Abstract
一种金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,包括有一环状的输送带,其在机台的容室中区隔形成一内部空间及一外部空间;输送带的两侧分别设有一具有复数链目的链条,其中各链目分别具有一朝向内部空间的第一开口及一朝向外部空间的第二开口。机台两侧相对的位置上设有两个支撑轴,可供输送带绕过及抵靠做为支撑,各支撑轴以其抵靠输送带的部分遮盖对应位置处的链目的第一开口,藉此防止落入链目中的金属屑再从第一开口掉回内部空间,确保此内部空间中的排屑速度。

技术领域
本实用新型与排屑机有关,尤指一种与切削加工机配合使用的排屑机。
背景技术
如图7所示,已知的金属屑输送机具有一用以输送金属屑的输送带6,该输送带6的两侧设有链条61,其中沿该链条61具有多数个链目62,而输送带的后端设有一啮合于该链条61的链目62内的齿盘7,藉以卷动输送带6。
界定该输送带6包围形成有一内部空间63,则该内部空间63以该链条61的链目62与外界连通。据此,部分掉落于输送带6上的金属屑会侵入该内部空间63,并进而填入该链目62。在齿盘7卷动输送带6的过程中,当齿71插入该链目62时会把里面的金属屑压实形成块状,并卡在该链目62中,久之将堵塞该链目62,导致齿盘7难以精准啮合该链条61,有损该输送带6的正常运作。
另一方面,金属屑输送机使用一段时间后,前述块状的金属屑会累积于机台尾端,必须定期清理以维持正常运作。然而机台尾端的外壳8通常是焊接组成,无法局部拆除,因此必须先拆除该输送带6,再从所形成的有限空间加以清理,造成清理不易、不便又非常耗费时间及体力的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其使用圆筒轴取代齿盘,并利用其筒壁在输送带围成的内部空间中遮盖链条的链目,藉此防止链目中的金属屑掉回该内部空间,确保该内部空间中的金属屑可稳定向外排出,以维持金属屑输送机的正常运作。
为达前述的目的,本实用新型提供一种金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其包括有:
一机台,其以一外壳包围有一容室;
一环状的输送带,其设于该容室中,且以一驱动装置驱动之;该容室中界定有一以该输送带围成的内部空间及一位于该输送带外侧的外部空间,该输送带的两侧分别设有一具有复数链目的链条,其中各链目分别具有一朝向该内部空间的第一开口及一朝向该外部空间的第二开口;
两个支撑轴,其设于该外壳呈相对的位置上,且朝该容室内延伸;该输送带绕过且抵靠两支撑轴做为支撑,各支撑轴以其抵靠该输送带的部分遮盖对应位置处的链目的第一开口。
在一实施例中,该外壳在相对的位置上设有两个可拆的盖板,而两支撑轴分别设于两盖板上。
在一实施例中,各支撑轴设有一导引段,其周面形成有一弧形抵靠面以供该输送带抵靠,且该弧形抵靠面遮盖对应位置处的链目的第一开口。
在一实施例中,该输送带上间隔地设有复数个朝该外部空间突出的横杆。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型提供一种金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其使用圆筒轴取代齿盘,并利用其筒壁在输送带围成的内部空间中遮盖链条的链目,藉此防止链目中的金属屑掉回该内部空间,确保该内部空间中的金属屑可稳定向外排出,以维持金属屑输送机的正常运作。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2,所示为本实用新型提供的金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构的第一实施例,包括有一机台1,其在左、右两侧设有外壳11,且该外壳11围成一容室12,并在其中设有一输送带2,其中该输送带2头尾相接形成环状,且以一设于机台1前端的驱动装置13驱动之,用以输送金属屑。
承上,该输送带2的两侧分别设有一链条21,其中沿该链条21设有复数个链目22,可供该驱动装置13以齿盘(图中未示)啮合于其中以卷动该输送带2。如图3所示,该输送带2在该容室12中围成有一内部空间31,而位于该输送带2外侧的空间则界定为一外部空间32,其中该内部空间31可经该链条21的链目22连通至该外部空间32。更进一步地界定各链目22具有一朝向该内部空间31的第一开口221及一朝向该外部空间32的第二开口222,据此连通该内部空间31与该外部空间32。
