[0002] 对于过滤器,人们并不陌生,过滤器广泛用于冶金、化工、石油、造纸、医药、食品、 采矿、电力、城市给水领域。诸如工业废水,循环水的过滤,乳化液的再生,废油过滤处理,冶 金行业的连铸水系统、高炉水系统,热轧用高压水除鳞系统。反冲洗过滤器,是一种利用滤 网直接拦截被过滤液体中的杂质,去除其中的悬浮物、颗粒物,降低浊度,减少系统污垢、 菌藻、锈蚀等产生,以净化液体及保护系统其他设备正常工作的精密设备,能方便的实现 自动清洗过滤,自动排污且反冲洗期间不断流。
[0003]我们在日常使用中发现,反冲洗过滤器在使用一段时间后,清洗时,仅靠水的反冲 洗清洗程度有限,清洗不彻底且清洗效率低;其次,由于清洗不彻底,积聚在过滤网上的杂 质慢慢沉积,达到一定的量便会阻塞过滤网上的通孔,进而影响反冲洗过滤器的过滤效果, 降低过滤效率,而对过滤网上的沉积杂质进行人工清除极为不便。

[0025] 本实用新型的工作原理:使用反冲洗自动过滤器时,关闭出水管17和排水管18上 的流量电磁阀19,打开进水管16上的流量电磁阀19,向自动反冲洗过滤器中加入水,当过滤 器进出口的压差达到PLC控制器10预设值或达到清洗时间,将开始自动清洗过程,首先经过 粗滤网6滤掉较大颗粒的杂质,然后到达细滤网7彻底滤清杂质,在压力差的作用下,滤网清 洁侧液流从被清洗滤网的外侧流向内侧,进行反冲洗,此时电机11和减速机12带动转轴13 运转,转轴13带动清洗钢刷14将细滤网7上的杂质清洗干净,聚积在滤芯内侧的污染物被冲 掉并通过排污管20排出过滤器,过滤器开始准备下一个冲洗周期。
