本发明棘突内固定装置涉及的是一种用于腰椎、胸椎、颈椎,外伤性和病理性骨折,椎板狭窄的内固定装置。包括固定板、连接螺钉和螺母;固定板设置有2块,固定板一侧设有若干齿形凸起,固定板上有滑槽,两块固定板的齿形凸起侧相对装配,连接螺钉穿过2块固定板的滑槽,将其连接在一起,通过螺母锁紧。所述滑槽为长腰形的通槽。所述滑槽2设置有1~6条。所述连接螺钉设置有1-6根。所述连接螺钉采用骨螺钉,螺钉头为外六角。所述螺母采用膨胀六角螺母或六角螺母。

技术领域
本发明棘突内固定装置涉及的是一种用于腰椎、胸椎、颈椎,外伤性和病理性骨折,椎板狭窄的内固定装置。
背景技术
目前,随着脊柱外科手术方法的不断发展,也随之出现了多种脊柱内固定装置。例如:棘突钢板,哈氏棒和椎体固定钢板。有的撑开椎体个数较多,易误入脊髓加重损伤,易脱钩,操作复杂;还有的固定位置较深,易误入前面的胸腔或腹腔,易损伤大的血管神经。还有的只能固定棘突,不能撑开和压缩,抗扭转能力差。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处,提供一种棘突内固定装置,是一种安装位置较浅,操作简单,体积小,固定可靠的内固定装置。
棘突内固定装置是采取以下技术方案实现的:棘突内固定装置包括固定板、连接螺钉和螺母。固定板设置有2块,固定板一侧设有若干齿形凸起,固定板上有滑槽,滑槽为长腰形的通槽。两块固定板的齿形凸起侧相对装配,连接螺钉穿过2块固定板的滑槽,将其连接在一起。连接螺钉采用骨螺钉,螺钉头为外六角。螺母采用膨胀六角螺母或六角螺母。
工作原理:
将2块固定板分别安装在患者所需固定的棘突两侧,在棘突上通过手术工具,开出通孔。连接螺钉穿过固定板的滑槽和棘突上的通孔,螺母拧紧在连接螺钉上。2块固定板上凸起插入棘突的两侧,通过连接螺钉和螺母将棘突固定。
棘突内固定装置的优点:
棘突内固定装置,设计合理,结构简单,操作方便快捷,安装位置较浅,体积小,缩短了手术时间,减少患者的痛苦,可以降低术中的风险,连接牢固可靠,可治疗外伤性和病理性骨折。本发明是一种用于腰椎、胸椎、颈椎,外伤性和病理性骨折,椎板狭窄的内固定装置。

具体实施方式
参照附图1~2,棘突内固定装置包括固定板1、连接螺钉4和螺母6。固定板1设置有2块,固定板1一侧设有若干齿形凸起5,固定板1上有滑槽2,滑槽2为长腰形的通槽。两块固定板1的齿形凸起5侧相对装配,连接螺钉4穿过2块固定板1的滑槽2,将其连接在一起。所述滑槽2设置有1~6条。所述连接螺钉4设置有1~6根。连接螺钉4采用骨螺钉,螺钉头3为外六角。螺母6采用膨胀六角螺母或六角螺母。

1.一种棘突内固定装置,其特征在于包括固定板、连接螺钉和螺母;固定板设置有2块,固定板一侧设有若干齿形凸起,固定板上有滑槽,两块固定板的齿形凸起侧相对装配,连接螺钉穿过2块固定板的滑槽,将其连接在一起,通过螺母锁紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棘突内固定装置,其特征在于所述滑槽为长腰形的通槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棘突内固定装置,其特征在于所述滑槽(2)设置有1~6条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棘突内固定装置,其特征在于所述连接螺钉设置有1-6根。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棘突内固定装置,其特征在于所述连接螺钉采用骨螺钉,螺钉头为外六角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的棘突内固定装置,其特征在于所述螺母采用六角螺母。
