本实用新型涉及轨道交通车辆检修领域，特别涉及一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置。
背景技术
在对轨道车辆维修维护过程中，需要对车辆部件进行拆卸，检修，组装，调试等工序，为了机械部件在维修过程中保持平衡或水平状态，由此设计高度可调式圆柱支撑装置；现有的可调式圆柱支撑装置在使用时存在一定的弊端，目前市场上同类产品未进行与机械部件接触点的表面处理，对被检修设备容易造成机械损伤，且同类产品高度可调但是操作不方便，给可调式圆柱支撑装置的使用带来了一定的影响，为此，我们提出一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案：
本实用新型一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置，包括钢管与装置主体，所述钢管的下端外表面固定安装有底座，所述装置主体活动安装在钢管的上端内表面的中间位置处，且装置主体的下端外表面固定安装有螺杆，所述钢管的内表面靠近螺杆的一侧位置处设置有螺母，所述装置主体的上端外表面设置有钢板，且钢板的上端外表面设置有尼龙板。
优选的，所述钢管的内表面靠近螺杆的一侧位置处设置有螺母，且螺杆通过螺母与钢管活动连接。
优选的，所述钢板与尼龙板均通过螺杆与钢管螺纹连接，且螺杆的外表面设置有螺纹。
优选的，所述钢板与装置主体的连接方式为焊接。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是：该便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置，通过设有的螺杆，通过旋转丝杠可进行高度调节，设计合理，可方便调节支撑高度，螺纹的焊接设计，工作平稳可靠，使用寿命长，通过设有的尼龙板，避免被检修设备直接与钢板接触，造成机械损伤，通过设有的钢板，其与立杆的焊接连接，受力合理，承载能力高，可有效减少支撑数量，施工成本低，整个装置结构简单、安拆方便，操作灵活安全，大大减轻操作人员的劳动强度，使用的效果相对于传统方式更好。

实施例1
如图1所示，一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置，包括钢管2与装置主体7，钢管2的下端外表面固定安装有底座1，装置主体7活动安装在钢管2的上端内表面的中间位置处，且装置主体7的下端外表面固定安装有螺杆4，钢管2的内表面靠近螺杆4的一侧位置处设置有螺母3，装置主体7的上端外表面设置有钢板5，且钢板5的上端外表面设置有尼龙板6。
钢管2的内表面靠近螺杆4的一侧位置处设置有螺母3，且螺杆4通过螺母3与钢管2活动连接；钢板5与尼龙板6均通过螺杆4与钢管2螺纹连接，且螺杆4的外表面设置有螺纹；钢板5与装置主体7的连接方式为焊接。
需要说明的是，本实用新型为一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置，主要由上体与下体两部分组成，上体由支撑板与立杆组成，下体由内腔空体的圆柱形结构的钢管2与底座1组成，上体与下体通过螺纹来连接，支撑板主要由为非金属板的尼龙板6与钢板5组成，该实用新型通过螺杆4可进行高度调节，具体是通过钢管2的一端固定螺纹，另一端通过将螺杆向顺时针旋转，使装置主体7与钢管2可以活动，待调整到适合高度时，再将螺杆向逆时针旋转，最后通过螺母3固定住装置主体7完成设备的高度调节，其中底座1与钢管2在整体结构中起到支撑的作用，尼龙板6的设计避免被检修设备直接与钢板5接触，造成机械损伤，在维修齿轮箱过程中，工作人员利用此装置快捷的使齿轮箱保持在平衡状态下，工时利用率提高，较为实用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置，其特征在于：所述钢管（2）的内表面靠近螺杆（4）的一侧位置处设置有螺母（3），且螺杆（4）通过螺母（3）与钢管（2）活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式高度可调圆柱支撑装置，其特征在于：所述钢板（5）与尼龙板（6）均通过螺杆（4）与钢管（2）螺纹连接，且螺杆（4）的外表面设置有螺纹。
