Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种铝片散热的LED汽车灯,包括灯柱、设于灯柱一端的灯光组件和设于灯柱另一端的散热组件,所述灯柱上还设有一固定凸块和卡座,所述凸块用于卡座的套接和旋转;灯光组件包括有一长条形灯杆、采用螺栓连接固定在灯柱两侧边的灯板和罩设在灯板外的反光杯;所述灯柱的另一端内设于散热组件中,所述散热组件包括散热器、底盖和线卡硅胶,所述散热器由多个散热铝片通过散热铝片外侧的咬合齿连接。本实用新型散热器采用咬合齿结构、反光杯增设遮光板,有效解决现有技术中散热降温问题和聚光配光问题。
Description
一种铝片散热的LED汽车灯
技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及汽车灯制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝片散热的LED汽车灯。
背景技术
[0002] LED是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态半导体器件,LED灯的抗震性能较好, 而且具有高效的节能环保特质,再者,LED汽车灯光源接近日光,所以受到消费者的青睐,但 同时也接受挑战,汽车大灯普及困难,散热性不好,散热处理不好容易光衰,影响车灯使用 寿命。
[0003] 鉴别LED汽车大灯灯泡的质量好坏,主要看一散一聚。散就是散热降温问题,聚就 是聚光配光问题。
[0004] 散热问题解决不好,第一影响LED灯泡使用寿命,第二影响功率与光效从而影响了 灯泡的输出光通量。
[0005] 聚光问题解决不好,第一影响灯光的使用效率,第二会产生眩光给对方司机行车 造成干扰,影响行车安全。
[0006]目前市场上的LED车灯灯泡,散热有两种方式:风扇散热与金属编织带散热。风扇 散热存在的问题一是增加能耗,二是噪音,三是风扇寿命决定了灯泡寿命——而风扇在灯 腔里面这个局部高温空间环境里的使用寿命往往都是很短暂的,再者,高寒地区风扇容易 冻住不转等弊端。金属编织带散热的灯泡,经测试效果也很一般,LED的工作结温大多高达 110-120度,灯珠由于高温光衰会很快变暗。
[0007] 聚光问题,现有很多LED车灯的卡扣是固定的,这样不利于调节光形,因为不同反 光杯的发光角度有偏差,并且LED汽车灯泡发光焦点基本都不在原车车灯反光碗的抛物线 焦点上,从而导致LED汽车灯灯泡虽节能环保,但实际效果不如之前光源效果好,具体表现 在:远光光线分散,中心存在光线空洞,导致射程不远;近光要求的明暗截止线不清晰,明暗 截止线上有很多分散光线,导致造成眩光。 实用新型内容
[0008] 有鉴于此,本实用新型为了有效解决现有技术中散热降温问题和聚光配光问题, 提供一种铝片散热的LED汽车灯。
[0009]为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种铝片散热的LED汽车 灯,包括灯柱、设于灯柱一端的灯光组件和设于灯柱另一端的散热组件,所述灯柱上还设有 一固定凸块和卡座,所述凸块用于卡座的套接和旋转;灯光组件包括有一长条形灯杆、采用 螺栓连接固定在灯柱两侧边的灯板和罩设在灯板外的反光杯;所述灯柱的另一端内设于散 热组件中,所述散热组件包括散热器、底盖和线卡硅胶,所述散热器由多个散热铝片通过散 热铝片外侧的咬合齿连接。
[0010]为了进一步实现本实用新型,所述灯板顶端的两个侧面上均设有左侧LED发光体 和右侧LED发光体,左侧LED发光体相对于右侧LED发光体靠近汽车里面,所述灯板的底端通 过抽插或者卡接的方式放入灯杆中。
[0011] 为了进一步实现本实用新型,所述反光杯呈喇叭口状,所述喇叭口杯身内壁设置 有反光层,喇叭口杯身底部中间位置设置有光源孔位;所述反光杯位于前方的位置上增设 了遮光板,遮光板位于左侧LH)发光体的右边,且位于右侧LED发光体上方。
