本实用新型公开了一种具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒装置,包括底座,所述底座的顶部通过固定架固定连接有搅拌釜,所述搅拌釜的底部通过固定杆固定连接有控制箱,所述搅拌釜的底部连通有输料管,所述输料管的底端贯穿控制箱且延伸至控制箱的底部,所述控制箱内壁的顶部与底部之间滑动连接有滑动板,且滑动板的左侧固定连接有套筒,所述套筒的内部螺纹连接有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的左端贯穿控制箱且延伸至控制箱的外部,本实用新型涉及化肥生产设备技术领域。该具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒装置,结构合理,操作方便,在输料管上增加了一个控流装置,实现在向圆盘造粒机输送物料时合理的控制流量,提高了化肥的生产质量。

[0002] 圆盘制粒机是制粒机的一种类型,圆盘造粒机盘内衬高强度玻璃钢,具有造粒均 匀、成粒率高、运转平稳、设备坚固耐用、使用寿命长等优点,是很理想制粒设备,造粒圆盘 采用整体圆弧结构,成粒率可达93以上,造粒盘设有三个出料口,便于间断生产作业,大大 降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,减速机与电动机采用柔性皮带传动,起动平稳,减缓冲 击力,提高设备使用寿命,造粒盘盘底采用多条辐射钢板加强,坚固耐用,永不变形。加厚、 加重、坚固的底座设计,不需地脚螺栓固定,运转平稳。

[0018] 请参阅图1-2,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒 装置,包括底座1,底座1的顶部通过固定架固定连接有搅拌釜2,搅拌釜2的顶部固定连接有 电机罩11,且电机罩11内壁的顶部固定连接有第一电机12,第一电机12的输出轴通过联轴 器固定连接有转动杆13,转动杆13的底端贯穿搅拌釜2且延伸至搅拌釜2的内部,转动杆13 延伸至搅拌釜2内部的表面固定连接有搅拌架14,通过第一电机12带动搅拌架14搅拌彻底 取代人力,降低了人力成本,也让原料搅拌的更均匀,搅拌釜2的顶部且位于电机罩11的左 侧连通有原料进料嘴15,搅拌釜2的顶部且位于电机罩11的右侧分别连通有粘合剂进料嘴 16和调理剂进料嘴17,从原料进料嘴15输送原料进搅拌釜2中,同时在搅拌过程中,从粘合 剂进料嘴I6加入硫酸脲粘合剂,同时从调理剂进料嘴17加入碳酸氢铵调理剂,让它们充分 混合均匀,搅拌釜2的底部通过固定杆固定连接有控制箱3,搅拌釜2的底部连通有输料管4, 输料管4的底端贯穿控制箱3且延伸至控制箱3的底部,控制箱3内壁的顶部与底部之间滑动 连接有滑动板5,且滑动板5的左侧固定连接有套筒6,套筒6的内部螺纹连接有螺纹杆7,螺 纹杆7的左端贯穿控制箱3且延伸至控制箱3的外部,螺纹杆7延伸至控制箱3外部的一端固 定连接有转盘8,滑动板5的右侧固定连接有橡胶塞杆9,输料管4位于控制箱3内部的表面连 通有塞管10,且塞管10的内壁与橡胶塞杆9的表面接触,通过手动转动转盘8来调节橡胶塞 杆9深入塞管10中的距离,来控制混合均匀的原料进入圆盘23中的量,底座丨的顶部固定连 接有三角支架I8,且三角支架I8的顶部活动连接有转动板19,转动板19的一侧贯穿有调节 丝杆20,调节丝杆20的表面与三角支架18的一侧螺纹连接,方便圆盘23造粒结束后通过调 节丝杆20来控制圆盘23的倾角,来实现迅速出料的目的,转动板19的右侧固定连接有第二 电机21,且第二电机21的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有转动轴22,转动轴22的顶端固定连 接有圆盘23。
[0019]工作时,从原料进料嘴15输送原料进搅拌釜2中,第一电机12通过转动杆13带动搅 拌架14对原料进行搅拌,同时在搅拌过程中,从粘合剂进料嘴16加入硫酸脲粘合剂,同时从 调理剂进料嘴17加入碳酸氢铵调理剂,让它们充分混合均匀,通过输料管4向圆盘23输料, 此时需要根据情况控制下落混合物料的量,握住转盘8转动,从而通过套筒6和螺纹杆7带动 滑动板5进行移动,滑动板5带动橡胶塞杆9对塞管10做相对运动,调节橡胶塞杆9深入塞管 10的程度,从而达到控流作用,然后混合物料进入圆盘23,圆盘23通过第二电机21带动其转 动对混合原料进行造粒。

2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒装置,其特征在于:所述搅 拌釜(2)的顶部固定连接有电机罩(11),且电机罩(11)内壁的顶部固定连接有第一电机 (12),所述第一电机(12)的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有转动杆(13)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒装置,其特征在于:所述转 动杆(13)的底端贯穿搅拌釜(2)且延伸至搅拌釜(2)的内部,所述转动杆(13)延伸至搅拌釜 (2)内部的表面固定连接有搅拌架(14)。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒装置,其特征在于:所述搅 拌釜(2)的顶部且位于电机罩(11)的左侧连通有原料进料嘴(15),所述搅拌釜(2)的顶部且 位于电机罩(11)的右侧分别连通有粘合剂进料嘴(16)和调理剂进料嘴(17)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有控流功能的化肥圆盘造粒装置,其特征在于:所述底 座(1)的顶部固定连接有三角支架(18),且三角支架(18)的顶部活动连接有转动板(19),所 述转动板(19)的一侧贯穿有调节丝杆(20),所述调节丝杆(20)的表面与三角支架(18)的一 侧螺纹连接。
