本实用新型所公开的一种压缩袋封口气阀,气阀底板的上侧面设置一柱体,气阀底板与柱体通过气孔贯通,气孔的上口沿内侧壁上具有环套,环套的顶面具有凸环,硅胶垫片的横向部下侧面与凸环贴合;气孔的下口沿周侧设置多个支撑筋,气孔下口沿的两相对应位置处设置筋条,筋条和多个支撑筋均设于气阀底板的下侧面;气孔的中心位置设有一环体,各支撑筋的端部伸入气孔中与环体侧部相连;硅胶垫片的纵向部贯穿环体,其纵向部底端具有体积大于该纵向部的凸台,以限位硅胶垫片;在柱体上紧密盖合气阀盖,硅胶垫片的横向部被气阀盖全面紧压。结构简单可靠,加工和组装简便,排气迅速,气阀可快速的将压缩袋内的空气排出,提升密封性能,使得收藏效果较佳。

本实用新型涉及压缩袋阀门结构技术领域,尤其是一种压缩袋封口气阀。
背景技术
目前,人们对储物空间的节约很重视,一般家庭里厚重的棉被和衣物比较多,存放占用较多空间的问题一直困扰着人们,特别是在对于有梅雨季节的地区,防霉、防潮至关重要,真空压缩袋具有防水、防霉、防潮等保护作用,更具有节省雪间的作用,它的出现,为人们解决了很多问题,现被广泛利用。
市面上,各种真空压缩袋产品很多,真空压缩袋的气阀也一代比一代先进,一般能和吸尘器(家用吸尘气)配套使用,给人们使用时带来很多方便,真空压缩袋的气阀一般采用旋压式气阀,现有技术中的旋压式气阀部件过多,结构复杂,使得加工和组装工序相当繁琐,排气时的排气量相当的小,且在使用过程中的密封性相当差,长时间存放时容易出现漏气现象,影响收藏效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而设计的一种结构简单可靠,使用效果较佳的一种压缩袋封口气阀。
本实用新型所设计的一种压缩袋封口气阀,包括固定于压缩袋封口处的气阀底板和横截面呈T型状的硅胶垫片,气阀底板的上侧面设置一柱体,气阀底板与柱体通过气孔贯通,气孔的上口沿内侧壁上具有环套,环套的顶面具有凸环,硅胶垫片的横向部下侧面与凸环贴合;气孔的下口沿周侧以环形阵列形式分布设置多个支撑筋,气孔下口沿的两相对应位置处设置筋条,筋条和多个支撑筋均设于气阀底板的下侧面;气孔的中心位置设有一环体,各支撑筋的端部伸入气孔中与环体侧部相连;硅胶垫片的纵向部贯穿环体,其纵向部底端具有体积大于该纵向部的凸台,以限位硅胶垫片;在柱体上紧密盖合气阀盖,气阀盖紧压硅胶垫片的横向部。
进一步优选,支撑筋与环体相连的端部上侧为倾斜面。
进一步优选,柱体上紧密盖合气阀盖,其具体结构为:气阀底板的上侧面具有外螺纹套环,外螺纹套环位于柱体的位置处,气阀盖的内螺纹螺接于气阀盖上。
进一步优选,气阀底板的上侧面设有密封环,密封环位于外螺纹套环的底脚处,气阀盖的底部与密封环紧密贴合。
进一步优选,外螺纹套环、柱体、筋条、密封环、多个支撑筋和环体相互结合构成一体式结构。
进一步优选,凸台为梯形凸台。
进一步优选,气阀底板的上侧面设有与压缩袋封口密封固定的安装槽四个,气阀底板的下侧面设有与各安装槽位置对应的四个凸块。
本实用新型所设计的一种压缩袋封口气阀,结构简单可靠,加工和组装简便,排气迅速,在抽气时气阀可快速的将压缩袋内的空气排出,进一步提升对压缩袋的封口进行密封的密封性能,使得压缩袋收藏效果较佳。

