本实用新型公开了一种骨科手术用具,具体地说是一种脊柱后路横连杆。它包括能够相互嵌套的一号横连杆和二号横连杆,一号横连杆和二号横连杆的端部均设置有挂钩,一号横连杆和二号横连杆嵌套后能够分别通过各自的挂钩挂接在矫形棒之间,一号横连杆和二号横连杆的端部还分别设置有位于挂钩一侧的螺钉孔,一号横连杆和二号横连杆挂接在矫形棒之间后通过螺钉穿过螺钉孔定位。采用上述的结构后,其操作简单方便,通过挂钩挂接的方式,中间没有多余的连接部件,使得操作空间小,有效避免了对侧方软组织造成的损伤,另外,嵌套的两根横连杆伸缩长度可调节,安装快捷方便,节约了手术时间。

本实用新型涉及一种骨科手术用具,具体地说是一种脊柱后路横连杆。
背景技术
脊柱后路椎弓根螺钉系统是治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折、腰椎不稳、腰椎滑脱等疾病的主要固定装置,椎弓根螺钉间安装矫形棒,矫形棒由横连杆相连形成三维固定,但是,目前横连杆的安装操作存在以下缺点:1、横连需从一侧螺帽穿入,由另一侧螺帽穿出,横向跨度大,侧方肌肉软组织阻挡不易操作,且易损伤侧方软组织;2、现有横连杆有不同长度,安装后发现横连杆过长或过短,均需取出,选择合适长度的再次安装,浪费手术时间。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够避免侧方软组织、使用方便的脊柱后路横连杆。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的脊柱后路横连杆,包括能够相互嵌套的一号横连杆和二号横连杆,一号横连杆和二号横连杆的端部均设置有挂钩,一号横连杆和二号横连杆嵌套后能够分别通过各自的挂钩挂接在矫形棒之间,一号横连杆和二号横连杆的端部还分别设置有位于挂钩一侧的螺钉孔,一号横连杆和二号横连杆挂接在矫形棒之间后通过螺钉穿过螺钉孔定位。
所述一号横连杆的杆部具有插入孔,所述二号横连杆的杆部具有插接端,二号横连杆的插接端能够插入到一号横连杆的插入孔内。
所述螺钉孔设置在横连杆的顶部。
采用上述的结构后,由于设置的相互嵌套的两根具有挂钩的横连杆,使用时,只要将其通过挂钩挂接在矫形棒之间并通过二号横连杆套入一号横连杆,拧紧螺钉即可,拧紧螺钉后,横连杆与矫形棒即可锁定,其操作简单方便,通过挂钩挂接的方式,中间没有多余的连接部件,使得操作空间小,有效避免了对侧方软组织造成的损伤,另外,嵌套的两根横连杆伸缩长度可调节,安装快捷方便,节约了手术时间。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型的脊柱后路横连杆作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本实用新型的脊柱后路横连杆,包括能够相互嵌套的一号横连杆1和二号横连杆2,所说的一号横连杆1由具有挂钩3的端部和具有插入孔7的杆部一体成型,所说的二号横连杆2由具有挂钩3的端部和具有插接端8的杆部一体成型,一号横连杆1和二号横连杆2能够通过插接端和插入孔进行嵌套,也就是说二号横连杆2的插接端8能够插入到一号横连杆1的插入孔7内成为嵌套结构,一号横连杆1和二号横连杆2嵌套后能够分别通过各自的挂钩3挂接在椎弓根螺钉间的矫形棒4之间,一号横连杆1和二号横连杆2的端部还分别设置有位于挂钩一侧的螺钉孔5,一号横连杆1和二号横连杆2挂接在矫形棒4之间后通过螺钉6穿过螺钉孔5定位。
进一步地,所说的螺钉孔5分别设置在一号横连杆1和二号横连杆 2的顶部,螺钉孔5分别靠近各自的挂钩位置,由此可以对矫形棒4进行很好的定位。

1.一种脊柱后路横连杆,其特征在于:包括能够相互嵌套的一号横连杆(1)和二号横连杆(2),所述一号横连杆(1)和二号横连杆(2)的端部均设置有挂钩(3),所述一号横连杆(1)和二号横连杆(2)嵌套后能够分别通过各自的挂钩(3)挂接在矫形棒(4)之间,所述一号横连杆(1)和二号横连杆(2)的端部还分别设置有位于挂钩一侧的螺钉孔(5),一号横连杆(1)和二号横连杆(2)挂接在矫形棒之间后通过螺钉(6)穿过螺钉孔(5)定位。
2.按照权利要求1所述的脊柱后路横连杆,其特征在于:所述一号横连杆(1)的杆部具有插入孔(7),所述二号横连杆(2)的杆部具有插接端(8),二号横连杆(2)的插接端(8)能够插入到一号横连杆(1)的插入孔(7)内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的脊柱后路横连杆,其特征在于:所述螺钉孔(5)设置在横连杆的顶部。
