本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,具体地,涉及一种易于装配的LED球泡灯。
背景技术
LED作为一种新型绿色环保光源,具有许多优点,包括有体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、高亮度、低热量等;同时,为了满足日常生活的使用需求,将LED与传统灯泡相结合的LED球泡灯也应运而生。
传统的LED球泡灯在生产装配时,装配步骤包括有:导体支架与芯柱上的引线焊接、LED灯条与导体支架焊接和电阻焊接至引线的芯柱与灯头连接段;此类LED球泡灯装配过程中存在着装配步骤较多且装配效率较低的不足之处;进一步地说,由于导体支架上的的一组正极、负极需要与LED灯条上的正极、负极正确地焊接;导体支架上另一组正极、负极又要与芯柱上正负引线正确地焊接,而LED球泡灯内的各部件包括LED灯条、导体支架和电阻等体积有逐步变小的趋势,生产过程中的夹持与焊接越来越不方便,致使装配上较为麻烦;所以需要一种易于装配的LED球泡灯。

针对现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种易于装配的LED球泡灯。
本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种易于装配的LED球泡灯,包括泡壳(1)、LED发光模块(2)、芯柱(3)和灯头(4);所述灯头(4)与所述泡壳(1)连接配合;所述芯柱(3)部分插入所述泡壳(1)后与所述泡壳(1)相配合形成封闭腔体;所述芯柱(3)内预埋有正引线(5)和负引线(6);所述正引线(5)和所述负引线(6)的一端分别与所述灯头(4)对应的正极、负极连接;所述正引线(5)和所述负引线(6)的另一端分别与所述LED发光模块(2)对应的正极、负极连接;所述LED发光模块呈门字型,由LED倒装芯片(7)和导体支架(8)连接而成。
优选的,所述LED倒装芯片(7)内封装有若干电阻;所述LED倒装芯片(7)和若干所述电阻串联连接。
本实用新型区别于现有技术的有益效果是:
本实用新型结构简单,通过将LED发光模块的模块化结构以及将电阻封装于LED倒装芯片内,减少了装配的步骤,降低了装配的难度;进一步地,降低工业化生产的成本,提高工业化生产的效率。

实施例
一种易于装配的LED球泡灯,包括泡壳1、LED发光模块2、芯柱3和灯头4;所述灯头4与所述泡壳1连接配合;所述芯柱3部分插入所述泡壳1后与泡壳1相配合形成封闭腔体;所述芯柱3内预埋有正引线5和负引线6;所述正引线5、所述负引线6的一端分别与所述灯头4对应的正极、负极连接;所述正引线5、所述负引线6的另一端分别与所述LED发光模块2对应的正极、负极连接;当灯头接通电源时,电流通过所述正引线5、负引线6驱动LED发光模块2发光;所述LED发光模块2呈门字型,由LED倒装芯片7和导体支架8连接而成,以此实现LED发光模块2的内置以及模块化,减少了易于装配的LED球泡灯的装配步骤,同时由于LED发光模块2整体体积变大,更易于夹持和焊接,降低了装配的难度;进一步地,降低工业化生产的成本,提高工业化生产的效率。
所述LED倒装芯片7内封装有若干电阻;所述LED倒装芯片7和若干所述电阻串联连接;由灯泡的功率计算公式P=I²R可知:LED倒装芯片7内预装有若干所述电阻,即有效提高了易于装配的LED球泡灯的功率,又减少了装配步骤,降低了装配的难度,进一步地,降低工业化生产的成本,提高工业化生产的效率。
具体的,易于装配的LED球泡灯装配流程包括有:正引线5和负引线6的一端分别与LED发光模块2对应的正极、负极焊接、芯柱3与泡壳1熔合进行封口、正引线5和负引线6的另一端分别与LED发光模块2对应的正极、负极焊接、灯头4与泡壳1使用胶水粘黏;本实用新型结构的配合更加简单,装配步骤更少。
综上,本实用新型通过上述的结构设计,解决现有技术中存在的不足之处,具有结构简单,设计合理,使用效果好等特点。