[0012] 为了进一步实现本实用新型,所述咬合齿由上齿和下齿构成,所述上齿由n层阶梯 构成,所述下齿有n_l层阶梯构成。
[0013] 为了进一步实现本实用新型,所述卡座为一上窄下宽的卡制正圆台,卡座中间设 有连通的上通孔和下通孔,所述上通孔直径相对于下通孔变径缩小,所述上通孔与下通孔 衔接处形成一向内凸出的圆形限位边。
[0014] 为了进一步实现本实用新型,所述下通孔内侧沿纵向方向对称设置有一滑行凹 槽,且凹槽一端与圆形限位边连接,上通孔的直径大于灯杆套筒的直径,所述卡座套接固定 于灯杆的套筒上,所述套筒上对称设置的凸块通过卡座的滑行凹槽与卡座间隙配合,且凸 块可在圆形限位边处做转动。
[0015] 为了进一步实现本实用新型,所述底盖通过螺栓插入散热铝片的安装槽将线卡硅 胶锁紧到散热器内。

[0018] 1、本实用新型散热器使用铝片散热,铝片冲压成型,加工方便成本低,并且铝片导 热效果好,可以冲压各种花纹,本实用新型采用由数个圆形铝片铆接灯杆,每片铝片环环相 扣,且该散热器的大小能够根据客户的需要进行调节,从而更好的满足了客户的需求,这种 结构形状是目前现有市面独有的散热方式,超轻、高效、易加工。
[0019] 2、本实用新型散热器中的圆形翅片两侧设有咬合齿,多个散热铝片通过上齿和下 齿的叠加连接,大大的提高了各翅片之间的咬合度,让其连接的更为紧密,同时,这种结构 的设计使多个散热铝片之间留有间隙,以便气流的流通,其大大的增加了该散热器的散热 效果。
[0020] 3、本实用新型的反光杯呈喇叭口状,所述喇叭口杯身内壁设置有反光层,喇叭口 杯身底部中间位置设置有光源孔位,为了使光线控制容易,能够轻松地实现实际的照明配 光要求,从而使灯具的照明效果好,增加灯珠聚光效果,同时隐藏焊点和线,增加美观。
[0021] 4、本实用新型反光杯位于前方的位置上增设了遮光板,所述遮光板是LED灯获得 清晰的明暗截止线,使近光不再眩晕,且遮光会反射一部分光到大灯总成的反射区域内,从 而提尚光的利用率。
[0022] 5、本实用新型卡座多卡位,卡位容易调节,可以调节各种发光角度。
[0023] 6、本实用新型设有将硅胶线卡设于散热器内部,方便出线,能固定电源线,密封效 果好,防止灰尘和水进入汽车大灯总成内,保护灯珠不受外界环境干扰。

[0033]如图1所示,本实用新型的一种铝片散热的LED汽车灯,包括灯柱1、设于灯柱一端 的灯光组件2和设于灯柱另一端的散热组件3,所述灯柱1上还设有一固定凸块4和卡座5,所 述凸块4用于卡座5的套接和旋转,g卩卡座5可相对灯柱1做转动动作;灯光组件2包括有一长 条形灯杆21、采用螺栓固定连接到灯杆两侧边的灯板22和罩设在灯板外的反光杯23;所述 灯杆21可通过抽插或者是卡接的方式放入灯柱1中,所述灯柱1的另一端内设于散热组件3 中,所述散热组件3包括散热器31、底盖32和线卡硅胶33,所述散热器由多个散热铝片311通 过散热铝片外侧的咬合齿312连接,所述底盖32通过螺栓插入散热铝片311的安装槽将线卡 硅胶33锁紧到散热器内,所述线卡硅胶方便LED汽车灯出线,且密封效果好,防止灰尘和水 进入汽车大灯总成内。
[0034] 所述灯板22上设有左侧LED发光体221和右侧LED发光体222。左侧LED发光体221相 对于右侧LED发光体222靠近汽车里面,或者说右侧LED发光体222位于外侧。
[0035] 所述反光杯呈喇叭口状,所述喇叭口杯身内壁设置有反光层,喇叭口杯身底部中 间位置设置有光源孔位,为了使光线控制容易,能够轻松地实现实际的照明配光要求,从而 使灯具的照明效果好,反光杯23位于前方的位置上增设了遮光板231,遮光板231位于左侧 LED发光体的下方,用于遮挡左侧LED发光体221和右侧LED发光体222经折射后向下和向外 的光,从而来获得清晰的明暗截止线,使近光不再眩晕。另外,遮光板231会反射一部分光到 大灯总成的反射区域内,从而提高光的利用率。
