本实用新型涉及一种新型涵管。
现有圆形钢筋混凝土涵管的抗压力是较低的,不能满足用于水量稍大时层叠垒放涵管的需要。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可层叠垒放的耐压涵管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在圆形涵管的内部(轴线方向上)设有一起着立柱作用的平面体,该平面体与涵管壁为一次成型的一体结构,它的主要作用是增强该涵管的耐压力,这种涵管的管壁可比同直径的普通涵管的管壁稍薄,但这种涵管的耐压力较强。
以下结合本实用新型的一个实施例来说明。图1为本实用新型的正视图,图2为图1中的1-1剖面图。
该涵管包括圆管壁(1)与在该圆管内轴线0-0′方向上的一个平面体(2)构成,且圆管壁(1)与平面体(2)为一次成型的一体结构;平面体(2)的位置在该圆管内轴线0-0′;该涵管选用材料可为含砂粘土、混凝土或钢筋混凝土。
该涵管的长度可在0.5-10米,管壁(1)厚及平面体(2)厚可在20-200毫米。
用一根涵管或几根重叠垒放使用时使平面体(2)与水平面垂直,以使之耐压力最大。

1、一种涵管,其特征在于:
它由圆管壁(1)与在该圆管内轴线0-0′方向上的一个平面体(2)构成,且圆管壁(1)与平面体(2)为一次成型的一体结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的涵管,其特征在于:平面体(2)的位置在该圆管内轴线0-0′方向上且经过轴线0-0′。
3、根据权利要求1所述的涵管,其特征在于:该涵管选用材料可为含砂粘土,混凝土或钢筋混凝土。
