为了方便人员的管理,企业通常会为员工提供工牌。工牌上通常设置有员工的资料卡(资料卡可以是员工照片,也可以是其他信息卡)。资料卡暴露在工牌的表面,容易磨损,造成信息不清晰。
因此,如何防止工牌上资料卡磨损成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。

优选地,所述资料卡容纳槽为下沉槽。
优选地,所述后壳包括后壳底板、两个第一后壳侧壁和第二后壳侧壁,所述第一后壳侧壁和所述第二后壳侧壁均设置在所述后壳底板上;

以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限制本实用新型。
本实用新型提供一种用于电子工牌的壳体,其中,如图1至图3所示,所述壳体包括后壳100和前壳200,后壳100限定有用于容纳显示面板的主板腔,且后壳100上形成有与所述主板腔连通的显示开口100b,后壳100的表面上形成有资料卡容纳槽100a,且资料卡容纳槽100b位于所述主板腔外部。前壳200与后壳100相对设置,且前壳200与后壳100可拆卸地连接,以在该前壳200与前壳100相连时封闭显示开口100b和资料卡容纳槽100a。并且,前壳200上与资料卡容纳槽100a相对的部分200a由透明材料制成,前壳200上与显示开口100b对应的部分200b由透明材料制成。
如上文中所述,所述壳体为电子工牌的一部分,除了该壳体外,所述电子工牌还包括显示面板。如图6所示,将显示面板400设置在所述主板腔内,并通过所述显示开口露出显示面板400的显示面,将资料卡300设置在资料卡容纳槽内。设置完显示面板400和资料卡300后,将前壳与后壳组装在一起。一方面,前壳可以保护显示面板和资料卡面受磨损,另一方面,不需要利用粘结剂将资料卡粘结在电子工牌上,便于更换资料卡。前壳200上与资料卡容纳槽100a相对的部分200a、与显示开口100b对应的部分200b均透明,不影响使用者或者监管者读取显示面板以及资料卡上的信息。
当然,除了设置显示面板400之外,主板腔内还可以设置有其他模块,例如,可以在主板腔内设置定位模块、射频考勤模块等。
在本实用新型中,对前壳200的具体材料不做特殊的限定,例如,可以仅利用透明材料制成前壳200上与资料卡容纳槽100a相对的部分200a以及前壳200上与显示开口100b对应的部分200b,用不透明材料制成前壳200的其他部分。当然,本实用新型并不限于此,例如,可以利用透明材料制成整个前壳200。例如,可以利用亚克力材料制成前壳200。前壳200既可以保护显示面板和资料卡免受磨损,又可以起到防水的作用。
作为一种优选实施方式,资料卡容纳槽100a为下沉槽而非通槽,从而可以对设置在该资料卡容纳槽100a中的资料卡进行更好的限位作用、避免在使用的过程中资料卡滑落进入所述主板腔内。作为一种优选实施方式,资料卡容纳槽100a的深度可以为0.5mm。该资料卡容纳槽100a中的资料卡可以为员工证件照,可以根据证件照的大小设置资料卡容纳槽100a的尺寸。例如,为了放置2寸的证件照,资料卡容纳槽100a可以为36mm×26mm×0.5mm的矩形槽。
在本实用新型中,前壳200包覆后壳100的至少一部分。
在图3所示,后壳100包括后壳底板110、两个第一后壳侧壁120和第二后壳侧壁130,第一后壳侧壁120和第二后壳侧壁130均设置在后壳底板110上。需要指出的是,第一后壳侧壁120和第二后壳侧壁130均设置在后壳底板110的边缘处。
具体地,两个第一后壳侧壁120相对且间隔设置,第二后壳侧壁130连接两个第一后壳侧壁120,且第一后壳侧壁120的延伸方向(即,第一后壳侧壁120的长度方向)与第二后壳侧壁130的延伸方向(即,第二后壳侧壁130的长度方向)垂直。
前壳200包括前壳底板210、两个第一前壳侧壁220和第二前壳侧壁230。第一前壳侧壁220和第二前壳侧壁230均设置在前壳底板210上,两个第一前壳侧壁220相对且间隔设置,第二前壳侧壁230连接在两个第一前壳侧壁220之间,并且第二前壳侧壁230的延伸方向(即,第二前壳侧壁230的长度方向)与第一前壳侧壁220的延伸方向(即,第一前壳侧壁220的长度方向)垂直。需要指出的是,第一前壳侧壁220和第二前壳侧壁230均设置在前壳底板210的边缘处。
