本实用新型涉及隧道盾构管片运输装置，尤其涉及管片运输托架。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，隧道盾构施工技术已经日趋成熟，其具有地质条件适应性强、施工速度快、对周围环境干扰小等优点，也逐渐应用在城市的地下施工中。盾构在隧道内拼接的钢筋混凝土管片是隧道的重要组成部分，因此管片的运输和存放是盾构施工中不可忽视的一方面。
目前，在公路运输中，对隧道盾构管片的运输主要采用枕木衬垫，管片之间利用方木隔开，安全系数较低，易造成破损；而在水路运输中，管片装船过程中主要仍靠人工装载，管片间距难以控制，且运输途中船舶晃动而造成管片之间相互碰撞，导致表面破损。
另外，在管片运输时，主要利用方木控制间距，需要大量木材衬垫，木材易损且回收率不高，造成大量材料浪费。因此，亟需一种运输托架对隧道盾构管片进行装载，以减少方木使用。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的是提供一种管片运输托架，以减少管片破碎率、提高运输安全性。
技术方案：管片运输托架，包括四周顶部设有集装箱专用吊耳的长方体框架，长方体框架由第一型钢、第二型钢和第三型钢组成；还包括固定在长方体框架内的托架、放置在托架上的一对角钢，以及放置管片的一对枕木，枕木位于角钢上方。
还包括竖向固定在角钢下端的钢支撑。
还包括固定管片的卡扣，卡扣位于托架上。
还包括固定在长方体框架上方的加强筋。
运输托架数量为2个以上。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：(1)集装载、吊运功能于一体；(2)管片破损率低、运输安全性高；(3)操作流程简单，运输效率高；(4)减少方木使用量，进而降低了使用成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，管片运输托架包括四周顶部设有集装箱专用吊耳4的长方体框架3，长方体框架3由第一型钢31、第二型钢32和第三型钢33焊接而成；还包括焊接在长方体框架3内的长方形托架7，该框架由第一型钢31和第二型钢32焊接而成；两根角钢1通过螺栓平行对称放置，并通过螺栓固定在长方形托架7内；枕木8放置在角钢1上；角钢1下方竖向固定有钢支撑6，以提高托架承载力；加强筋5焊接在长方体框架3上方，以增加框架的整体稳定性。
管片通过叉车横向移动到托架上后，将钢丝绳或绑扎带穿过托架7上的卡扣2，进而固定管片。运输托架载重量最高为40吨，管片可根据其自身重量进行多层叠放，托架与管片之间间隙范围为50～70cm。
管片运输托架的使用方法如下：
(1)如图2所示，将两根枕木8放置在托架的角钢1上方；
(2)如图3所示，利用叉车将管片呈单层或多层放置在托架的枕木8上；
(3)如图4所示，将管片通过穿过卡扣2的钢丝绳捆绑固定在托架上；
(4)如图5所示，通过叉车将装有管片的托架装车，运输至目的地后，将钢丝绳穿过集装箱专用吊耳4，对托架起吊装船或装车；
(5)如图6所示，装有管片的托架依次摆放在船舱或货车内。

1.一种管片运输托架，包括四周顶部设有集装箱专用吊耳(4)的长方体框架(3)，所述长方体框架(3)由第一型钢(31)、第二型钢(32)和第三型钢(33)组成，其特征在于：还包括固定在长方体框架(3)内的托架(7)、放置在托架(7)上的一对角钢(1)，以及放置管片的一对枕木(8)，所述枕木(8)位于角钢(1)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管片运输托架，其特征在于：还包括竖向固定在角钢(1)下端的钢支撑(6)。