[0036]所述散热组件3包括散热器31、底盖32和线卡硅胶33,所述散热器由多个散热铝片 311通过散热铝片外侧的咬合齿312连接,如图2所示,所述多个散热铝片为圆形翅片,圆形 翅片中部镂空,以使灯杆可穿过散热铝片,所述多个散热铝片的两侧设有咬合齿312,在本 实施例中,所述咬合齿312由上齿3121和下齿3122构成,所述上齿由n层阶梯构成,所述下齿 有n-1层阶梯,多个散热铝片通过上齿和下齿的叠加连接,大大的提高了各翅片之间的咬合 度,让其连接的更为紧密,同时,多个散热铝片之间留有间隙,以便气流的流通,其大大的增 加了该散热器的散热效果,其他实施例中,所述咬合齿可设计成不同的形状,例如M型和W型 叠加,只要满足错开叠加即可增加该散热器的散热效果,不限于本实施例,再者,由于该散 热器是由数个翅片组合而成,因而该散热器的大小能够根据客户的需要进行调节,从而更 好的满足了客户的需求。
[0037]如图3中,所述卡座5为一上窄下宽的卡制正圆台,卡座中间设有连通的上通孔51 和下通孔52,所述上通孔51直径相对于下通孔52变径缩小,所述上通孔51与下通孔52衔接 处形成一向内凸出的圆形限位边53,所述下通孔内侧沿纵向方向对称设置有一滑行凹槽 54,且凹槽一端与圆形限位边连接,上通孔51的直径大于灯柱1的直径,所述卡座5的通孔可 穿过灯柱1,并与灯柱1可拆卸连接,卡座5可套接固定于灯柱1位置,灯柱1上对称设置的凸 块4通过卡座5的滑行凹槽54与卡座5间隙配合,且凸块4可在圆形限位边53处做圆形转动, 实现卡座5相对于灯柱1转向动作,进一步的,所述卡座与散热器衔接处设有一防水圈。

Claims (8)
1. 一种铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于:包括灯柱、设于灯柱一端的灯光组件和设 于灯柱另一端的散热组件,所述灯柱上还设有一固定凸块和卡座,所述凸块用于卡座的套 接和旋转;所述灯光组件包括有一长条形灯杆、采用螺栓固定连接到灯杆两侧边的灯板和 罩设在灯板外的反光杯;所述灯柱的另一端内设于散热组件中,所述散热组件包括散热器、 底盖和线卡硅胶,所述散热器由多个散热铝片通过散热铝片外侧的咬合齿连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于,所述灯板上设有左侧LED 发光体和右侧LED发光体,左侧LED发光体相对于右侧LED发光体靠近汽车里面,所述灯杆的 底端抽入到灯柱中。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于,所述反光杯呈喇叭口状, 所述喇叭口杯身内壁设置有反光层,所述喇叭口杯身底部中间位置设置有光源孔位;所述 反光杯位于前方的位置上增设了遮光板,所述遮光板位于左侧LED发光体的下方。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于,所述咬合齿由上齿和下 齿构成,所述多个散热铝片的上齿和下齿相互间隙叠加。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于,所述卡座为一上窄下宽 的卡制正圆台,卡座中间设有连通的上通孔和下通孔,所述上通孔直径相对于下通孔变径 缩小,所述上通孔与下通孔衔接处形成一向内凸出的圆形限位边。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的铝片散热的LK)汽车灯,其特征在于,所述下通孔内侧沿纵向 方向对称设置有一滑行凹槽,且凹槽一端与圆形限位边连接,上通孔的直径大于灯杆套筒 的直径,所述卡座套接固定于灯杆的套筒上,所述套筒上对称设置的凸块通过卡座的滑行 凹槽与卡座间隙配合,且凸块在圆形限位边处做转动。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于,所述底盖通过螺栓插入 散热铝片的安装槽将线卡硅胶锁紧到散热器内。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的铝片散热的LED汽车灯,其特征在于,所述卡座与散热器衔接 处设有一防水圈。
