Description

车载多模式生物感应系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种车载多模式生物感应系统。
背景技术
人、车、路、交通环境、交通管理是影响道路交通事故的因素。而其中人是最主要的因素。根据有关部门的统计:在我国,人的责任事故占总事故的90%(美国为90%,德国为81.8%,日本为84.8%),而其中机动车驾驶员的责任事故占70%。所以及时准确地了解驾驶员的人体信息,并根据这些信息提示驾驶员做出相应的休息或状态调整,对安全驾驶起着极其重要的作用。获得驾驶员人体信息的监测客观的方法有脑电图、眼电图、肌电图、心电图等测量方法,尽管这些方法测量结果比较准确,但对驾驶员的监测一般是在驾驶前后测量,结果是超前或滞后的;而在驾驶室内安装上述仪器也是不现实的,因此目前的车辆中还没有可及时准确地了解驾驶员的人体信息,并根据信息提示驾驶员的装置。就汽车方向盘而言,作为汽车内部极为重要的一个部分,驾驶员在驾驶车辆时基本连续不断地用手操作方向盘。现有技术的方向盘大多功能单一,不能利用方向盘获取驾驶员手部的生物信号而避免因驾驶员状态不佳而发生意外。如今,市面上有很多检测人体各项指标的仪器,如:血糖仪、血压仪、心率仪等。此类产品一般只有单一检测功能,并且操作复杂、不宜携带,尤其是不便于在日常生活及运动过程中实时监测人体的多项指标,由于上述原因,很多类似的健康状况检测仪器使用的频率及广泛度不高,甚至于被搁置在一边。由于无法实时监测身体各项指标动态并做出相应反映,无法对检测数据进行保存,以达到对身体各项指标的长期监控,以及在对历史数据分析的基础上进行预警预报的功能。因而,现有的单一功能的多功能方向盘器已不能满足广大用户的实际需求。同时,由于人们在汽车中停留的时间越来越长,并且车内环境容易引起人体疲劳以及出现身体异常,车内环境还不可避免存在甲醛、废气等的污染,因此,实现在车内对汽车驾乘人员身体生理指标的实时监测,对保证人体健康及行车安全都具有重要意义。
申请号为200510019394.6的中国专利申请公开了方向盘与车载计算机、计算机控制的报警器组成一个车辆人体信息监测系统,该系统的工作原理为:方向盘上的传感器将监测到的人体信号输入车载电脑,当计算机识别出驾驶员身体状况不适合继续驾驶时,则立即通过报警器发出报警信号,以提醒司机注意。
申请号为201510420808.X的提供一种生物测定式汽车方向盘。所述生物测定式汽车方向盘包括方向盘本体、心率采集模块和PC 上位机,所述心率采集模块安装于所述方向盘本体以采集驾驶员生理驾驶特征,所述PC 上位机电连接所述心率采集模块以接收其数据并进行波形显示。本发明提供的生物测定式汽车方向盘利用安装于车辆方向盘上的脉搏血氧传感器、模拟前端芯片和单片机来实时监控驾驶员的生理主要状态信息,从而提前进行危险预判、预警、报警和提醒等辅助安全驾驶功能,减少事故发生率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决前述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种车载多模式生物感应系统,包括信号采集装置、数据处理装置和效应装置,所述采集装置包括生物传感器和惯性测量传感器,所述生物传感器为生物电传感器,所述惯性测量传感器与生物传感器集成为多自由度的传感器,所述多自由度的传感器构成生物体征芯片设置于方向盘上;所述数据处理装置与用户手机连接,同时与汽车本体内的导航装置和行车记录仪连接。
优选的是,所述数据处理装置与用户手机通过无线传输方式,连接到用户手机对应的车载多模式生物感应系统APP,APP中预先输入了驾驶员紧急联系人电话和120急救中心电话。所述APP具有云端存储功能,可以将驾驶员身体状况实时存储到云端。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述生物电传感器包括血压传感器、血糖传感器、血氧传感器、脉搏传感器、心率传感器、酒精含量传感器中的至少一种。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述生物电传感器采用无创伤EOT光电采集技术。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述生物电传感器采用EIT电阻抗技术、CIT电容阻抗技术、ECG心电图检测技术中和IR体温采集技术中的至少一种技术。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述生物电传感器收集的信号为红外激光、多段光谱和生物电信号中的至少一种。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述酒精含量传感器以手握处汗液作为检测样本,采集汗液中酒精含量信息。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述多自由度的传感器的引脚具有触点,所述触点的安装方式为直接镶嵌式,镶嵌在汽车方向盘上,优选为镶嵌在汽车方向盘手握位置。