Abstract
本实用新型提供一种高渗透性高强度的切削液滤布,该过滤布的层结构是,上层为12×12正方形方格子尼龙纤维网,下层为复合一层超薄型粘胶纤维机械网,构成厚度为0.18mm±0.02mm,30g/m2的切削液滤布。本实用新型的优点是,由于机械成网布是超低定量,因此透气量很大,但又因夹持了方字格尼龙纤维网,其纵横向强度显著提高,其横向强度相当于70克的纺粘丙长,因此在使用过程中,既有高渗透液性能,同时滤又布不易变形。

本实用新型涉及一种用方字格尼龙纤维加固的机械成网切削液滤布。
背景技术
目前切削液过滤,基本采用卷装的无纺粘合无纺布,采用纺粘丙纶长丝,针刺热轧制成,缺点是液体渗透性差,过滤过程容易变形。
发明内容
为解决前述存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种高渗透性高强度的切削液滤布,该过滤布的层结构是,滤布的层结构是,上层为12×12正方形方格子尼龙纤维网,下层为复合一层超薄型粘胶纤维机械网,构成厚度为0.18 mm±0.02 mm,定量为: 30g/m2的切削液滤布。
本实用新型的优点是,由于机械成网布是超低定量,因此透气量很大,但又因夹持了方字格尼龙纤维网,其纵横向强度显著提高,其横向强度相当于70 克的纺粘丙长,因此在使用过程中,既有高渗透液性能,同时滤布不易变形。

具体实施方式
1,用90%2.5D*51粘胶纤维,10%2.5D*涤纶纤维开松,混合,机械成网。
2,12毫米Х12毫米见方的方字格尼龙纤网,落卷后与上述机械网一起进入桨槽,吸附一定量的粘合剂后,进入烘缸,烘干成卷,即制成高渗透性高强度的切削液滤布。

产品性能指标
采用超薄型粘胶纤维机械网,再夹持方字格尼龙纤网,方字格尼龙纤网采用75D尼龙织成的方字格,方格边长为12毫米,正方形排列,这样结构的纤网把整个布的纵横向固定了,同时丝毫不影响布的密度。 机械网采用90%粘胶纤维,10%涤纶纤维,机械法粘胶纤维网进入桨槽时复合方字格子尼龙纤网,再进入一组烘缸烘干,成卷。机械布定量25g/m2.厚度为0.15 mm;方字格尼龙纤网定量为5g/m2.;成品定量为30g/m2. 厚度为 0.18 mm。

1.一种高渗透性高强度的切削液滤布,其特征在于,滤布的层结构是,上层为12×12正方形方格子尼龙纤维网,下层为复合一层超薄型粘胶纤维机械网,构成厚度为0.18 mm±0.02 mm,定量为: 30g/m2的切削液滤布。
