Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种桥塞液压液动坐封工具,包括前驱装置、下中心杆、推筒连接套、密封堵头、推动环、复合环、剪切销钉b,推筒连接套和下中心杆上下贴合的套放在前驱装置上,前驱装置、下中心杆和推筒连接套之间围合有用于容置液体的容置密封腔,设在推筒连接套前端的推动环和推筒连接套可向后运动,当前驱装置压缩容置密封腔,液体推动推动环和推筒连接套向后运动时,会在前驱装置、下中心杆之间形成用于容置液体的环形密封腔,设在推筒连接套与下中心杆之间环形空腔内的复合环通过剪切销钉b与下中心杆连接,用于打开和关闭容置密封腔的密封堵头设在前驱装置上,工具长度更短,桥塞坐封更高效,使用,连接,保养,维护更便捷,可重复使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及领域油气田井下工具,具体涉及桥塞液压液动坐封工具。
背景技术
压裂储层改造技术在非常规油气藏开采中应用越来越广泛,桥塞分段压裂作业已经成为行业内通用的压裂方式,通过液压坐封工具进行坐封桥塞是最常规的下桥塞方式,但是目前的液压坐封工具长度较长,在现场连接、转运、保养都极为麻烦,较长的长度也为井下作业增加了更多的不可控因素。
为此亟待一种长度短,方便现场连接、转运、保养,使用更高效的桥塞坐封工具。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种桥塞液压液动坐封工具,该桥塞液压液动坐封工具利用液体体积不可压缩原理发明了一种新结构的桥塞坐封工具,结构简单,长度简短,还能高效地实现桥塞坐封的目的。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:桥塞液压液动坐封工具,包括前驱装置、下中心杆、推筒连接套、密封堵头、推动环、复合环、剪切销钉b,推筒连接套和下中心杆上下贴合的套放在前驱装置上,前驱装置、下中心杆和推筒连接套之间围合有用于容置液体的容置密封腔,设在推筒连接套前端的推动环和推筒连接套可向后运动,当前驱装置压缩容置密封腔,液体推动推动环和推筒连接套向后运动时,会在前驱装置、下中心杆之间形成用于容置液体的环形密封腔,设在推筒连接套与下中心杆形成的环形空腔内的复合环通过剪切销钉b与下中心杆连接,用于打开和关闭容置密封腔的密封堵头设在前驱装置上。
进一步地,前驱装置包括中心杆、剪切套、中间连接套、下端连接套,中心杆有相同的三个,分别为中心杆a、中心杆b、中心杆c,三个中心杆首尾相连,剪切套、中间连接套、下端连接套依次首尾相连后套放在中心杆上,剪切套与中心杆a位置相对应,中间连接套与中心杆b位置相对应,下端连接套的下表面设有凸起,下端连接套的凸起前端部分与中心杆c位置相对应,下端连接套的凸起后端部分与下中心杆位置相对应。
进一步地,剪切套与中心杆a之间、中间连接套与中心杆b之间、下端连接套与中心杆c之间都有密封腔,在中心杆a、中心杆b和中心杆c上都开设有连通密封腔与工具内腔的通孔。
进一步地,桥塞液压液动坐封工具还包括上接头、剪切销钉a、球座、转换接头,上接头通过剪切销钉a与前驱装置连接,转换接头与下中心杆连接,球座设在转换接头内腔中。
进一步地,转换接头的前端伸入推筒连接套和下中心杆之间的环形空腔中,转换接头能阻隔复合环的向右运动。
进一步地,下中心杆前端有凸台,凸台把环形密封腔分为环形密封腔a和环形密封腔b,环形密封腔a和环形密封腔b之间是连通的,容置密封腔的截面积比环形密封腔a的截面积大。
进一步地,容置密封腔的截面积是环形密封腔室a截面积的2倍以上。
进一步地,容置密封腔的截面积与环形密封腔室b截面积相同。
进一步地,复合环能与推动环复合在一起并随着推动环在环形密封腔中向后运动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.与现有技术相比,提供了一种新结构的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,(利用液体体积不可压缩原理),且该工具能更高效的实现坐封桥塞的目的。
2.该桥塞液压液动坐封工具比现有液压坐封工具长度更短,现场连接、转运、保养都更方便。
3.该桥塞液压液动坐封工具可重复使用性高,使用完成后只需将移动的外套部分推回原位,更换剪切销钉后即可继续使用。下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作详细说明。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1至3所示,本实用新型的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,包括前驱装置、下中心杆6、推筒连接套7、密封堵头12、推动环13、复合环14、剪切销钉b15,推筒连接套7和下中心杆6上下贴合的套放在前驱装置上,前驱装置、下中心杆6和推筒连接套7之间围合有用于容置液体的容置密封腔,液体为不可压流体,设在推筒连接套7前端的推动环13和推筒连接套7可向后运动,当前驱装置压缩容置密封腔,液体推动推动环13和推筒连接套7向后运动时,会在前驱装置、下中心杆6之间形成用于容置液体的环形密封腔,设在推筒连接套7与下中心杆6之间环形空腔内的复合环14通过剪切销钉b15与下中心杆6连接,用于打开和关闭容置密封腔的密封堵头12设在前驱装置上。