当前壳200与后壳100组装完毕形成所述壳体时(即,前壳200与后壳100相连时),两个第一前壳侧壁220分别与两个第一后壳侧壁120相对,第二前壳侧壁230与第二后壳侧壁130相对,前壳底板210与后壳底板110相对,以利用前壳200包覆后壳100的至少一部分。
如上文中所述,前壳200与后壳100可拆卸地连接,因此,为了便于将前壳200与后壳100组装在一起,优选地,如图2所示,第一后壳侧壁120朝向与该第一后壳侧壁120相对的第一前壳侧壁220的表面上形成有滑槽121,该滑槽121朝向第二后壳侧壁130的一端形成有开口,第一前壳侧壁220朝向与该第一前壳侧壁220相对的第一后壳侧壁120的表面上形成有与滑槽121相配合的滑块(未示出),所述滑块通过所述开口进入所述滑槽内,以使得前壳200能够相对于后壳100滑动。
优选的,滑槽的槽口朝向第一方向,电子工牌整体形状为板状,第一方向平行于板状所在平面。
容易理解的是,通过滑动前壳200可以完成所述壳体的拆装。
为了对前壳200进行锁止、防止组装完毕后前壳200从后壳100上脱落,优选地,后壳100还包括设置在滑槽121中的锁止块122,所述滑块能够滑动经过锁止块122。具体地,前壳200的材料(例如,亚克力材料)能够发生弹性形变。在将前壳200滑动至目标位置的过程中,滑块221经过锁止块122时,前壳200发生轻微的弹性变形,并经过锁止块122,此时,滑块221与锁止块122靠在一起,从而防止在使用状态中,前壳从后壳上滑落。当需要拆卸前壳200时,需要稍微用力推动前壳200,使得滑块221再次经过锁止块122。
通常,员工通过挂绳携带工牌,为了便于穿挂绳,优选地,后壳体100还包括悬挂部140,如图5所示,该悬挂部140位于后壳底板110的长度方向的另一端,且悬挂部140的第一表面凸出于后壳底板110朝向所述前壳底板的表面,前壳200滑动至第二前壳侧壁230与第二后壳侧壁130相贴合时,前壳底板210的背离后壳底板110的表面与所述第一表面平齐(如图4所示)。
可以在悬挂部140上设置挂钩,或者,如图1和图2中所示,在悬挂部140上设置悬挂通孔141。
为了确保前壳200与后壳100之间牢固地结合、防止前壳200与后壳100连接后前壳200的第二前壳侧壁230处发生翘起,优选地,如图6所示,第二后壳侧壁130朝向所述第二前壳侧壁的表面上形成有卡合凹槽131,所述第二前壳侧壁朝向所述后壳侧壁的表面上形成有卡合凸起(未示出)。所述前壳滑动至所述第二前壳侧壁与所述第二后壳侧壁相贴合时,所述卡合凸起卡合在卡合凹槽131中。
为了便于对显示面板进行充电,优选地,所述壳体上形成有与所述主板腔连通的充电孔132。在图6中所示的实施方式中,第二前壳侧壁与第二后壳侧壁的一部分重叠,也就是说,第二后壳侧壁的一部分未与第二前壳侧壁重叠,充电孔132设置在第二后壳侧壁上未与第二前壳侧壁重叠的部分上。当然,在本实用新型中,需要根据显示面板的具体结构设置充电孔的位置。充电孔应当正对显示面板的充电接口。
进一步优选地,所述壳体上还形成有至少一个与所述主板腔连通的按键孔。显示面板的按键可以通过安检通孔穿出壳体外部,从而便于操作者对显示面板进行操作。在图1中所示的实施方式中,显示面板包括开关键A和锁屏键B,相应地,壳体上与开关键对应的位置设置有按键孔,壳体上与锁屏键对应的位置也设置有按键孔,开关键A和锁屏键B分别通过相应的按键孔从壳体中穿出。
作为本实用新型的第二个方面,提供一种电子工牌,如图6所示,所述电子工牌包括壳体和显示面板400,其中,所述壳体为本实用新型所提供的上述壳体,所述显示面板设置在所述主板腔中,且显示面板的显示面从显示开口处露出。
如上文中所述,使用者将资料卡300设置在所述壳体的资料卡容纳槽中,利用前壳对资料卡容纳槽进行封闭,不需要利用粘结剂进行粘结,便于对资料卡进行更换,而且,前壳还可以对资料卡进行保护,防止资料卡被磨损。优选地,资料卡可以为员工的证件照等。