实施例1:
如图1-图4所示,本实施例所描述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,包括固定于压缩袋封口处的气阀底板1和横截面呈T型状的硅胶垫片2,气阀底板1的上侧面设置一柱体11,气阀底板1与柱体11通过气孔12贯通,气孔12的上口沿内侧壁上具有环套13,环套13的顶面具有凸环14,,硅胶垫片2的横向部下侧面与凸环4贴合;气孔12的下口沿周侧以环形阵列形式分布设置多个支撑筋4,气孔12下口沿的两相对应位置处设置筋条19,筋条19和多个支撑筋4均设于气阀底板1的下侧面;气孔12的中心位置设有一环体15,各支撑筋15的端部伸入气孔12中与环体15侧部相连;硅胶垫片2的纵向部贯穿环体14,其纵向部底端具有体积大于该纵向部的凸台21,以限位硅胶垫片2;在柱体11上紧密盖合气阀盖3,气阀盖3紧压硅胶垫片2的横向部。外螺纹套环17、柱体11、筋条19、密封环16、多个支撑筋4和环体15相互结合构成一体式结构。气阀底板1的上侧面设有与压缩袋封口密封固定的安装槽17四个,气阀底板1的下侧面设有与各安装槽17位置对应的四个凸块18。凸块18增强安装槽的强度,提升组装性能。
上述结构的设计原理:气阀底板1下侧面的筋条19和支撑筋4纹路设计可以减轻压缩袋之间的磨损,使压缩袋更加结实耐用,并且具有加快的抽排气的功效;气阀底板和硅胶垫片均采用一体式结构,可以减少压缩袋制作工序,增加工作效率,减少人工,从而降低了人工成本;硅胶垫片2的纵向部贯穿气阀底板的环体(圆环)后,其纵向部在抽排气过程中在环体内进行上下运动,硅胶垫片2始终在抽气装置的抽气口内进行灵活运动,从而这样设计的结构使气阀抽排气速度更快;而且气阀盖3与硅胶垫片2接触面加宽设计,更好的起到密封保护作用。
本实施例中,支撑筋4与环体15相连的端部上侧为倾斜面41。其结构使得气阀插排气的速度得到更进一步的提升。
本实施例中,柱体11上紧密盖合气阀盖3,其具体结构为:气阀底板1的上侧面具有外螺纹套环17,外螺纹套环17位于柱体11的位置处,气阀盖3的内螺纹螺接于气阀盖3上。其结构使得气阀盖3的连接固定牢固可靠,且气阀盖3安装后密封性能可靠,而且安装与拆卸相当简便。
本实施例中,气阀底板1的上侧面设有密封环16,密封环16位于外螺纹套环的底脚处,气阀盖3的底部与密封环16紧密贴合。其结构提升气阀盖安装后的密封性能。
本实施例中,凸台21为梯形凸台。其结构使得硅胶垫片上带凸台的纵向部更容易插入到环体内。

Claims (7)

1.一种压缩袋封口气阀,包括固定于压缩袋封口处的气阀底板和横截面呈T型状的硅胶垫片,气阀底板的上侧面设置一柱体,气阀底板与柱体通过气孔贯通,气孔的上口沿内侧壁上具有环套,环套的顶面具有凸环,硅胶垫片的横向部下侧面与凸环贴合;
气孔的下口沿周侧以环形阵列形式分布设置多个支撑筋,气孔下口沿的两相对应位置处设置筋条,筋条和多个支撑筋均设于气阀底板的下侧面;气孔的中心位置设有一环体,各支撑筋的端部伸入气孔中与环体侧部相连;
硅胶垫片的纵向部贯穿环体,其纵向部底端具有体积大于该纵向部的凸台,以限位硅胶垫片;在柱体上紧密盖合气阀盖,硅胶垫片的横向部被气阀盖全面紧压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,其特征在于,支撑筋与环体相连的端部上侧为倾斜面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,其特征在于,柱体上紧密盖合气阀盖,其具体结构为:气阀底板的上侧面具有外螺纹套环,外螺纹套环位于柱体的位置处,气阀盖的内螺纹螺接于气阀盖上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,其特征在于,气阀底板的上侧面设有密封环,密封环位于外螺纹套环的底脚处,气阀盖的底部与密封环紧密贴合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,其特征在于,外螺纹套环、柱体、筋条、密封环、多个支撑筋和环体相互结合构成一体式结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,其特征在于,凸台为梯形凸台。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩袋封口气阀,其特征在于,气阀底板的上侧面设有与压缩袋封口密封固定的安装槽四个,气阀底板的下侧面设有与各安装槽位置对应的四个凸块。