该机台的后端设有用以支撑该输送带2的两个支撑轴4。如图2所示,该机台在其左、右两侧的外壳11上分别设有一开孔14,其位置相对且对应于该输送带2的后端,各开孔14分别设有一盖板15,其中该盖板15以螺丝16锁固于该外壳11,并封闭该开孔14,该盖板15可自该外壳11上拆离。该支撑轴4一体地设于该盖板15上;在本实施例中,该支撑轴4具有一导引段41A,该导引段41A形成圆筒状的结构,其周面形成有一弧形抵靠面42,该导引段41A朝该容室内延伸。如图3所示,该输送带2绕过两支撑轴4,且抵靠于两导引段41A的弧形抵靠面42上做为支撑,使该输送带2可稳固且顺畅地转动。
上述该输送带2受到该支撑轴4的导引段41A抵靠,使其两侧链条21上对应于该弧形抵靠面42的位置处的数个链目22其第一开口221被该弧形抵靠面42遮盖,因而无法通过该第一开口221与该内部空间31连通。更进一步地说明,由于该输送带2接受该驱动装置的驱动而持续卷动,故该链条21仅有卷动至接触该导引段41A的弧形抵靠面42的部分其链目22的第一开口221才会被遮盖。
当金属屑输送机运转时,若掉落于该输送带2上的金属屑过多,金属屑则可能侵入该输送带2所围成的内部空间31中。通过前述本实用新型的结构,如图4所示,侵入该内部空间31的金属屑5会通过该第一开口221进入该链条21的各链目22,当该输送带2卷动而使内部具有金属屑5的链目22移动并接触该导引段41A的弧形抵靠面42后,该第一开口221即遭封闭,令该等链目22在随着卷动升高的过程中,金属屑5仅会经该第二开口222掉出至该外部空间32,确保该内部空间31中的金属屑5可稳定向外排出,而不会经该第一开口221掉回该内部空间31,据此可防止金属屑堆积在该内部空间31中而影响输送机的正常运作。
此外,掉出该外部空间32的金属屑可能会累积成块状而堆积在该外部空间32中。如图2、图4所示,该输送带2的外周面间隔地设有复数个横杆23,各横杆23呈突出状而朝该外部空间32突出,据此在该输送带2卷动的过程中,各横杆23可随该输送带2移动而推动上述的块状金属屑51,使其上升至该输送带2的顶面,接着被送至机台前端的排屑口排出。
本实用新型在该支撑轴4的结构上以圆筒状的导引段41A取代已知的齿盘,据此在如图4所示的使用状态中,该导引段41A不会伸入各链目22,因而金属屑5不会被压扁、压实而卡在各链目22中,其将可自由地经该第二开口222掉出至该外部空间32。
再者,本实用新型的金属屑输送机可安排定期的内部金属屑清理作业,只要将该盖板15(连同该支撑轴4)拆离,该外壳11上的开孔14会打开而产生足够面积的通道,使人员或工具可轻易进入该内部空间31中清理积屑,而不必如同已知处理方式大费周章地将整个外壳及输送带拆除始能进行,因而具有降低作业繁复的程度,减少作业时间并提升效率的优点。
图5所示为本实用新型的第二实施例,本实施例与前述第一实施例的差异在于该支撑轴的导引段的形状。在本实施例中,该导引段41B形成为圆弧壁面,其弧长至少涵盖180度的弧角,该弧形抵靠面42则形成于该导引段41B的外周面。据此,该输送带2抵靠于该导引段41B上做为支撑,并以该弧形抵靠面42遮盖对应位置处的链目22的第一开口221,以防止金属屑掉回该内部空间31。
图6所示为本实用新型的第三实施例,本实施例与前述第一实施例的差异在于该支撑轴的导引段的形状。在本实施例中,该导引段41C形成为耳朵状的壁面,该弧形抵靠面42则形成于该导引段41C的外周面。据此,该输送带2抵靠于该导引段41C上做为支撑,并以该弧形抵靠面42遮盖对应位置处的链目22的第一开口221,以防止金属屑掉回该内部空间31。
Claims (5)
1.一种金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其特征在于,包括有:
一机台,其以一外壳包围有一容室;
一环状的输送带,其设于该容室中,且以一驱动装置驱动之;该容室中界定有一以该输送带围成的内部空间及一位于该输送带外侧的外部空间,该输送带的两侧分别设有一具有复数链目的链条,其中各链目分别具有一朝向该内部空间的第一开口及一朝向该外部空间的第二开口;
两个支撑轴,其设于该外壳呈相对的位置上,且朝该容室内延伸;该输送带绕过且抵靠两支撑轴做为支撑,各支撑轴以其抵靠该输送带的部分遮盖对应位置处的链目的第一开口。
2.依权利要求1所述的金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其特征在于,该外壳在相对的位置上设有两个可拆的盖板,而两支撑轴分别设于两盖板上。
3.依权利要求1所述的金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其特征在于,各支撑轴设有一导引段以供该输送带抵靠,且该导引段遮盖对应位置处的链目的第一开口。
4.依权利要求3所述的金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其特征在于,该导引段具有一弧形抵靠面以供该输送带抵靠。
5.依权利要求1所述的金属屑输送机的内部排屑结构,其特征在于,该输送带上间隔地设有复数个朝该外部空间突出的横杆。
