新型节能远红外线食品烤箱。该烤箱有自动控
制装置，箱体有双层保温层，箱内有弧形抛光铝制反
射板。其性能特点是保温程度好、升温快，箱内温度
均匀，保证烘烤食品透熟，该烤箱比老烤箱节电15％
以上，缩短了烘烤时间。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种食品加工设备。
自远红外加热技术推广应用以来，远红外线食品烤箱应用甚广，目前国内生产的远红外线烤箱均由外壳、单保温层、控制盘、远红外发热元件、滑道、炉门等组成，这些烤箱都存在着烤箱保温程度差、热能辐射不均匀等缺点，因而造成节电效果差，热效率低。据调查目前国内大小烤箱总功率在50万千瓦以上，因此烤箱的节能是值得重视的问题。
本实用新型的目的是要设计一种有明显节能效果，进一步提高热效率的新型节能远红外线烤箱。
其解决的方案是：在烤箱外壳里面装两层保温层，在远红外发热元件的上方装弧形反射板。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
在图1中，外壳1的正面装有控制盘2，两端有炉门3，上面有排气孔4，下面有支架5。
在图2中，外壳1的里面装有膨胀珍珠岩保温层6，贴近保温层内壁装石棉保温层7，在箱内上层远红外发热元件的上方装弧形抛光铝制反射板8，反射板8装在炉芯体11内壁两侧的金属架上，箱内下部顺通长方有滑道10，炉芯体11由薄铁板制成。
采用双层保温层明显提高了保温效果，弧形反射板能提高远红外发热元件的辐射密度，使被烘烤的食品在单位面积内受到较多的远红外线照射，新型烤箱比老烤箱节电15％以上，缩短了烤制时间，降低了食品加工费用，保证烤烘食品内部透热，提高了食品质量。
Claims (2)
1、一种烘烤食品的节能远红外线烤箱，它包括外壳1、控制盘2、炉门3、支架5、保温层6、远红外发热元件9、滑道10、炉芯体11等组装而成，本实用新型的特征在于：
a.贴近保温层6的里面装一层石棉板保温层7。
b.烤箱内装有弧形抛光铝制反射板8。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烤箱其特征在于弧形铝制反射板8装在上层远红外发热元件的上方。
