本实用新型属于废气过滤设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种工业废气过滤装置。
背景技术
现有的工业有机废气通常利用活性炭吸附直接吸附，能够达到95％以上的净化率，但是活性炭很容易饱和，活性炭饱和后会失去吸附能力，导致活性炭需要频繁的更换。现有技术的活性炭吸附层在更换活性炭时需要将整套的吸附层取出进行更换，增加了装卸等工作程序，导致成本的增加。因此需要研究一种可以方便拆装更换活性炭吸附层的废气过滤装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的上述不足，本实用新型提供一种工业废气过滤装置，本实用新型的结构简单，使用操作方便，废气过滤效率高，各层L型板可以方便拆卸，可以方便的更换L型板上的活性炭吸附块，克服了现有技术的活性炭吸附层不方便更换活性炭吸附块的技术缺陷。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的，本实用新型提供一种工业废气过滤装置，包括过滤箱体，位于过滤箱体两侧的进气口和出气口，在所述过滤箱体内设有除雾层和活性炭吸附层，所述活性炭吸附层包括由n个L型板首尾相接形成的S型板，其中n≧2；第一个L型板和第n个L型板的竖板分别通过连接件A连接在过滤箱体的箱壁上；上一个L型板的横板与下一个L型板的竖板通过连接件B连接；在每个L型板的横板上放置有活性炭吸附块。
本实用新型的废气从进气口进入，经过除雾层除雾后进入活性炭吸附层进行吸附过滤，过滤后的气体通过出气口排出。本实用新型的活性炭吸附层是由多层结构连接而成的S型结构组成，每一层是由一个L型板和位于L型板上的活性炭吸附块组成的，因此废气经过每层的活性炭吸附块进行过滤，过滤效率高；而且各层L型板之间可以拆卸，当活性炭吸附块使用一段时间需要更换时，可以将各层L型板结构拆开后进行更换活性炭吸附块，解决了原有活性炭吸附层不方便更换活性炭吸附块的技术难题。
优选的，在每个L型板的横板上开设有多个通孔。设置通孔是为了让废气可以充分与活性炭吸附块相接处。
优选的，所述连接件A包括与过滤箱体的箱壁螺栓连接的角板，与角板螺栓连接的正U型板，与第一个L型板或第n个L型板的竖板螺栓连接的倒U型板，所述倒U型板挂接在正U型板内。当需要拆卸时，可以将正U型板从倒U型板上解挂。
优选的，所述连接件B包括与上一个L型板的横板螺栓连接的角板和与下一个L型板的竖板螺栓连接的倒U型板，所述倒U型板挂接在角板上。当需要拆卸时，可以将倒U型板在角板上解挂。

本实用新型的结构简单，使用操作方便，废气过滤效率高，各层L型板可以方便拆卸，可以方便的更换L型板上的活性炭吸附块，克服了现有技术的活性炭吸附层不方便更换活性炭吸附块的技术缺陷。

实施例1，参见图1，一种工业废气过滤装置，包括过滤箱体1，位于过滤箱体1两侧的进气口2和出气口3，在所述过滤箱体1内设有除雾层4和活性炭吸附层，所述活性炭吸附层包括由n个L型板6首尾相接形成的S型板，其中n≧2；第一个L型板和第n个L型板的竖板6-1分别通过连接件A连接在过滤箱体1的箱壁上；上一个L型板的横板6-2与下一个L型板的竖板6-1通过连接件B连接；在每个L型板6的横板6-2上放置有活性炭吸附块5。
本实用新型的废气从进气口2进入，经过除雾层4除雾后进入活性炭吸附层进行吸附过滤，过滤后的气体通过出气口排出。本实用新型的活性炭吸附层是由多层结构连接而成的S型结构组成，每一层是由一个L型板6和位于L型板6上的活性炭吸附块5组成的，各层L型板6之间可以拆卸，当活性炭吸附块使用一段时间需要更换时，可以将各层L型板6结构拆开后进行更换活性炭吸附块5，解决了原有活性炭吸附层不方便更换活性炭吸附块的技术难题。
参见图2，在每个L型板6的横板6-2上开设有多个通孔7。设置通孔7是为了让废气可以充分与活性炭吸附块5相接处。
参见图3，所述连接件A包括与过滤箱体1的箱壁螺栓连接的角板6-5，与角板6-5螺栓连接的正U型板6-4，与第一个L型板或第n个L型板的竖板6-1螺栓连接的倒U型板6-3，所述倒U型板6-3挂接在正U型板6-4内。当需要拆卸时，可以将正U型板6-4从倒U型板6-3上解挂。
参见图4，所述连接件B包括与上一个L型板的横板6-2螺栓连接的角板6-5和与下一个L型板的竖板6-1螺栓连接的倒U型板6-3，所述倒U型板6-3挂接在角板6-5上。当需要拆卸时，可以将倒U型板6-3在角板6-5上解挂。

1.一种工业废气过滤装置，包括过滤箱体(1)，位于过滤箱体(1)两侧的进气口(2)和出气口(3)，在所述过滤箱体(1)内设有除雾层(4)和活性炭吸附层，其特征在于：所述活性炭吸附层包括由n个L型板(6)首尾相接形成的S型板，其中n≧2；第一个L型板和第n个L型板的竖板(6-1)分别通过连接件A连接在过滤箱体(1)的箱壁上；上一个L型板的横板(6-2)与下一个L型板的竖板(6-1)通过连接件B连接；在每个L型板(6)的横板(6-2)上放置有活性炭吸附块(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气过滤装置，其特征在于：在每个L型板(6)的横板(6-2)上开设有多个通孔(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气过滤装置，其特征在于：所述连接件A包括与过滤箱体1的箱壁螺栓连接的角板(6-5)，与角板(6-5)螺栓连接的正U型板(6-4)，与第一个L型板或第n个L型板的竖板(6-1)螺栓连接的倒U型板(6-3)，所述倒U型板(6-3)挂接在正U型板(6-4)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气过滤装置，其特征在于：所述连接件B包括与上一个L型板的横板(6-2)螺栓连接的角板(6-5)和与下一个L型板的竖板(6-1)螺栓连接的倒U型板(6-3)，所述倒U型板(6-3)挂接在角板(6-5)上。
