背景技术
在薄膜制品生产过程中，需要使用到碟片过滤器，对原料进行过滤，使用一段时间后，碟片过滤器内的碟片上会附着很多杂物，需要及时进行清理，目前的清理方法为将碟片过滤器吊入加热罐体内，并在罐体内加入清洁剂，通过清洁剂的对流循环对碟片过滤器内的碟片进行清洗，但是清洁剂的热对流较慢，使得清洁效率较低，且不能保证清洁效果。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种解决了上述缺陷的，可以直接将竖放的包装卷膜进行吊装，省时省力的碟片过滤器清洗设备。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：碟片过滤器清洗设备包括罐体，罐体的内壁中设置有导热油循环管，罐体的外壁上设有导热油进口和导热油出口，罐体的外壁上还设有清洁剂循环进管和清洁剂循环出管，清洁剂循环进管和清洁剂循环出管的一端均位于罐体内部，清洁剂循环进管经压力泵后与清洁剂循环出管相连接，清洁剂循环进管上设置有Y型过滤器。
所述的清洁剂循环进管位于罐体外壁的下部，清洁剂循环出管位于罐体外壁的上部。此种设置便于清洁剂的循环。
所述的罐体的外壁上设有液位计。液位计与罐体相连通，便于观察罐体内的清洁液液位，及时补充清洁液。
使用原理为：
使用时，在罐体内装入适量的清洁剂，将需要清洗的碟片过滤器吊入罐体内，并将通过电加热设备加热的导热油通过导热油进口引入，在罐体内壁内进行导热油循环，对罐体内的清洁剂进行加热，加热后的清洁剂产生对流，随后开启压力泵，使得清洁剂通过清洁剂循环进管和清洁剂循环出管产生循环，提高对流效果，通过清洁剂的对流对碟片过滤器内的碟片进行溶解清洗，清洗完成后将碟片过滤器吊出即可。

清洁剂循环进管4位于罐体1外壁的下部，清洁剂循环出管5位于罐体1外壁的上部，罐体1的外壁上设有液位计8。
使用原理为：
使用时，在罐体1内装入适量的清洁剂，将需要清洗的碟片过滤器吊入罐体1内，并将通过电加热设备加热的导热油通过导热油进口2引入，在罐体1内壁内进行导热油循环，对罐体1内的清洁剂进行加热，加热后的清洁剂产生对流，随后开启压力泵6，使得清洁剂通过清洁剂循环进管4和清洁剂循环出管5产生循环，提高对流效果，通过清洁剂的对流对碟片过滤器内的碟片进行溶解清洗，清洗完成后将碟片过滤器吊出即可。

1.一种碟片过滤器清洗设备，包括罐体(1)，罐体(1)的内壁中设置有导热油循环管，罐体(1)的外壁上设有导热油进口(2)和导热油出口(3)，其特征在于：罐体(1)的外壁上还设有清洁剂循环进管(4)和清洁剂循环出管(5)，清洁剂循环进管(4)和清洁剂循环出管(5)的一端均位于罐体(1)内部，清洁剂循环进管(4)经压力泵(6)后与清洁剂循环出管(5)相连接，清洁剂循环进管(4)上设置有Y型过滤器(7)。