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述触点为铜柱,所述铜柱上镶嵌有银。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述数据处理装置包括控制平台,所述控制平台包括智能AI处理器。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述智能AI处理器拥有至少8个核心,每个核心的主频至少是1GHz,并且具有至少8GB容量的MCDRAM内存。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述智能AI处理器具有72个核心,可分配出288个进程,每个核心的主频是1.5GHz,并且拥有16GB容量的MCDRAM内存。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述智能AI处理器采用SOS系统级传感器操作系统。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述SOS系统级传感器操作系统包括静态内核模块和动态装载模块,所述静态内核模块和所述动态装载模块共同执行分发消息的操作。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述效应装置包括数据显示模块、蜂鸣报警模块和方向盘震动模块中的至少一种。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述数据显示模块位于汽车仪表盘上。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述蜂鸣报警模块位于汽车仪表盘或方向盘上。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述方向盘震动模块位于方向盘上手握区域。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述效应装置包括汽车启停部件联动装置,所述多自由度的传感器采集人体生理信息,所述数据处理装置预设有人体生理信息基本参数及预定义有不适宜驾驶状态参数,所述数据处理装置根据所述多自由度的传感器采集人体生理信息与预设参数进行数据比较,当比较结果为不适应驾驶状态时,所述汽车启停部件联动装置接受指令使车辆处于停机状态。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述停机状态为不发出车辆出入门打开的控制信号、发动机加电的控制信号、发动机点火和喷油的控制信号。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述效应装置还包括汽车强制启动装置。
上述任一方案中优选的是,所述不适应驾驶状态包括血糖值低于正常生理值、血压值高于或低于正常生理值、体温高出生理承受值、酒精含量大于零、心率速率超出正常生理值、脉搏数超出正常生理范围、血氧含量超出正常生理范围的生理状态中的至少一种。
本实用新型中,手机内置APP与车辆导航定位装置和行车记录仪相共享数据信息,当驾驶员身体状况不适宜开车时,车辆启动汽车启停部件联动装置并联系紧急联系人;当驾驶员身体状况出于急需就医的危险状态,APP可主动给驾驶员紧急联系人和120急救中心发送驾驶员实时位置和身体数据,可用于防止危险驾驶,也可用于交通事故急救报警。
本实用新型中,惯性测量传感器与生物传感器集成为多自由度的传感器,创新的多模式生物电传感器,采用iMEMS设计和制造技术,将相关的各种传感器集成,最重要的是采用了“无创伤”技术,整个智能传感器体积为9x9x1mm,应用非常方便;采用无创伤EOT光电采集技术和EIT、CIT、ECG采集技术,满足血压、血糖、血氧、心电、脉搏无创伤光电检测;采用医疗级IR高精度人体温度采集系统;采用智能AI处理器计算、控制平台及独有的SOS(系统级传感器)技术,是系统的反应速度更快;小体积、超低功耗。

具体实施方式
为了更进一步了解本实用新型的发明内容,下面将结合具体实施例对本实用新型作更为详细的描述,实施例只对本实用新型具有示例性作用,而不具有任何限制性的作用;任何本领域技术人员在本实用新型的基础上作出的非实质性修改,都应属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例给出了一种车载多模式生物感应系统,包括信号采集装置、数据处理装置和效应装置,所述采集装置包括生物传感器和惯性测量传感器,所述生物传感器为生物电传感器,所述惯性测量传感器与生物传感器集成为多自由度的传感器,所述多自由度的传感器构成生物体征芯片设置于方向盘上;所述数据处理装置与用户手机连接,同时与汽车本体内的导航装置和行车记录仪连接。
