聚合物锂电池是近年来国内外大力研究和发展的一种可充电二次电池。如今在3C数码领域里,智能手表、电动牙刷、银行U盾、MP3、电子烟等产品上使用更为普遍。使用在智能手表和银行U盾等产品上的聚合物锂电池数量较为庞大,对产品半成品二封口要求较高,而现有的聚合物锂电池二封封口质量不能满足生产要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种聚合物锂电池二封封口夹具,在二封封口时能将半成品电池固定、压紧住防止其偏动、电池起鼓,提高产品封口质量和生产效率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该二封封口夹具包括底座框,在底座框的框口通过固定螺丝及插销安装压盖,间隙位设置在底座框的右侧边缘上,移动模块上设滑动槽,底座框内通过相互配合的滑动槽、移动螺丝安装移动模块,滑动槽内的移动螺丝对应间隙位,在底座框内位于间隙位与移动模块之间形成电池定位槽,整体构成聚合物锂电池二封封口夹具。
作业时,半成品电池从左往右整齐依次放置于电池定位槽内,压盖压紧,根据不同型号半成品电池的尺寸调节移动模块,并由移动螺丝固定移动模块锁紧电池。
本实用新型结构简单,调节方便,操作容易,固定半成品电池防止其偏动,保证间隙尺寸的标准,能够快速的封口,提升生产效率及封口质量,此二封封口夹具适合各种聚合物锂电池二封封口。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1、2所示,该二封封口夹具包括底座框1,在底座框1的框口通过固定螺丝7及插销6安装压盖2,间隙位5设置在底座框1的右侧边缘上,移动模块3上设滑动槽9,底座框1内通过相互配合的滑动槽9、移动螺丝8安装移动模块3,滑动槽9内的移动螺丝8对应间隙位5,在底座框1内位于间隙位5与移动模块3之间形成电池定位槽4,整体构成聚合物锂电池二封封口夹具。
作业时,半成品电池从左往右整齐依次放置于电池定位槽4内,压盖2压紧,根据不同型号半成品电池的尺寸调节移动模块3,并由移动螺丝8固定移动模块3锁紧电池。
