技术领域
本实用新型涉及旋转导向钻井工具技术领域,具体一种静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具执行机构。
背景技术
随着油田开发进程的加快及石油钻井工艺技术的发展,大斜度井、大位移井、“S”型井等高难度定向井越来越多,这些井轨迹复杂,井下摩阻大,常规螺杆钻具由于在定向钻进时本体及钻具都不能旋转,只能滑动钻进,致使定向钻进时工具面不稳定,易发生粘卡等事故。
旋转导向钻井工具是目前世界上最先进、高效的石油定向钻井工具,它能够在钻具旋转模式下实现三维复杂井眼轨迹的钻进作业和控制。根据造斜原理分为推靠式和指向式。推靠式利用推靠方式提供钻头侧向力以实现导向,推靠井壁产生的振动影响工具的稳定性和寿命,钻出的井眼不光滑且造斜率受排量及井径扩大等因素影响较大;指向式通过为钻头提供一个与井眼轴线不一致的倾角产生导向作用,造斜能力强,钻出的井眼光滑且造斜率不受排量、井径和地层因素的限制。
另外,旋转导向钻井工具根据定向钻进时外筒是否旋转分为静态式和动态式,例如,中国发明专利CN201510138306.8公开了一种静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具包括心轴,在外筒内的下部偏置有调心球轴承Ⅰ和调心球轴承Ⅱ,调心球轴承Ⅱ位于调心球轴承Ⅰ的下方,心轴周向转动轴向移动地安装在调心球轴承Ⅰ和调心球轴承Ⅱ内;在外筒和心轴之间形成的环空内充满有液压油,为了将上述的环控与钻井液体隔离,在外筒的前端设置了密封装置;但是,该专利的技术方案中采用的调心球轴承的承载能力和抗冲击能力均较小,影响钻井工具的使用寿命;另外,在心轴和外筒相对转动的情况下密封装置仍然能够承受较高的井底压力,该专利的技术方案中虽然设置了密封装置,但并未公开该密封装置的具体结构。
中国发明专利CN201220483716.8也公开了一种静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具,在该专利的技术方案中,关节轴承总成包括安装在所述芯轴上的调心轴承,调心轴承的两端各设有一推力轴承;但是,该专利的技术方案中仍然没有具体公开密封装置的可行结构。
中国发明专利CN99127768.6公开了一种使得钻头转向的方法和旋转式可转向钻井系统,在该专利的技术方案中,在旋转式可转向钻井工具的下端,一波纹管密封件密封连接到滑动工具接箍的下端,并且也连接到一个圆形密封保持件。柔性波纹管密封件在滑动工具接箍和圆形密封保持件之间保持密封,从而防止钻井液侵入到内部储油腔内,但是,柔性波纹管密封件承压能力不足,容易过快失效。
综上所述,以上专利文献的技术方案均没有公开利用与关节连接单元具有相同的中心枢点的球形接触面形成密封的技术方案。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具执行机构,包括壳体和传动轴,壳体与传动轴通过关节连接单元连接,壳体的前部与传动轴通过密封单元连接,密封单元用于将关节连接单元与钻井液隔离;密封单元包括至少一个密封的球形接触面,球形接触面与关节连接单元具有相同的中心枢点。
优选地,关节连接单元包括内球套与外球套,内球套与传动轴连接,外球套与壳体连接。
优选地,内球套为分体式或者一体式。
优选地,密封单元还包括:固定球头,与壳体连接;摆动球座,与传动轴密封且可轴向滑动连接,摆动球座与固定球头球面接触连接形成球形接触面;球头调整座,其一端与壳体连接,另一端与摆动球座球面接触且密封连接形成球形接触面。
优选地,密封单元还包括:固定球头,与壳体连接,摆动球座,与传动轴密封且可轴向滑动连接,摆动球座与固定球头球面接触且密封连接形成球形接触面。
优选地,密封单元还包括弹性构件,弹性构件用于通过预紧力使球形接触面保持连接。
优选地,弹性构件为碟簧。
优选地,执行机构还包括偏置单元,偏置单元包括:至少三个楔形块,楔形块在壳体的圆周方向均匀分布;液压缸,与楔形块一一对应连接,液压缸用于推/拉楔形块使楔形块沿着壳体的轴线方向移动;角度调整帽,与壳体可径向滑动连接,楔形块的斜面与角度调整帽接触连接推动角度调整帽径向移动;径向滑动块,与角度调整帽枢轴连接,径向滑动块通过径向轴承与传动轴连接。
