高速旋转式压片机的上导轨一般采用金属材料,导轨与上冲冲帽为滑动摩擦,为降低磨损,采用滴油润滑方式,但润滑油会顺着冲杆流到中冲盘上表面,从而污染物料,形成油点、黑点等缺陷。

压片机分体式导轨,其特征在于:分为4部分,分别是上升导轨、下降导轨、上平行导轨a、上平行导轨b,每块导轨按照顺序首尾相连安装在上凸轮体圆周。
进一步,在压片机分体式导轨展开成的平面图中,上升导轨的上升段、下降导轨的下降段为余弦曲线,上冲上升或下降时,其轴向加速度为零,这样就降低了噪音、增加了耐磨性;每一块导轨其材质采用高分子材料;由于采用分体结构,当某一块导轨损坏,可以单独更换这块导轨。
