本实用新型提供的是建筑领域应用的复合防火墙体保温板。
背景技术
现有墙体保温通常在墙面上粘贴苯板，在后在苯板上铺设金属网，在金属网抹灰，在抹灰层上涂刷涂料，这些工序都在现场施工，工序繁多，劳动强度大，施工质量难保证。由于苯板容易燃烧和塌陷，所以需要在苯板上设置防火层。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有墙体保温和防火存在的问题，本实用新型提供了复合墙体防火保温板。该保温板通过在苯板两面设置防火层和装饰层，解决保温板防火以及保温的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
防火保温板在芯板六个面上分别依次设有粘胶层、网格层、防火层和面层，在防火层上面四周设有槽沟。
在防火保温板之间设有粘胶封闭条。
芯板厚度40毫米，网格层厚度1毫米，防火层厚度7毫米，槽沟深度3毫米。
积极效果：本实用新型以苯板作芯板，在芯板两面从内向外分别设置有网格层、防火层和装饰层，实现了苯板防火和装饰的目的。适宜作为具有保温、防火和装饰性能的墙体防火保温板使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，防火保温板1在芯板1.5六个面上分别依次设有粘胶层1.4、网格层1.3、防火层1.2和面层1.1，在防火层上面四周设有槽沟2.1。
在防火保温板之间设有粘胶封闭条2。
所述防火层为水泥混凝土砂浆层。
所述网格层使用玻璃纤维网格布、塑料纤维网或金属丝网。
所述面层使用涂料或油漆。
所述芯板采用苯板。
实施例：芯板厚度40毫米，网格层厚度1毫米，防火层厚度7毫米，槽沟深度3毫米。
使用：在墙面上用防火保温板通过粘胶封闭条组合构成防火保温墙面。每块保温板均粘贴在墙面上。
在苯板六个面上涂上粘胶层，在粘胶层上粘贴网格层，在网格层上抹上防火层的水泥砂浆，在防火层上部涂刷涂料层。
特点：防火保温板在工厂内生产，与现场施工相比，造价低，机械化程度高。
使用防火层包裹芯板，能够实现全方位防火。

1.复合防火墙体保温板，防火保温板（1）通过粘胶封闭条（2）组合成板面；其特征是：
防火保温板在芯板（1.5）六个面上分别依次设有粘胶层（1.4）、网格层（1.3）、防火层（1.2）和面层（1.1），在防火层上面四周设有槽沟（2.1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合防火墙体保温板，其特征是：所述防火层为水泥混凝土砂浆层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合防火墙体保温板，其特征是：所述网格层使用玻璃纤维网格布、塑料纤维网或金属丝网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合防火墙体保温板，其特征是：所述芯板采用苯板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合防火墙体保温板，其特征是：所述芯板厚度40毫米，网格层厚度1毫米，防火层厚度7毫米，槽沟深度3毫米。