优选地,执行机构还包括挠轴,挠轴的中心设有导流孔,挠轴与传动轴的传动且密封连接。
优选地,挠轴的端部穿入传动轴端部的孔内,挠轴与传动轴通过传动键传动连接,传动键朝向挠轴方向的一侧设有弧形部。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的技术方案具有以下有益效果:本实用新型静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具执行机构的关节连接单元的内球套和外球套接触面积大,承载能力强;密封单元通过设置与关节连接单元同心的球形接触面实现球面密封,承压能力高,使用寿命长,传动轴摆动灵活,密封单元的弹性构件一方面可保持关节连接单元的内球套和外球套浮动接触,另一方面可保持球形接触面保持接触;挠轴与传动轴的传动密封结构解决了挠轴弯曲状态下与传动轴实现可轴向滑动且密封和传动连接的技术难题。

通过解释以下本申请的优选实施方案,本实用新型的其他目的和优点将变得清楚。
对于以下描述中的方向,如图1所示,箭头所指示方向为前端,与前端相反的方向为后端,各图均相同。
实施例1
图1为本实用新型静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具执行机构第一种优选实施例的结构示意图。
请参考图1所示,本实用新型静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具执行机构包括壳体1、传动轴2、偏置单元3、关节连接单元4、密封单元5和挠轴6。
如图1所示,其中,传动轴2的前端连接钻头,传动轴2的后端与挠轴6传动且密封连接,挠轴6的中心设有导流孔63,传动轴2的设有通孔(图1中未示出),钻井液经过上述挠轴6的导流孔63、传动轴2的通孔至钻头。
如图1所示,传动轴2的后端与壳体1之间设有偏置单元3,传动轴2的前端与壳体1之间设有密封单元5,在偏置单元3和密封单元5之间,设置有关节连接单元4。其中,传动轴2相对于壳体1既可以绕传动轴2的中心轴转动,同时,由于关节连接单元4的作用,传动轴2还可以绕关节连接单元4的中心枢点P作小范围指向式摆动;偏置单元3可以通过推动传动轴2的后端以调整其指向方向的作用;壳体1与传动轴2之间的环空内注油,密封单元5可以起到防止钻井液入侵到壳体 1与传动轴2之间的环空内的作用。
为了便于表述,将图1分为三段并放大,图2为图1所示实施例关节连接单元 4和密封单元5部分的放大图。图3为图1所示实施例的偏置单元3部分的放大图。图4为图1所示实施例的挠轴6与传动轴2连接结构示意图。
请参考图2所示,关节连接单元4主要包括内球套41和外球套42,内球套41 和外球套42球面接触连接,其中,内球套41套设在传动轴2上,外球套42嵌置于壳体1的内孔中。
对于内球套41与传动轴2的连接方式有多种选择,例如,可以将内球套41与传动轴2设为一体,也可以组装的方式将内球套41安装在传动轴2上。图2示出了一种优选的实施方式,其中,关节连接单元4还包括分隔垫43和背母44,内球套41为两体,背靠背设置,在两个内球套41之间设置分隔垫43,两个内球套41的外表面位于一个球面上,该球面的中心位于中心枢点P,背母44与传动轴2螺纹连接,背母44将上述的内球套41、41和分隔垫43压紧于传动轴2上实现固定。
对于外球套42与壳体1的连接方式,如图2所示,外球外球套42为两体式,其中一件外球套42设于内球套41的一侧,另一件外球套42设于内球套41的另一侧,两外球套42的内表面位于同一球面上,该球面的中心也位于中心枢点P。
图2中所示的密封单元5主要包括固定球头52、摆动球座53和球头调整座55,其中,摆动球座53与传动轴2密封且可前后滑动连接,例如,可以在摆动球座53 的内孔上设置环形槽,在环形槽内设置密封圈实现。摆动球座53的两侧具有两个球面,其中一个球面与固定球头52之间接触连接形成第一球形接触面A,另一个球面与球头调整座55之间接触连接形成第二球形接触面B,第一球形接触面A与第二球形接触面B具有相同的球心点即中心枢点P。
如图2所示,第二球形接触面B上可设置球面密封54,例如可在摆动球座53 上设置槽体,在该槽内放置密封圈。
如图2所示,由于第二球形接触面B与关节连接单元4具有相同的球心即中心枢点P,在传动轴2绕以中心枢点P为原点摆动时,形成第二球形接触面B的摆动球座53和球头调整座55之间能够顺畅滑动,并能在滑动过程中保持该球面密封 54有效。
