Abstract

本发明涉及一种脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器,由中空椎弓根螺钉,紧固螺母,螺柱角度钉座,内螺套管,螺柱测力杆,刻度,紧固螺丝,内置弹簧,卡槽角度钉座构成。卡槽角度钉座一端内部呈圆柱形中空,中空底部固定有内置弹簧,中空头端与螺柱测力杆相互套叠,呈无缝连接。螺柱测力杆一端与卡槽角度钉座相互套叠,呈无缝连接,另一端与内螺套管通过螺纹连接。内螺套管一端与螺柱测力杆的螺柱连接,另一端与螺柱角度钉座的螺柱连接,共同组成螺柱套管结构。通过此装置,可以有效的避免临床医师在行椎体撑开复位时因力度把握不当而引起的断钉断棒现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器。
背景技术
近年来,椎体骨折包括椎体外伤性骨折以及骨折疏松性压缩性骨折的发生率越来越多,而微创手术的治疗也逐步受到重视,治疗的目的是最大限度的恢复椎管内径,解除脊髓压迫,复位固定椎骨。传统的内固定装置,在行病椎上下椎体撑开时,不同患者撑开的力度绝大部分是基于临床医师的经验而定,极有可能造成撑开角度不够或出现椎弓根螺钉切割椎体现象,甚至椎弓根螺钉断裂,本技术基于《框式正反螺柱角度钉座脊柱固定器》 (专利号96220647.4),并在其基础上设计量化装置。
发明内容
为了达到量化复位,避免因医师经验不同而导致的不合理复位引起断钉、断棒等并发症,因此我们设计了这种脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:1.本发明涉及一种脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器,由中空椎弓根螺钉,紧固螺母,螺柱角度钉座,内螺套管,螺柱测力杆,刻度,紧固螺丝,内置弹簧,卡槽角度钉座构成。
2.卡槽角度钉座一端内部呈圆柱形中空,中空底部固定有内置弹簧,中空头端与螺柱测力杆相互套叠,呈无缝连接。
3.螺柱测力杆一端与卡槽角度钉座相互套叠,呈无缝连接,另一端与内螺套管通过螺纹连接。
4.内螺套管一端与螺柱测力杆的螺柱连接,另一端与螺柱角度钉座的螺柱连接,共同组成螺柱套管结构。

具体实施方式
本发明适配脊柱椎体骨折微创内固定手术。首先确定置钉椎体,标记皮肤,作皮肤小切口,经椎弓根置入克氏针,沿克氏针置入中空椎弓根螺钉1,当4根中空椎弓根螺钉1分别置入病椎上下椎体的椎弓根后,取相应长短的固定棒结构,通过皮下肌肉隧道,将其两端角度钉座分别与上下中空椎弓根螺钉1的U形尾端相嵌合,拧紧双侧紧固螺母2,同时螺柱角度钉座3及卡槽角度钉座9上的一圈棘齿分别与中空椎弓根螺钉1上的一圈棘齿相互扣紧,避免钉棒系统发生相对运动,此时不拧紧紧固螺丝6,转动内螺套管4,最大限度地恢复病椎上下高度,通过卡槽角度钉座9头端在螺柱测力杆5上所指示的刻度7,得到相应的加载力,力量达到预先设定的值后,停止转动内螺套管4,拧紧紧固螺丝6。

1.本发明涉及一种脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器,由中空椎弓根螺钉,紧固螺母,螺柱角度钉座,内螺套管,螺柱测力杆,刻度,紧固螺丝,内置弹簧,卡槽角度钉座构成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器,其特征是:卡槽角度钉座一端内部呈圆柱形中空,中空底部固定有内置弹簧,中空头端与螺柱测力杆相互套叠,呈无缝连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器,其特征是:螺柱测力杆一端与卡槽角度钉座相互套叠,呈无缝连接,另一端与内螺套管通过螺纹连接。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的脊柱椎体骨折量化撑开内固定器,其特征是:内螺套管一端与螺柱测力杆的螺柱连接,另一端与螺柱角度钉座的螺柱连接,共同组成螺柱套管结构。
