目前高端的污水处理行业普遍采用呈圆柱状的碟管式膜柱作为整套水处理系统的核心部件,为使用需求,需要在碟管式膜柱端部的管口处加装封堵橡胶塞。在自动化装配生产线上,要求封堵橡胶塞能根据流水线节拍准确的逐个送料,但目前的振动盘、物料整列器等排序设备不具备此功能或者不能达到输送物料快速准确的要。因该道工序不能设计进自动化产线,需要加工完毕后手工安装,降低生产效率。

本实用新型为解决上述问题,提供了一种全自动输送碟管式膜柱封堵橡胶塞机构,它在控制送料数量时采用放行一个橡胶塞且要阻挡上一个橡胶塞的方式实现逐一送料,提高了生产效率,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种全自动输送碟管式膜柱封堵橡胶塞的机构,包括底板、滑动固定板、挡板、挡杆、线性滑轨、气缸、气缸固定座、送料座、挡杆固定管、丝堵和弹簧,所述线性滑轨设置在滑动固定板与底板之间,所述挡板位于滑动固定板的一侧并安装在固定于滑动固定板上的钢板上,所述气缸通过气缸固定座安装在底板上,所述送料座位于滑动固定板的一侧,滑动固定板的一端与气缸连接,所述的挡杆固定管安装在固定于滑动固定板上的钢块上,挡杆固定管里安装有挡杆和弹簧,挡杆的一端连接在弹簧的头部,弹簧的尾部安装在固定管末端的丝堵上,所述送料座为开设有横槽、竖槽以及侧孔的长方体金属块,所述挡杆伸入侧孔内达到竖槽边缘,所述挡板为L型板,挡板的横板伸入送料座的横槽内并能封堵住竖槽,竖槽用于放置橡胶塞。

具体实施方式
结合附图1-4所示,一种全自动输送碟管式膜柱封堵橡胶塞的机构,包括底板1、滑动固定板2、挡板3、挡杆4、线性滑轨5、气缸6、气缸固定座7、送料座8、挡杆固定管9、丝堵10和弹簧11,所述线性滑轨5设置在滑动固定板2与底板1之间,所述挡板3位于滑动固定板2的一侧并安装在固定于滑动固定板2上的钢板上,所述气缸6通过气缸固定座7安装在底板1上,所述送料座8位于滑动固定板2的一侧,滑动固定板2的一端与气缸6连接,所述的挡杆固定管9安装在固定于滑动固定板2上的另一块钢块上,挡杆固定管9里安装有挡杆4和弹簧11,挡杆4的一端连接在弹簧11的头部,弹簧11的尾部安装在固定管9末端的丝堵10上,所述送料座8为开设有横槽、竖槽以及侧孔的长方体金属块,所述挡杆4伸入侧孔内达到竖槽边缘,所述挡板3为L型板,挡板3的横板伸入送料座8的横槽内并能封堵住竖槽,竖槽用于放置橡胶塞,
本实用新型的工作原理为,将橡胶塞呈竖排堆砌在送料座8的竖槽内,挡板3的横板此时伸入送料座8的横槽内封堵住竖槽,保持橡胶塞固定。机构运行时,由气缸6推动滑动固定板2,滑动固定板2带动挡板3,挡板3的横板抽出横槽,使送料座8的竖槽打开,则最底的橡胶塞在重力作用下下落输送出;于此同时滑动固定板2也通过挡杆固定管10带动伸入送料座8侧孔的挡杆4在弹簧12的作用下对上一个橡胶塞产生压力,从而阻挡此橡胶塞下落,并且由于弹簧的缓冲,可以避免挡杆4对橡胶塞造成损伤,从而实现逐一送料的作用;当气缸回程时挡板3的横板重新插入送料座8的横槽并封堵住竖槽,同时挡杆4对橡胶塞的压力消失,使上一个橡胶塞落在挡板3的横板上,完成一次送料周期。

1.一种全自动输送碟管式膜柱封堵橡胶塞的机构,其特征在于:包括底板(1)、滑动固定板(2)、挡板(3)、挡杆(4)、线性滑轨(5)、气缸(6)、气缸固定座(7)、送料座(8)、挡杆固定管(9)、丝堵(10)和弹簧(11),所述线性滑轨(5)设置在滑动固定板(2)与底板(1)之间,所述挡板(3)位于滑动固定板(2)的一侧并安装在固定于滑动固定板(2)上的钢板上,所述气缸(6)通过气缸固定座(7)安装在底板(1)上,所述送料座(8)位于滑动固定板(2)的一侧,滑动固定板(2)的一端与气缸(6)连接,所述的挡杆固定管(9)安装在固定于滑动固定板(2)上的另一块钢板上,挡杆固定管(9)里安装有挡杆(4)和弹簧(11),挡杆(4)的一端连接在弹簧(11)的头部,弹簧(11)的尾部安装在固定管(9)末端的丝堵(10)上,所述送料座(8)为开设有横槽、竖槽以及侧孔的长方体金属块,所述挡杆(4)伸入侧孔内达到竖槽边缘,所述挡板(3)为L型板,挡板(3)的横板伸入送料座(8)的横槽内并能封堵住竖槽,竖槽用于放置橡胶塞。
