高速旋转式压片机的上导轨一般采用金属材料，导轨与上冲冲帽为滑动摩擦，为降低磨损，采用滴油润滑方式，但润滑油会顺着冲杆流到中冲盘上表面，从而污染物料，形成油点、黑点等缺陷。
发明内容
压片机分体式导轨，其特征在于：分为4部分，分别是上升导轨、下降导轨、上平行导轨a、上平行导轨b，每块导轨按照顺序首尾相连安装在上凸轮体圆周。
进一步，在压片机分体式导轨展开成的平面图中，上升导轨的上升段、下降导轨的下降段为余弦曲线，上冲上升或下降时，其轴向加速度为零，这样就降低了噪音、增加了耐磨性；每一块导轨其材质采用高分子材料；由于采用分体结构，当某一块导轨损坏，可以单独更换这块导轨。
