Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种自脱膜发泡箱,主要解决现有技术中聚氨酯泡沫得材率低、人工手撕强度高的问题。本实用新型通过采用一种自脱膜发泡箱,依次包括箱体、垫纸层以及高分子膜层的技术方案较好地解决了该问题,可用于聚氨酯泡沫的工业生产中。

本实用新型涉及一种自脱膜发泡箱。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫已经在汽车行业内得到了广泛的应用,制作聚氨酯泡沫时传统的脱模方式是涂刷脱模剂或者在发泡箱中采用垫纸层。涂刷脱膜剂会污染泡块与模具的接触面,使用泡沫块时需要先切除这些污染面,同时采用脱膜剂在取泡时依旧会有泡沫沾在发泡箱上,造成泡沫局部撕裂,使用泡块时需要切除这些泡沫污染面和局部撕裂面,生产效率低和泡沫得材率低。
中国专利201120343804.3公开了一种发泡箱,包括箱体和底板,箱体的内壁设置有垫纸。在发泡箱中采用垫纸层,泡块容易与垫纸层粘结,需要工人手工撕去,工人手撕操作强度高,降低了生产效率,垫纸层与泡沫层粘结牢固,需要去除泡块四周和底部的牛皮纸,余料浪费严重,导致发泡前必须增加发泡余量,泡沫得材率低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是现有技术中的聚氨酯泡沫得材率低、人工手撕强度高、泡沫易烧心的问题,提供一种自脱膜发泡箱,该自脱膜发泡箱具有聚氨酯泡沫得材率高、人工手撕强度高的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:一种自脱膜发泡箱,从外到里依次包括箱体1、垫纸层2和高分子膜层3;高分子膜层3选自聚乙烯高分子膜、聚丙烯高分子膜或聚酰胺高分子膜;垫纸层2选自牛皮纸或包装纸。
上述技术方案中,优选地,高分子膜层3厚度为50~100μm。
上述技术方案中,优选地,垫纸层2厚度为200μm。
上述技术方案中,优选地,聚氨酯泡沫,由组分A和组分B组成,组分A与组分B的重量比为1:1~1.4,其中:组分A以重量百分比计包括:聚醚多元醇Ⅰ:10~40%,聚醚多元醇Ⅱ:20~40%,聚酯多元醇:10~30%,泡沫稳定剂:1~5%,催化剂:2~4%,物理发泡剂:10~20%,水:0.1~1.5%,助剂:0.1~1%;其中组分A中:聚醚多元醇Ⅰ为4~ 5.5官能度,数均分子量为300~500的聚醚多元醇;聚醚多元醇Ⅱ为2~3官能度,数均分子量为200-600的聚醚多元醇;聚酯多元醇为2~3官能度,羟值为200~500的聚酯多元醇;泡沫稳定剂为非水解硅碳类表面活性剂或聚硅氧烷型表面活性剂中的至少一种;物理发泡剂为一氟二氯乙烷、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷、二氟乙烷或七氟丙烷中的至少一种;催化剂为乙酸钾、异辛酸钾、三乙烯二胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡或N,N’,N’-三(二甲基氨基丙基)六氢三嗪中的至少一种;助剂选自色浆、抗氧剂或分散剂中至少一种,其中色浆为TEGOCOLOR公司的Black HI、Blue2或宝美施公司的031-9NN015中的至少一种;抗氧剂为抗氧剂245、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1035 中的至少一种;分散剂为OMG Borchers公司的Gen0451或Ger0851中的至少一种;组分B 为多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。
本实用新型中,通过在发泡箱垫纸层上覆一层高分子膜层,从而使得聚氨酯泡沫发泡后能实现自脱膜,表面平整以减少聚氨酯泡沫表面去除的厚度,从而提高聚氨酯泡沫的得材率;聚氨酯泡沫自脱膜从而降低了人工手撕垫纸层的操作强度,具有较好的技术效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
1)制备组分A:100kg;聚醚多元醇Ⅰ(官能度为4,数均分子量为300):20kg,聚醚多元醇Ⅱ(官能度为2,数均分子量为200):40kg,聚酯多元醇(官能度为2,数均分子量为300):20kg,非水解硅碳类表面活性剂:4kg,N,N’,N’-三(二甲基氨基丙基)六氢三嗪:4kg,七氟丙烷:10kg,水:1.5kg,色浆Black HI(TEGOCOLOR 公司):0.5kg;
2)制备组分B,多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯:110kg,将组分A与组分B混合搅拌;
3)在发泡箱体中放入覆有聚丙烯薄膜层的牛皮纸(厚度为250μm);
4)将预先搅拌好的发泡浆料加入发泡箱中;
5)在加料完成后开始发泡形成聚氨酯泡沫材料;
6)在发泡完成后将聚氨酯泡沫材料与覆有聚丙烯薄膜层的牛皮纸层一起取出,轻松剥去在泡沫表面的覆有高分子膜的牛皮纸,聚氨酯泡沫表面平整;不需要工人花5至 10分钟左右对泡块表面的牛皮纸进行清理,手撕操作强度降低;泡沫表面平整减少了聚氨酯泡沫表面去除的厚度,从而提高聚氨酯泡沫的得材率。
比较例1:
1)制备组分A:100kg;聚醚多元醇Ⅰ(官能度为4,数均分子量为300):20kg,聚醚多元醇Ⅱ(官能度为2,数均分子量为200):40kg,聚酯多元醇(官能度为2,数均分子量为300):20kg,非水解硅碳类表面活性剂:4kg,N,N’,N’-三(二甲基氨基丙基)六氢三嗪:4kg,七氟丙烷:10kg,水:1.5kg,色浆Black HI(TEGOCOLOR 公司):0.5kg;
2)制备组分B,多次甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯:110kg,将组分A与组分B混合搅拌;
3)在发泡箱体中放入牛皮纸层(厚度为200μm);
4)将预先搅拌好的发泡浆料加入发泡箱中;
5)在加料完成后开始发泡形成聚氨酯泡沫材料;
6)在发泡完成后将聚氨酯泡沫材料与牛皮纸一起取出,工人花需要5至10分钟左右对泡块表面的牛皮纸进行清理,手撕操作强度提高;泡沫表面不平整,增加了聚氨酯泡沫表面去除的厚度,从而降低了聚氨酯泡沫的得材率。

1.一种自脱膜发泡箱,从外到里依次包括箱体(1)、垫纸层(2)和高分子膜层(3);高分子膜层(3)选自聚乙烯高分子膜、聚丙烯高分子膜或聚酰胺高分子膜;垫纸层(2)选自牛皮纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自脱膜发泡箱,其特征在于,高分子膜层(3)厚度为50~100μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自脱膜发泡箱,其特征在于,垫纸层(2)厚度为200μm。