优选地,所述电子工牌包括资料卡,所述资料卡设置在所述资料卡容纳槽中。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本实用新型的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本实用新型并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于电子工牌的壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体包括后壳和前壳,所述后壳限定有主板腔,且所述后壳上形成有与所述主板腔连通的显示开口,所述后壳的表面上形成有资料卡容纳槽,且所述资料卡容纳槽位于所述主板腔外部,所述前壳与所述后壳相对设置,且所述前壳与所述后壳可拆卸地连接,以在所述前壳与所述后壳相连时封闭所述显示开口和资料卡容纳槽,所述前壳上与所述资料卡容纳槽相对的部分由透明材料制成,且所述前壳上与所述显示开口对应的部分由透明材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述资料卡容纳槽为下沉槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述后壳包括后壳底板、两个第一后壳侧壁和第二后壳侧壁,所述第一后壳侧壁和所述第二后壳侧壁均设置在所述后壳底板上;
两个所述第一后壳侧壁相对且间隔设置,所述第二后壳侧壁连接两个所述第一后壳侧壁,且所述第一后壳侧壁的延伸方向与所述第二后壳侧壁的延伸方向垂直;
所述前壳包括前壳底板、两个第一前壳侧壁和第二前壳侧壁,所述第一前壳侧壁和所述第二前壳侧壁均设置在所述前壳底板上,两个所述第一前壳侧壁相对且间隔设置,所述第二前壳侧壁连接在两个所述第一前壳侧壁之间,所述第二前壳侧壁的延伸方向与所述第一前壳侧壁的延伸方向垂直;
当所述前壳与所述后壳相连时,两个所述第一前壳侧壁分别与两个所述第一后壳侧壁相对,所述第二前壳侧壁与所述第二后壳侧壁相对,所述前壳底板与所述后壳底板相对,以利用所述前壳包覆所述后壳的至少一部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述第一后壳侧壁朝向与该第一后壳侧壁相对的第一前壳侧壁的表面上形成有滑槽,所述第一前壳侧壁朝向与该第一前壳侧壁相对的第一后壳侧壁的表面上形成有与所述滑槽相配合的滑块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述滑槽一端形成有开口,所述滑块通过所述开口进入所述滑槽内,以使得所述前壳能够相对于所述后壳滑动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述后壳还包括设置在所述滑槽中的锁止块,所述滑块能够滑动经过所述锁止块。
7.根据权利要求4所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述后壳还包括悬挂部,所述悬挂部与第二后壳侧壁相对设置,且所述悬挂部的第一表面凸出于所述后壳底板朝向所述前壳底板的表面,所述前壳滑动至所述第二前壳侧壁与所述第二后壳侧壁相贴合时,所述前壳底板的背离所述后壳底板的表面与所述第一表面平齐,所述悬挂部上形成有悬挂通孔。
8.根据权利要求4所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述第二后壳侧壁朝向所述第二前壳侧壁的表面上形成有卡合凹槽,所述第二前壳侧壁朝向所述后壳侧壁的表面上形成有卡合凸起,所述前壳滑动至所述第二前壳侧壁与所述第二后壳侧壁相贴合时,所述卡合凸起卡合在所述卡合凹槽中。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体上形成有充电孔和或至少一个按键孔,其中,所述充电孔、所述按键孔均与所述主板腔连通。
10.一种电子工牌,所述电子工牌包括壳体和显示面板,其特征在于,所述壳体为权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的壳体,所述显示面板设置在所述主板腔中,且所述显示面板的显示面从所述显示开口处露出。
