Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种LED灯带,包括软胶体和设于软胶体内的LED光源条,软胶体包括反光软胶和光扩散软胶,反光软胶设有凹槽,LED光源条设于凹槽的第一面,LED光源条朝凹槽内发射光线,凹槽的与第一面相对的第二面呈曲面状,第二面涂覆反射涂层,光扩散软胶覆盖凹槽。本实用新型提供的LED灯带将凹槽的与LED光源条相对的面设置成曲面状,并在该面上涂覆反射涂层,使光线能更多地射出LED灯带外,提高出光效率,并且不需要提高LED光源条的功率,避免了功率提高所引起的高热量,从而延长LED灯带的寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种LED灯带。
背景技术
现有的LED灯带通常采用光扩散软胶和反光软胶进行双色挤出成型,其中反光软胶在其与光扩散软胶的连接处设置凹槽,LED光源条设于凹槽侧壁的一侧,LED光源条所发出的光线经凹槽内的光扩散软胶进行扩散,并经凹槽表面反射后发射出LED灯带外。
但是,这种技术方案却存在一定的问题——凹槽侧壁不设置LED光源条的一侧角落在接收到来自LED光源条发射出的光线后,无法直接将其反射出凹槽外,这一角落所反射出的部分光线会在凹槽内经过多次反射,最后被反光软胶吸收,导致LED灯带的出光效率低。如果想提高出光效率,通常需要加大LED光源条里每一个LED发光元件的功率。随着功率的提高,发光所产生的热量提高,造成软胶和LED发光元件易老化,从而缩短LED灯带的寿命。
以上不足,有待改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED灯带,以解决现有技术中LED灯带存在的出光效率低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种LED灯带,包括软胶体和设于所述软胶体内的LED光源条,所述软胶体包括反光软胶和光扩散软胶,所述反光软胶设有凹槽,所述LED光源条设于所述凹槽的第一面,所述LED光源条朝所述凹槽内发射光线,所述凹槽的与所述第一面相对的第二面呈曲面状,所述第二面涂覆反射涂层,所述光扩散软胶覆盖所述凹槽。
进一步地,所述软胶体还包括透明软胶,所述透明软胶填充所述凹槽并从所述凹槽的底部填充至所述LED光源条被淹没的位置,所述光扩散软胶覆盖所述反光软胶和所述透明软胶。
进一步地,所述透明软胶为凸透镜结构。
进一步地,所述LED光源条设有多个均匀间隔排列的LED发光元件。
进一步地,多个所述LED发光元件均为同一色温;或多个所述LED发光元件分为高色温LED发光元件和低色温LED发光元件两种,多个所述低色温LED发光元件均匀间隔排列,各个所述高色温LED发光元件分别设于相邻两个所述低色温LED发光元件的中点。
进一步地,所述LED灯带的通电采用恒流输入方式。
进一步地,所述光扩散软胶为凸透镜结构。
进一步地,所述LED光源条为软性LED光源条。

请一并参阅图1及图2,现对本实用新型提供的LED灯带进行说明。LED灯带,包括软胶体1和设于软胶体1内的LED光源条2,其中,软胶体1包括反光软胶11和光扩散软胶12,反光软胶11设有凹槽111,LED光源条2设于凹槽111的第一面1111,LED光源条2朝凹槽111内发射光线,凹槽111的与第一面1111相对的第二面1112呈曲面状,第二面1112涂覆反射涂层(图中未示出),光扩散软胶12通过双色机挤出成型,填充反光软胶11的凹槽111并且溢出凹槽111外,覆盖凹槽111的开口。
优选地,反射涂层为高反射涂层,反射率为0.9以上。
优选地,反光软胶11由白色遮光材料制作而成,有助于反射来自LED光源条2发出的光线。
优选地,光扩散软胶12采用带颜色的半透明导光材料制作而成,使LED灯带能够发出不同颜色的光,增强发光效果。
本实用新型提供的LED灯带,与现有技术相比,将凹槽111的与LED光源条2相对的面设置成曲面状,并在该面上涂覆反射涂层,使光线能更多地射出LED灯带外,提高出光效率,从而提高光通量,并且不需要提高LED光源条2的功率,避免了功率提高所引起的高热量,从而延长LED灯带的寿命。

进一步地,请参阅图3、图4、图7及图8,软胶体1还包括透明软胶13,透明软胶13填充凹槽111并从凹槽111的底部填充至LED光源条2被淹没的位置,光扩散软胶12覆盖反光软胶11和透明软胶13。透明软胶13相比于光扩散软胶12的透光率高,且光扩散软胶12主要用于发散LED光源条2发出的光。在凹槽111内先置入透明软胶13,使LED光源条2发出的光能尽快发射出凹槽111外,提高光学效率,从而进一步提高光通量。

进一步地,LED灯带的通电采用恒流输入方式。当LED光源条2上的多个LED发光元件21串联时,如果用恒压电源供电,由于温升,电流增大,安全性降低。采用恒流电源,才能维持每一个LED发光元件21通过的电流保持一致,提高安全性。
进一步地,请参阅图1,光扩散软胶12为凸透镜结构,光扩散软胶12的竖向横截面呈灯泡状,使光线扩散。

2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述软胶体还包括透明软胶,所述透明软胶填充所述凹槽并从所述凹槽的底部填充至所述LED光源条被淹没的位置,所述光扩散软胶覆盖所述反光软胶和所述透明软胶。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述透明软胶为凸透镜结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述LED光源条设有多个均匀间隔排列的LED发光元件。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:多个所述LED发光元件均为同一色温;或多个所述LED发光元件分为高色温LED发光元件和低色温LED发光元件两种,多个所述低色温LED发光元件均匀间隔排列,各个所述高色温LED发光元件分别设于相邻两个所述低色温LED发光元件的中点。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述LED灯带的通电采用恒流输入方式。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述光扩散软胶为凸透镜结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述LED光源条为软性LED光源条。
9.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述第二面为部分曲面,所述第二面包括竖直平面和水平面,所述水平面位于所述凹槽的底部,所述竖直平面和所述第一面相对,所述水平面和所述竖直平面之间为过渡曲面。
10.如权利要求1至8任一项所述的LED灯带,其特征在于:所述第二面为纯曲面,所述第二面的一边和所述第一面连接,所述第二面的另一边为所述凹槽的开口的一边。
