背景技术
储气筒接头焊接，采用二氧化碳气体保护焊的焊接工艺，焊缝热量较高，焊接位置在接头螺纹处，导致接头焊接变形，且不可避免，无法预测变形量大小，最终影响储气筒接头螺纹的装配性能及密封性能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型储气筒端盖。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，一种新型储气筒端盖，包括盖体和焊接在盖体通孔上的接头，接头底部加工成倒角结构，盖体的一侧侧壁处压平台，盖体内侧壁的通孔焊接有十字交叉的加强板，加强板将通孔的一端分成四个均等的孔隙，加强板的截面为三角形。
通过以上设置，本实用新型使接头与端盖、筒体焊接在一起，既能保证不漏气，又能保证螺纹不变形，满足装配性能和密封性能，而且加强板具有良好的支撑作用，有效防止接头受外力时，筒体通孔部位发生形变。

如图1、2所示，一种新型储气筒端盖，包括盖体1和焊接在盖体1通孔2上的接头3，接头3底部加工成倒角结构4，盖体1的一侧侧壁处压平台5，盖体1内侧壁的通孔2焊接有十字交叉的加强板6，加强板6将通孔2的一端分成四个均等的孔隙，加强板6的截面为三角形。
