪便内剩余的水分挤出,并将粪便挤压成型,方便进行储存和燃烧;
挤压腔内的底部设有开口,开口内处铰接有两个箱门21,箱门21的下端转动连接有第二连接杆25,第二连接杆25的一端转动连接有电动伸缩杆23和第一连接杆24,固体处理箱9的下端两侧均固定有L型杆22,电动伸缩杆23的一端转动连接在L型杆22的一侧,第一连接杆24转动连接在L型杆22的下端一侧,电动伸缩杆23带动第一连接杆24和第二连接杆25转动,继而带动箱门21开合,方便将挤压成型的粪便排出。
本实用新型中,混合装置包括设置空腔内底部的搅拌杆13,搅拌杆13上等间距固定有多个搅拌叶12,搅拌叶12采用不锈钢制成,结实耐用,延长使用寿命,液体处理箱2的下端固定有第二驱动电机16,第二驱动电机16采用M590-520M型号,稳定提供动力,第二驱动电机16的输出轴贯穿液体处理箱2并延伸至空腔内,第二驱动电机16的输出轴末端固定在搅拌杆13的下端,第二驱动电机16带动搅拌杆13转动,继而带动搅拌叶12转动,从而对污水进行搅拌混合,加快反应速度,提高了处理效率。
本实用新型中,传输装置包括贯穿设置在空腔内一端侧壁上的螺旋输料管5,螺旋输料管5内安装有螺旋输料杆17,螺旋输料管5的一侧贯穿设有出料管7,出料管7的下端贯穿固体处理箱9并延伸至挤压腔内,螺旋输料管5的一端固定有第一驱动电机6,第一驱动电机6采用M590-520M型号,稳定提供动力,第一驱动电机6的输出轴贯穿螺旋输料管5的一端并延伸至螺旋输料管5内,第一驱动电机6的输出轴末端固定在螺旋输料杆17的一端,第一驱动电机6带动螺旋输料杆17转动,将分离的粪便通过出料管7传输至固体处理箱9内,方便将粪便和污水进行分离处理,提高了处理效率。
本实用新型中,使用时,通过第一进料斗1将混合物投入液体处理箱2内,通过第一过滤板11将粪便和污水分离,第一驱动电机6带动螺旋输料杆17转动,将分离的粪便通过出料管7传输至固体处理箱9内,液压缸19带动推板20移动,继而通过连接块带动第二过滤板18移动,两个第二过滤板18对固体处理箱9内的粪便进行挤压,方便将粪便内剩余的水分挤出,并将粪便挤压成型,方便进行储存和燃烧,电动伸缩杆23带动第一连接杆24和第二连接杆25转动,继而带动箱门21开合,方便将挤压成型的粪便排出,挤压出的污水通过第一出水连接管8排出,通过第二进料斗3向液体处理箱2内投入混凝剂和钙离子试剂,第二驱动电机16带动搅拌杆13转动,继而带动搅拌叶12转动,从而对污水进行搅拌混合,加快反应速度,提高了处理效率,方便去除污水内的颗粒状杂质和营养物质,避免排出的污水富有营养化影响生态环境,反应完毕的污水通过过滤网14过滤后通过第二出水连接管15排出,方便进行处理并排放。

1.一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,包括液体处理箱(2),其特征在于:所述液体处理箱(2)的上端固定有第一进料斗(1),所述液体处理箱(2)的一侧固定有第二进料斗(3),所述液体处理箱(2)内设有空腔,所述空腔内的相对侧壁上共同固定有第一过滤板(11),所述空腔内的底部设有混合装置,所述空腔内的一端侧壁上设有传输装置,所述传输装置上设有固体处理箱(9),所述固体处理箱(9)内设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔内的相对侧壁上均固定有两个液压缸(19),同一侧的两个液压缸(19)为一组,同一组的两个液压缸(19)的活塞杆末端共同固定有推板(20),所述推板(20)的一侧等间距固定有多个连接块,多个连接块的一侧共同固定有第二过滤板(18),所述挤压腔内的一端侧壁上贯穿设有第一出水连接管(8),所述挤压腔内的底部设有开口,所述开口内处铰接有两个箱门(21),所述箱门(21)的下端转动连接有第二连接杆(25),所述第二连接杆(25)的一端转动连接有电动伸缩杆(23)和第一连接杆(24),所述固体处理箱(9)的下端两侧均固定有L型杆(22),所述电动伸缩杆(23)的一端转动连接在L型杆(22)的一侧,所述第一连接杆(24)转动连接在L型杆(22)的下端一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,其特征在于,所述混合装置包括设置空腔内底部的搅拌杆(13),所述搅拌杆(13)上等间距固定有多个搅拌叶(12),所述液体处理箱(2)的下端固定有第二驱动电机(16),所述第二驱动电机(16)的输出轴贯穿液体处理箱(2)并延伸至空腔内,所述第二驱动电机(16)的输出轴末端固定在搅拌杆(13)的下端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,其特征在于,所述传输装置包括贯穿设置在空腔内一端侧壁上的螺旋输料管(5),所述螺旋输料管(5)内安装有螺旋输料杆(17),所述螺旋输料管(5)的一侧贯穿设有出料管(7),所述出料管(7)的下端贯穿固体处理箱(9)并延伸至挤压腔内,螺旋输料管(5)的一端固定有第一驱动电机(6),所述第一驱动电机(6)的输出轴贯穿螺旋输料管(5)的一端并延伸至螺旋输料管(5)内,所述第一驱动电机(6)的输出轴末端固定在螺旋输料杆(17)的一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,其特征在于,所述空腔内的底部固定有过滤网(14),所述过滤网(14)的一侧固定有第二出水连接管(15),所述第二出水连接管(15)的一端贯穿空腔内的一端侧壁并延伸至液体处理箱(2)的一侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,其特征在于,所述液体处理箱(2)的下端四角均固定有第一支撑杆(4),所述固体处理箱(9)的下端四角均固定有第二支撑杆(10)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种养殖场重污无害化处理装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶(12)采用不锈钢制成。