在本实施例中,所述数据处理装置与用户手机通过无线传输方式,连接到用户手机对应的车载多模式生物感应系统APP,APP中预先输入了驾驶员紧急联系人电话和120急救中心电话。所述APP具有云端存储功能,可以将驾驶员身体状况实时存储到云端。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器包括血压传感器。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器包括血糖传感器。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器包括血氧传感器。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器包括脉搏传感器。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器包括心率传感器。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器包括酒精含量传感器。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器采用无创伤EOT光电采集技术。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器采用EIT电阻抗技术。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器采用CIT电容阻抗技术。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器采用ECG心电图检测技术。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器采用IR体温采集技术。
在本实施例中,惯性传感器iMEMS采集汽车运动姿态参数,可采用陀螺仪、加速器或电子罗盘的至少一种。iMEMS与生物传感器通过集成设计为生物体征芯片,即具有多自由度的传感器。在本实施例中,整个智能传感器集成的生物体征芯片的体积为9x9x1mm,应用非常方便。
在本实施例中,生物电传感器收集的信号分别为红外激光、多段光谱和生物电信号。红外激光技术波长选择1um~14um红外区域,利用中远红外线8~9um被葡萄糖吸收多、被水和醇以外的人体成分吸收少的性质,以激光源独有的“亮度高、方向性好、单色性好、相干性好”等特性,有效提高测定精度(信噪比),将低成本、超小型的1um激光器与光学参量振荡器组合到一起,输出强于高亮LED发光管1~10万倍,波长8~9um的红外激光,通过PWM、PAM调制技术,以10us~10ms的脉冲波方式闭环检测,检测时间为3~10秒,整个过程对于人体无任何伤害,测量误差<20%。无创血糖检测可采用X5128、X5129系列多模生物电传感器,满足开展“红外激光、多段光谱、生物电”三种应用检测技术条件,所述传感器内嵌3组EOT(Electrical Optical Technology)共12路驱动输出、3路信号输入,同时满足无创伤检测“血压、血氧、脉搏”等指标,附加的EIT(Electrical Impedance Technology)、CIT(Capacitive Impedance Technology)、ECG(Electro Cardio Graph)、Temperature多项人体检测数据,通过多条件复合式分析,有效提高了诊断的准确性。酒精含量传感器以手握处汗液作为检测样本,采集汗液中酒精含量信息,汗液分析血液中的酒精含量。
在本实施例中,多自由度的传感器的引脚具有触点,触点的安装方式为直接镶嵌式或后面加装式。触点为铜柱,铜柱上镶嵌有银。
在本实施例中,数据处理装置包括智能AI处理器,智能AI处理器拥有至少8个核心,每个核心的主频至少是1GHz,并且具有至少8GB容量的MCDRAM内存。智能AI处理器具有72个核心,可分配出288个进程,每个核心的主频是1.5GHz,并且拥有16GB容量的MCDRAM内存。
在本实施例中,还包括控制平台,控制平台采用SOS系统级传感器操作系统。SOS传感器系统是一种新的用于无线传感网络的操作系统。SOS可以消除很多操作系统静态的局限性,它引入了消息模式来实现用户应用程序和操作系统内核的绑定。SOS提供了通用的内核和动态装载的模块来执行分发消息,装载模块等服务,针对本发明的应用,只需要编译用到的模块,没有用到的模块则不需加入到最终的应用程序中。在不更改操作系统内核的前提下,应用程序可以以模块的形式从内核上动态地装载或移除,这样,能够突破无线传感器存储资源少的限制,使SOS有效地运行在无线传感器网络上。方向盘上集成的生物体征芯片收集并接收驾驶者的体征信息,传递到控制平台,控制平台上的智能AI处理器通过SOS系统级传感器操作系统分析数据并做出相应指令,如图1所示为利用本实施例的系统的收集驾驶者体征信息并对汽车进行操作的流程。