如图2所示,为了能够使得摆动球座53和球头调整座55能够保持接触,本实施例中还包括弹性构件51,该弹性构件51优选为碟簧,当然还可以选用螺旋弹簧等弹性件。
具体地,弹性构件51的一端抵于固定球头52上,另一端抵于垫环9上,因此,该弹性构件51具有多种作用,其中一种作用为克服井眼内钻井液施加给摆动球座53和球头调整座55的轴向压力(如图2中箭头所示),组装时需要给予弹性构件51一定的预紧力,该预紧力大于上述轴向压力的最大值;另一种作用为通过垫环9将上述的预紧力传递给外球套42,使得外球套42与内球套41保持接触。需要说明的是,为了使得关节连接单元4能够发挥作用,在轴向方向上不能将外球套42与内球套41压死,而弹性元件的预紧力恰恰能起到保持外球套42与内球套 41接触又不至于将外球套42与内球套41压死的作用。
如图3所示,偏置单元3包括液压缸31、楔形块32、角度调整帽33和径向滑动块34,其中,楔形块32的数量至少为三个,且楔形块32在壳体1的圆周方向均匀分布;液压缸31与楔形块32一一对应连接,液压缸31用于推/拉楔形块32从而使楔形块32沿着壳体1的轴线方向移动,当其中一个液压缸31的活塞杆伸出时,与其相对应的楔形块32向前移动一定距离,楔形块32的斜面与角度调整帽33接触连接,推动角度调整帽33径向移动;径向滑动块34与角度调整帽33枢轴连接,角度调整帽33推动径向滑动块34向传动轴2方向移动,径向滑动块34推动传动轴 2绕中心枢点P偏转,达到调整传动轴2的指向角度的目的。
另外,如图3所示,角度调整帽33与壳体1之间还设有滑动导块35,该滑动导块35与壳体1枢轴连接,角度调整帽33上设有径向的起导向作用的槽,该滑动导块35与该槽可径向滑动连接,对角度调整帽33起到径向导向作用。
为了提高产品的使用寿命,作为优选的实施例,如图3所示,在径向滑动块 34与传动轴2之间还设有径向轴承36,该径向轴承36可以选用球轴承、滚珠轴承、滚针轴承、TC轴承或者铜套等任何可选方案,只要能够实现减小径向滑动块34 与传动轴2之间的摩擦力即可。
多组上述机构在传动轴2的圆周方向协同配合可实现传动轴2的指向角度在可调范围内指向任意方向。
如图3所示,挠轴6与传动轴2之间传动且密封连接,定向作业时,传动轴2 与壳体1之间具有一定的角度,挠轴6会在自身弯曲的情况下传递扭矩。
如图3所示,由于工作时挠轴6需要弯曲,因此挠轴6与传动轴2的连接处需要能够在一定范围伸缩,也就是说,在可伸缩的要求下实现传动且密封连接,需要克服较大的技术难题。
具体地,为了克服上述的技术难题,如图3所示,本实施例还包括伸缩套10,挠轴6的端部穿入伸缩套10端部的孔内,挠轴6与伸缩套10通过传动键7传动连接,伸缩套10与传动轴2传动密封连接。在伸缩套10朝向挠轴6方向的孔口处设有挡槽102,该挡槽102内设置用于阻挡传动键7从连接处脱出的挡圈8。
其中,如图3所示,由于挠轴6在自身弯曲的情形下转动,传动键7朝向挠轴 6方向的一侧设有弧形部71,可避免与挠轴6干涉。
为了实现挠轴6与伸缩套10的密封连接,如图3所示,挠轴6的前端部设有密封部62,该密封部62与伸缩套10密封连接,例如可以在伸缩套10的外圆上设置密封槽,密封槽内设置密封圈;当然,也可以在伸缩套10的内孔中设置密封槽。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于,如图5所示,内球套41为整体式,该技术方案减少了构件的数量,提高了安装精度。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,如图6所示,密封单元5的结构不同,密封单元5包括固定球头52、摆动球座53、弹性构件51和挡环56,其中,固定球头52 与垫环9相邻,摆动球座53的球面与固定球头52的球面相连接形成第三球形接触面C,第三球形接触面C的与内球套41具有相同的中心枢点P,可在固定球头52 上设置安装球面密封54的槽。
