本实用新型涉及PDA设备技术领域，更具体的说，本实用新型涉及一种移动智能终端设备。
背景技术
PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)又称掌上电脑，按使用来分类，分为工业级PDA和消费品PDA。工业级PDA主要应用在工业领域，常见的有条码扫描器、RFID读写器、POS机等；消费品PDA包括的比较多，智能手机、平板电脑、手持游戏机等。
现有技术中，PDA设备的电路板组件防震抗摔能力较差，从高处跌落后会造成电路板的损坏，使得市面上大部分PDA设备都不满足工业领域的耐用性要求，从而大大限制了PDA设备应用领域
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种移动智能终端设备，该移动智能终端设备通过镁合金支架的结构设计，依靠镁合金支架的强度和不易变形性，再将LCD屏幕和PCB板固定在镁合金支架上，对LCD屏幕和PCB板起到很好的保护作用，满足恶劣跌落、磕碰坏境的使用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种移动智能终端设备，其改进之处在于：包括面壳、后壳、LCD屏幕、镁合金支架、PCB板以及按键板；
所述的面壳与后壳相扣合，面壳与后壳之间形成安装空腔；所述的镁合金支架设置在安装空腔内，并固定安装在面壳上；
所述的LCD屏幕固定安装在镁合金支架上端的正面上，且位于面壳上端的开口处；所述的PCB板固定安装在镁合金支架上端的背面上，所述的按键板固定安装在镁合金支架的下端，所述面壳上设置有硅胶按键，且所述的硅胶按键压紧在所述的按键板上。
在上述的结构中，所述的移动智能终端设备还包括电池和电池盖，所述的电池装入安装空腔内，所述的电池盖盖在后壳上的开口处。
在上述的结构中，所述的移动智能终端设备还包括PCB支架，所述的PCB板固定在PCB支架上，该PCB支架固定安装在镁合金支架上端的背面上。
在上述的结构中，所述的PCB支架上还固定安装有扫描头支架，且扫描头支架上安装有扫描头。
在上述的结构中，所述镁合金支架上端的正面形成方形的框架，所述的LCD屏幕嵌入框架内，且LCD屏幕与框架之间的间隙内设置有屏幕泡棉。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于镁合金支架具有较好的强度和不易变形性，将LCD屏幕和PCB板均固定安装在镁合金支架上，再将镁合金支架固定在面壳上，PCB板与面壳没有直接的硬性接触，当移动智能终端设备从高处跌落时，冲击力主要作用在面壳和镁合金支架上，不会对PCB板造成损伤，从而保证了设备的抗摔性能，从而满足恶劣跌落、磕碰环境的使用。

参照图1、图2所示，本实用新型揭示了一种移动智能终端设备，在本实施例中，包括面壳10、后壳20、LCD屏幕30、镁合金支架40、PCB板50以及按键板60，所述的面壳10与后壳20相扣合，面壳10与后壳20之间形成安装空腔；所述的镁合金支架40设置在安装空腔内，并固定安装在面壳10上，镁合金支架40与面壳10之间、镁合金支架40与后壳20之间均预留有安装零部件的空间；所述的LCD屏幕30固定安装在镁合金支架40上端的正面上，且位于面壳10上端的开口101处，在本实施例中，镁合金支架40上端形成方形的框架，所述的LCD屏幕30嵌入框架内，且LCD屏幕30与框架之间的间隙内设置有屏幕泡棉70，屏幕泡棉70起到了防水防尘的作用，并且，在移动智能终端设备从高处跌落时，屏幕泡棉70起到了缓冲作用，避免LCD屏幕30破碎。
进一步的，所述的PCB板50固定安装在镁合金支架40上端的背面上，所述的按键板60固定安装在镁合金支架40的下端，所述面壳10上设置有硅胶按键102，且所述的硅胶按键102压紧在所述的按键板60上，按键板60上的按钮从面壳10上凸出。所述的移动智能终端设备还包括电池80和电池盖801，所述的电池80装入安装空腔内，所述的电池盖801盖在后壳20上的开口处，电池80与PCB板50、LCD屏幕30均电性连接，以提供PCB板50、LCD屏幕30工作时的电能。
在上述的实施例中，所述的移动智能终端设备还包括PCB支架90，所述的PCB板50固定在PCB支架90上，该PCB支架90固定安装在镁合金支架40上端的背面上；所述的PCB支架90上还固定安装有扫描头支架901，且扫描头支架901上安装有扫描头。
本实用新型通过上述的结构，由于镁合金支架40具有较好的强度和不易变形性，将LCD屏幕30和PCB板50均固定安装在镁合金支架40上，再将镁合金支架40固定在面壳10上，PCB板50与面壳10没有直接的硬性接触，当移动智能终端设备从高处跌落时，冲击力主要作用在面壳10和镁合金支架40上，不会对PCB板50造成损伤，从而保证了设备的抗摔性能，从而满足恶劣跌落、磕碰环境的使用。

所述的面壳与后壳相扣合，面壳与后壳之间形成安装空腔；所述的镁合金支架设置在安装空腔内，并固定安装在面壳上；
所述的LCD屏幕固定安装在镁合金支架上端的正面上，且位于面壳上端的开口处；所述的PCB板固定安装在镁合金支架上端的背面上，所述的按键板固定安装在镁合金支架的下端，所述面壳上设置有硅胶按键，且所述的硅胶按键压紧在所述的按键板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动智能终端设备，其特征在于：所述的移动智能终端设备还包括电池和电池盖，所述的电池装入安装空腔内，所述的电池盖盖在后壳上的开口处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动智能终端设备，其特征在于：所述的移动智能终端设备还包括PCB支架，所述的PCB板固定在PCB支架上，该PCB支架固定安装在镁合金支架上端的背面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种移动智能终端设备，其特征在于：所述的PCB支架上还固定安装有扫描头支架，且扫描头支架上安装有扫描头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动智能终端设备，其特征在于：所述镁合金支架上端的正面形成方形的框架，所述的LCD屏幕嵌入框架内，且LCD屏幕与框架之间的间隙内设置有屏幕泡棉。
