本实用新型涉及一种带旋流板的高频水处理装 置，其特征在于进水管内安装有旋流板，旋流板的底 部固定在进水管的管壁上，其横截面与主管中心电极 外侧面相切，使进水在主管中产生绕轴线方向的旋 流，具有流阻小、压力损耗低、结构简单、容易加工等 优点，提高了本装置的水处理效果。

高频水处理装置，特别是带旋流板的高频水处理装置。
公知的高频水处理器副机通常设计成进水管、出水管轴线与主管轴线垂直相交，为了使进水水流能绕主管轴线旋转以提高处理效果，现有技术（CN88213071.4）中给出了一种新的方案，其进出水管轴线与主管轴线垂直，但不相交，水从切线方向进入，产生旋流，提高了水处理装置的使用效果。这种设计方案进出水管与主管的相贯线较复杂，不易加工，且安全性欠佳。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、易于加工的、水处理效果较好的高频水处理装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过在进水管内设置旋流板来实现的，旋流板的底部固定在进水管的管壁上，其横截面与主管中心电极外侧面相切。
本实用新型保证了进水从中心电极的切线方向流入主管，在主管中产生绕轴线方向的旋流，流阻小，压力损耗低，提高了本装置的水处理效果，且结构简单，加工容易。

通过附图可以使本实用新型得到进一步说明。
附图1为本实用新型副机主视剖面图，旋流板前部可设计成矩形，底部与进水管壁的相贯线为一段椭圆弧。旋流板6的材料最好选取与进水管5的相同，以利于焊接，焊接时应保证旋流板6的横截面与中心电极4的外侧面相切，这样可以得到较好的旋流效果，从而提高高频水处理机的使用效果。
附图2为本实用新型副机俯视剖面图，从图中可清楚地看出旋流板的外形。
本实用新型的主机1与公知高频水处理装置的主机相同。
附图1、附图2中，1为主机，2为副机，3为副机主管，4为副机中心电极，5为进水管，6为旋流板，7为出水管。

1、一种带旋流板的高频水处理装置，包括主机1和副机2，副机2包括主管3、中心电极4、进水管5和出水管7，其特征在于进水管5内安装有旋流板6，旋流板6的底部固定在进水管5的管壁上，其横截面与主管中心电极4外侧面相切。