前驱装置包括中心杆2、剪切套3、中间连接套4、下端连接套5,中心杆2有相同的三个,分别为中心杆a、中心杆b、中心杆c,三个中心杆2首尾相连,剪切套3、中间连接套4、下端连接套5依次首尾相连后套放在中心杆2上,剪切套3与中心杆a位置相对应,中间连接套4与中心杆位置b相对应,下端连接套5的下表面设有凸起,下端连接套5的凸起前端部分与中心杆c位置相对应,下端连接套5的凸起后端部分与下中心杆6位置相对应。
剪切套3与中心杆a之间、中间连接套4与中心杆b之间、下端连接套5与中心杆c之间都有密封腔,在中心杆a、中心杆b和中心杆c上都开设有连通密封腔与工具内腔的通孔。
桥塞液压液动坐封工具还包括上接头1、剪切销钉a10、球座8、转换接头9,上接头1通过剪切销钉a10与前驱装置连接,转换接头9与下中心杆6连接,球座8设在转换接头9内腔中。
转换接头9的前端伸入推筒连接套7和下中心杆6之间的环形空腔中,转换接头9能阻隔复合环14的向右运动。
下中心杆6前端有凸台,凸台把环形密封腔分为环形密封腔a和环形密封腔b,环形密封腔a和环形密封腔b之间是连通的,容置密封腔的截面积比环形密封腔a的截面积大。
容置密封腔的截面积是环形密封腔室a截面积的2倍以上。
容置密封腔的截面积与环形密封腔室b截面积相同。
复合环14能与推动环13复合在一起并随着推动环13在环形密封腔中向后运动。
使用本实用新型时,将桥塞液压液动坐封工具与桥塞18通过推筒17和适配接头16连接在一起(推筒与适配接头是根据每种桥塞形式单独配套的)。将连接好的桥塞液压液动坐封工具连接在下入工具管串末端。当管柱下入到预定位置时,向管柱内投球,并泵送球到达球座8位置,球与球座8实现密封。提升管内压力,压力通过中心杆2上的孔眼作用在密封腔内,当压力达到一定值后,剪切套3、中间连接套4、下端连接套5受液压推力向后移动,剪断剪切销钉a10,启动桥塞坐封过程。下端连接套5向后移动过程中,容置液体由于体积不可压缩,会推动容置液体向后流动,进而推动推动环13向后移动。推动环13再推动推动连接套7、推筒17向后移动,然后压缩胶筒被挤压膨胀、卡瓦沿斜坡上升裂开。由于推动环13向后移动后留下的环形密封腔室的截面积比容置液体原来的容置密封腔截面积小很多,所以推筒连接套7向后移动的距离是下端连接套5向后移动距离的数倍。当推动环13移动到与复合环14复合时,此时容置液体所处空间前后截面积一致,推动力达到最大,当超过桥塞18丢手所能承受的最大值时,实现丢手。丢手后桥塞18坐封,桥塞液压液动坐封工具随管柱提出井口。
使用完成后只需将移动的外套部分(剪切套、中间连接套、下端连接套、推筒连接套)推回原位,更换剪切销钉后即可继续使用。
本文中所涉及的带方向指示性的“前端”“向前”,为靠近上接头的方向;“后端”“向后”为与上接头方向相反的方向。
Claims (9)
1.桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:包括前驱装置、下中心杆、推筒连接套、密封堵头、推动环、复合环、剪切销钉b,推筒连接套和下中心杆上下贴合的套放在前驱装置上,前驱装置、下中心杆和推筒连接套之间围合有用于容置液体的容置密封腔,设在推筒连接套前端的推动环和推筒连接套可向后运动,当前驱装置压缩容置密封腔,液体推动推动环和推筒连接套向后运动时,会在前驱装置、下中心杆之间形成用于容置液体的环形密封腔,设在推筒连接套与下中心杆之间环形空腔内的复合环通过剪切销钉b与下中心杆连接,用于打开和关闭容置密封腔的密封堵头设在前驱装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述前驱装置包括中心杆、剪切套、中间连接套、下端连接套,中心杆有相同的三个,分别为中心杆a、中心杆b、中心杆c,三个中心杆首尾相连,剪切套、中间连接套、下端连接套依次首尾相连后套放在中心杆上,剪切套与中心杆a位置相对应,中间连接套与中心杆b位置相对应,下端连接套的下表面设有凸起,下端连接套的凸起前端部分与中心杆c位置相对应,下端连接套的凸起后端部分与下中心杆位置相对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述剪切套与中心杆a之间、中间连接套与中心杆b之间、下端连接套与中心杆c之间都有密封腔,在中心杆a、中心杆b和中心杆c上都开设有连通密封腔与工具内腔的通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述桥塞液压液动坐封工具还包括上接头、剪切销钉a、球座、转换接头,上接头通过剪切销钉a与前驱装置连接,转换接头与下中心杆连接,球座设在转换接头内腔中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述转换接头的前端伸入推筒连接套和下中心杆之间的环形空腔中,转换接头能阻隔复合环的向右运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述下中心杆前端有凸台,凸台把环形密封腔分为环形密封腔a和环形密封腔b,环形密封腔a和环形密封腔b之间是连通的,容置密封腔的截面积比环形密封腔a的截面积大。
7.根据权利要求5所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述容置密封腔的截面积是环形密封腔a截面积的2倍以上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述容置密封腔的截面积与环形密封腔b截面积相同。
9.根据权利要求1所述的桥塞液压液动坐封工具,其特征在于:所述复合环能与推动环复合在一起并随着推动环在环形密封腔中向后运动。
