本实用新型涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种座椅布料。
背景技术
目前,应用在汽车布艺座椅、家具布艺座椅等的织物大多是麻织物或棉麻织物,由于在座椅的日常使用中人们常常会坐下和离开,难免座椅表面织物与人们衣物发生摩擦,在摩擦过程中麻织物或棉麻织物容易发生变形甚至被撕破,当麻织物被使用了一段时间后,容易出现起毛现象,影响美观效果。因此,需要一种可以具有高强度、耐撕破的布料作为座椅面料。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种座椅布料,具有高强度和耐磨的特性,延长布料的使用寿命,避免使用一段时间之后出现变形、起毛等现象。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:一种座椅布料,由经线和纬线织造而成,经线和纬线织造成1/1的花纹,布料的经线密度为8根/厘米,纬线密度为9.2根/厘米。
本实用新型进一步优选为:所述布料的平方米克重为320。
本实用新型进一步优选为:所述经线和所述纬线是由涤纶和麻组成,其中涤纶为94%和麻为6%。
本实用新型进一步优选为:所述布料的背面为扎毛涂层。
综上所述,本实用新型一种座椅布料具有以下优点:面料更加牢固和紧实,呈黑灰相间,或其他不同颜色组合相间,具有一定的美感度,并且是由涤纶和麻组成的经线和纬线编织而成,具有高强度、耐磨和不易变形的效果,增加该布料的使用寿命。

如图1所示为本实用新型一种座椅布料的一种实施方式,由经线1和纬线2织造而成,经线1和纬线2织造成1/1的花纹,呈现黑灰相间或其他不同颜色组合相间,布料的经线1密度为8根/厘米,纬线2密度为9.2根/厘米,布料的平方米克重为320。经线1和纬线2是由涤纶和麻组成,具有耐磨和不易变形的效果,增加该布料的使用寿命,其中涤纶为94%和麻为6%。
进一步地,上述实施例中的座椅布料的背面为扎毛涂层,用于进一步保护布料,使布料更加牢固,提高布料的强度。
另外,上述实施例中的布料的经线1和纬线2采用高温上色,相对于棉麻布料具有更高的色牢度。

3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅布料,其特征在于:所述经线和所述纬线是由涤纶和麻组成,其中涤纶为94%和麻为6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的座椅布料,其特征在于:所述布料的背面为扎毛涂层。
