一种单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,包括用于支承轴组件定位端的双列角接触球轴承和用于支承轴组件浮动端的滑动轴承,其中,双列角接触球轴承安装固定在轴承座一上,滑动轴承外圈为静环,套合在轴承座二上,滑动轴承内圈为动环,套在轴组件浮动端,随轴一起转动。本实用新型可使得压缩机的工作可靠性、稳定性大大增加,还减少了一个机械密封的使用,节约了成本。

技术领域
本实用新型属于压缩机技术领域,涉及单螺杆压缩机的轴支承方式,特别涉及一种单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构。
背景技术
现有的无油水润滑单螺杆压缩机中,其螺杆轴和星轮轴一般都采用一端固定,一端浮动的两端单列滚动轴承的支承方式,并利用机械密封来将螺杆轴、星轮轴进行密封,避免冷却水渗漏到轴承上。单螺杆压缩机运转速度较高(3000转/分左右),实际使用时频繁启动、停止的频率较高,两个支承点距离较远,工作时压缩气体使得轴上会产生一定的径向力和轴向力。单列滚动轴承具有结构简单使用方便的特点,但其承载能力较小,只能承受一定的径向载荷,抗冲击能力差、高速时噪音大、易损坏,长时间使用则会严重影响压缩机的排气量,甚至导致星轮磨损快,效能和流量快速下降。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,使得压缩机的工作可靠性、稳定性大大增加,还减少了一个机械密封的使用,节约了成本。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,包括用于支承轴组件6定位端的双列角接触球轴承4和用于支承轴组件6浮动端的滑动轴承,其中,双列角接触球轴承4安装固定在轴承座一3上,滑动轴承外圈7为静环,套合在轴承座二9上,滑动轴承内圈8为动环,套在轴组件6浮动端,随轴一起转动。
所述双列角接触球轴承4用端盖一1、压盖2及轴肩安装固定在轴承座一3上。
所述轴组件6上安装有机械密封5,机械密封5一端作用于双列角接触球轴承4。
所述轴组件6为安装螺杆或星轮的轴。
所述滑动轴承外圈7的内孔上加工有螺旋环槽13。
所述轴承座二9上设置有端盖二10,端盖二10上装有进水接头11,用于为滑动轴承提供冷却润滑水。
所述滑动轴承外圈7设置有台阶结构,轴承座二9上也设置有台阶结构,两台阶结构相互叠合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型保留了传统的一端固定一端浮动的支承方式,既能保证轴上零件的准确定位,又能补偿因热膨胀引起的轴的变化,同时采用了能承受较大轴向力的双列角接触球轴承和滑动轴承,使得压缩机的工作可靠性、稳定性大大增加,使用滑动轴承还减少了一个机械密封的使用,节约了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本实用新型的实施方式。
如图1所示,一种单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,包括用于支承轴组件6定位端的双列角接触球轴承4和用于支承轴组件6浮动端的滑动轴承,滑动轴承包括滑动轴承外圈7和滑动轴承内圈8
其中,轴组件6为安装螺杆或星轮的轴。
在轴组件6定位端,双列角接触球轴承4用端盖一1、压盖2及轴肩等安装固定在轴承座一3上,并在轴组件6上该端安装有机械密封5,机械密封5一端作用于双列角接触球轴承4,防止冷却液渗漏到轴承上。
在轴组件6浮动端,滑动轴承外圈7作为静环,套合在轴承座二9上,所述滑动轴承外圈7设置有台阶结构,轴承座二9上也设置有台阶结构,两台阶结构相互叠合,使得定位可靠,运转时结合更加紧密。滑动轴承外圈7的内孔上加工有螺旋环槽13,便于冷却润滑水的通过;滑动轴承内圈8作为动环,套在轴组件6上随其一起转动。轴承座二9上设置有端盖二10,端盖二10上装有进水接头11,为滑动轴承提供冷却润滑水。
上述的轴承座一3和轴承座二9均与机壳12连接为一体。
根据以上结构,本实用新型的原理是:
一、在定位端,双列角接触球轴承4具有承载能力大,能够承受双向(轴向和径向)载荷,极限转速高,具有成对安装的背对背轴承的特点,但宽度尺寸小,解决了单列滚动轴承轴向承载能力差,高速运转噪音大,刚性差的问题,同时,解决了单列轴承游隙过大,造成螺杆星轮啮合间隙不断变化引起的磨损加快,进而影响排气量的缺点。能有效限制星轮片在螺杆槽内的轴向位置,使得压缩机运行可靠。
二、在浮动端,采用液体润滑的滑动轴承支承。滑动轴承外圈7、滑动轴承内圈8均采用具有高耐磨性和高强度的材料制作,由于滑动轴承轴向尺寸较大,又处于轴向浮动状态,所以能够承受较大的轴向载荷和位移,且不易损坏。在轴承的动环和静环的接触面上,设计有用于润滑冷却的螺旋环槽13,工作时,在内外压力差的作用下,带有一定压力的液体从外部源源不断的输入,经螺旋环槽13一端进入后从另端流出,从而达到连续的润滑和冷却的目的,保证轴承的正常使用。该情况下,该端不再需要机械密封装置。

1.一种单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,其特征在于,包括用于支承轴组件(6)定位端的双列角接触球轴承(4)和用于支承轴组件(6)浮动端的滑动轴承,其中,双列角接触球轴承(4)安装固定在轴承座一(3)上,滑动轴承外圈(7)为静环,套合在轴承座二(9)上,滑动轴承内圈(8)为动环,套在轴组件(6)浮动端,随轴一起转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,其特征在于,所述双列角接触球轴承(4)用端盖一(1)、压盖(2)及轴肩安装固定在轴承座一(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,其特征在于,所述轴组件(6)上安装有机械密封(5),机械密封(5)一端作用于双列角接触球轴承(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,其特征在于,所述轴组件(6)为安装螺杆或星轮的轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,其特征在于,所述滑动轴承外圈(7)的内孔上加工有螺旋环槽(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述单螺杆压缩机的螺杆轴、星轮轴支承结构,其特征在于,所述轴承座二(9)上设置有端盖二(10),端盖二(10)上装有进水接头(11),用于为滑动轴承提供冷却润滑水。