在本实施例中,效应装置可优选为数据显示模块,所述数据显示模块位于汽车仪表盘上。将检测到的生理数值显示在显示屏上,并且根据检测到的生理数值是否在正常的生理数值范围之内可以用不同的灯光颜色对正常的生理值和异常的生理值进行区分。例如,正常的生理值用绿色数字显示,异常生理值用红色数字显示。
在本实施例中效应装置可优选为蜂鸣报警模块。蜂鸣报警模块位于汽车仪表盘或方向盘上。当检测到的生理值异常时,发出蜂鸣警报。
在本实施例中效应装置可优选为方向盘震动模块。方向盘震动模块位于方向盘上手握区域。当驾驶员的生理指标异常或判定为酒后驾驶或疲劳驾驶时,方向盘手握位置发生轻微震动,但震动频率不影响方向盘本身的安全驾驶。
在本实施例中优选为效应装置与汽车启停部件联动,多自由度的传感器采集人体生理信息,数据处理装置预设有人体生理信息基本参数及预定义有不适宜驾驶状态参数,数据处理装置根据多自由度的传感器采集人体生理信息与预设参数进行判断,当判断结果为不适应驾驶状态时,使车辆处于停机状态;当所述身份识别装置的信息存储与处理模块发出用户身份信息无法识别的信号时,所述汽车启停部件联动装置接受指令使车辆处于停机状态。
在本实施例中停机状态不发出车辆出入门打开的控制信号、发动机加电的控制信号、发动机点火和喷油的控制信号。
在本实施例中在效应装置与汽车启停部件联动中包括汽车强制启动模块。
在本实施例中不适应驾驶状态包括血糖值低于正常生理值、血压值高于或低于正常生理值、体温高出生理承受值、酒精含量大于零、心率速率超出正常生理值、脉搏数超出正常生理范围、血氧含量超出正常生理范围的生理状态。
在本实施例中手机内置APP与车辆导航定位装置和行车记录仪相共享数据信息,当驾驶员身体状况不适宜开车时,车辆启动汽车启停部件联动装置并联系紧急联系人;当驾驶员身体状况出于急需就医的危险状态,APP可主动给驾驶员紧急联系人和120急救中心发送驾驶员实时位置和身体数据,可用于防止危险驾驶,也可用于交通事故急救报警。

Claims (12)

1.一种车载多模式生物感应系统,包括信号采集装置、数据处理装置和效应装置,所述采集装置包括生物传感器和惯性测量传感器,其特征在于:所述生物传感器为生物电传感器,所述惯性测量传感器与生物传感器集成为多自由度的传感器,所述多自由度的传感器构成生物体征芯片设置于方向盘上;所述数据处理装置与用户手机连接,同时与汽车本体内的导航定位装置和行车记录仪连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述数据处理装置与用户手机通过无线传输方式,连接到用户手机对应的车载多模式生物感应系统APP。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述生物电传感器包括血压传感器、血糖传感器、血氧传感器、脉搏传感器、心率传感器、酒精含量传感器中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述生物电传感器采用无创伤EOT光电采集技术。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述生物电传感器采用EIT电阻抗技术、CIT电容阻抗技术、ECG心电图检测技术中和IR体温采集技术中的至少一种技术。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述生物电传感器收集的信号为红外激光、多段光谱和生物电信号中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述数据处理装置包括控制平台,所述控制平台包括智能AI处理器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述智能AI处理器采用SOS系统级传感器操作系统。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述效应装置包括数据显示模块、蜂鸣报警模块和方向盘震动模块中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述效应装置包括汽车启停部件联动装置,所述多自由度的传感器采集人体生理信息,所述数据处理装置预设有人体生理信息基本参数及预定义有不适宜驾驶状态参数,所述数据处理装置根据所述多自由度的传感器采集人体生理信息与预设参数进行数据比较,当比较结果为不适应驾驶状态时,所述汽车启停部件联动装置接受指令使车辆处于停机状态;当身份识别装置的信息存储与处理模块发出用户身份信息无法识别的信号时,所述汽车启停部件联动装置接受指令使车辆处于停机状态。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述停机状态为不发出车辆出入门打开的控制信号、发动机加电的控制信号、发动机点火和喷油的控制信号。
12.根据权利要求10所述的车载多模式生物感应系统,其特征在于:所述不适应驾驶状态包括血糖值低于正常生理值、血压值高于或低于正常生理值、体温高出生理承受值、酒精含量大于零、心率速率超出正常生理值、脉搏数超出正常生理范围、血氧含量超出正常生理范围的生理状态中的至少一种。