如图6所示,摆动球座53与传动轴2密封且可转动连接,例如可以在摆动球座53的内孔上设置密封圈槽。本实施例的弹性构件51一端与摆动球座53连接,另一端抵于挡环56上,弹性构件51的作用与实施例1中弹性构件51的作用相同,不再赘述。本实施例中仅具有一个球形接触面,即第三球形接触面C。第三球形接触面C的球面半径相对于实施例1中的第一球形接触面A和第二球形接触面 B的球面半径小,结构紧凑,并且减少了构件的数量。
参考本申请的优选技术方案详细描述了本申请的装置,然而,需要说明的是,在不脱离本申请的精神的情况下,本领域技术人员可在上述公开内容的基础上做出任何改造、修饰以及变动。本申请包括上述具体实施方案及其任何等同形式。

Claims (10)

1.一种静态指向式旋转导向钻井工具执行机构,包括壳体(1)和传动轴(2),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)与所述传动轴(2)通过关节连接单元(4)连接,所述壳体(1)的前部与所述传动轴(2)通过密封单元(5)连接,所述密封单元(5)用于将所述关节连接单元(4)与钻井液隔离;所述密封单元(5)包括至少一个密封的球形接触面,所述球形接触面与所述关节连接单元(4)具有相同的中心枢点(P)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述关节连接单元(4)包括内球套(41)与外球套(42),所述内球套(41)与所述传动轴(2)连接,所述外球套(42)与所述壳体(1)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述内球套(41)为分体式或者一体式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述密封单元(5)还包括:
固定球头(52),与所述壳体(1)连接;
摆动球座(53),与所述传动轴(2)密封且可轴向滑动连接,所述摆动球座(53)与所述固定球头(52)球面接触连接形成所述球形接触面;
球头调整座(55),其一端与所述壳体(1)连接,另一端与所述摆动球座(53)球面接触且密封连接形成所述球形接触面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述密封单元(5)还包括:
固定球头(52),与所述壳体(1)连接,
摆动球座(53),与所述传动轴(2)密封且可轴向滑动连接,所述摆动球座(53)与所述固定球头(52)球面接触且密封连接形成所述球形接触面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述密封单元(5)还包括弹性构件(51),所述弹性构件(51)用于通过预紧力使所述球形接触面保持连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述弹性构件(51)为碟簧。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述执行机构还包括偏置单元(3),所述偏置单元(3)包括:
至少三个楔形块(32),所述楔形块(32)在所述壳体(1)的圆周方向均匀分布;
液压缸(31),与所述楔形块(32)一一对应连接,所述液压缸(31)用于推/拉所述楔形块(32)使所述楔形块(32)沿着所述壳体(1)的轴线方向移动;
角度调整帽(33),与所述壳体(1)可径向滑动连接,所述楔形块(32)的斜面与所述角度调整帽(33)接触连接推动所述角度调整帽(33)径向移动;
径向滑动块(34),与所述角度调整帽(33)枢轴连接,所述径向滑动块(34)通过径向轴承(36)与所述传动轴(2)连接。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的执行机构,其特征在于,所述执行机构还包括挠轴(6),所述挠轴(6)的中心设有导流孔(63),所述挠轴(6)与所述传动轴(2)的传动且密封连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的执行机构,其特征在于,还包括伸缩套(10),所述挠轴(6)的端部穿入所述伸缩套(10)端部的孔内,所述挠轴(6)与所述伸缩套(10)通过传动键(7)传动连接,所述传动键(7)朝向所述挠轴(6)方向的一侧设有弧形部(71),所述伸缩套(10)与所述传动轴(2)传动且密封连接。
