Abstract

本发明公开了一种被动式房屋墙体结构,墙体是由钢筋混凝土浇筑完成后的建筑墙体;在墙体内壁上固定HIVP真空绝热板,在HIVP真空绝热板上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布,在耐碱玻纤维网格布上涂覆抗裂砂浆层;在墙体外壁上涂覆抗裂找平层,在抗裂找平层上由防热桥保温钉固定两层错缝粘贴的石墨聚苯板,在石墨聚苯板上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布,在耐碱玻纤维网格布涂覆抗裂砂浆层,再在抗裂砂浆层上涂覆外墙腻子,最后在外墙腻子上固定外墙装饰层。本发明保温隔热效果好,气密性强,双层石墨聚苯板的导热系数为0.032 W/(M.K),有效减少了室内冷热量的流失及室外冷热空气的“入侵”。

[0002] 随着经济的发展,能源和环境日益成为人们关注的焦点,对于建筑节能的要求越 来越高。建筑保温是建筑节能的重要环节,其是为了提高建筑本身的保温性能。现有的一些 建筑外墙使用8-10cm的挤塑板或者聚苯板,其导热系数高,且为单板敷设,保温隔热效果 差,气密性差,室内、外冷热量和冷热空气交流量大,不能保证屋内的温度,夏天热,冬天冷。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种保温隔热效果好, 气密性强的被动式房屋墙体结构。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种被动式房屋墙体结构,其包括外 墙体、墙体和内墙体; 所述的墙体是由钢筋混凝土浇筑完成后的建筑墙体; 所述的内墙体由HIVP真空绝热板、耐碱玻纤维网格布和抗裂砂浆层组成;在所述的墙 体内壁上固定HIVP真空绝热板,在HIVP真空绝热板上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布,在耐碱玻纤 维网格布上涂覆抗裂砂浆层; 所述的外墙体由抗裂找平层、石墨聚苯板、耐碱玻纤维网格布、抗裂砂浆层、外墙腻子 和外墙装饰层组成;在所述的墙体外壁上涂覆抗裂找平层,在抗裂找平层上由防热桥保温 钉固定两层错缝粘贴的石墨聚苯板,在石墨聚苯板上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布,在耐碱玻纤 维网格布涂覆抗裂砂浆层,再在抗裂砂浆层上涂覆外墙腻子,最后在外墙腻子上固定外墙 装饰层。
[0005] 上述所述的外墙体的抗裂找平层为水泥砂浆层或抗裂砂浆层。
[0006] 上述所述的两层错缝粘贴的石墨聚苯板是用聚合物粘结砂浆进行粘贴的。
[0007] 上述所述的在外墙腻子上固定的外墙装饰层为涂覆的真石漆、铺砌的外墙装饰砖 或粘贴的外挂石材。
[0008] 本发明的内、外墙体使用多层不同材质的结构形成,如2cm的HIVP真空隔热板相当 于20cm厚的聚苯板的隔热保温性能,建筑外墙体使用双层石墨聚苯板交错敷设,同时配合 使用防热桥保温钉将双层石墨聚苯板与抗裂找平层紧密连接,其保温隔热效果好,气密性 强,双层石墨聚苯板的导热系数仅为0 • 032 W/(M.K),有效减少了室内冷热量的流失及室外 冷热空气的“入侵”。进一步使用聚合物粘结砂浆进行石墨聚苯板的粘帖,保温隔热效果更 好,气密性更强。

[0011]如图1所示,本实施例包括外墙体、墙体1和内墙体。墙体1是由钢筋混凝土浇筑完 成后的建筑墙体。内墙体由HIVP真空绝热板9、耐碱玻纤维网格布10和抗裂砂浆层11组成。 在墙体内壁上固定HIVP真空绝热板9。在HIVP真空绝热板9上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布1〇,在 耐碱玻纤维网格布10上涂覆抗裂砂浆层11。外墙体由抗裂找平层2、石墨聚苯板3、耐碱玻纤 维网格布5、抗裂砂浆层6、外墙腻子7和外墙装饰层8组成。在墙体1外壁上涂覆抗裂找平层 2,抗裂找平层2优选为水泥砂浆层或抗裂砂浆层,优选厚度为20mm。在抗裂找平层2上由防 热桥保温钉4固定两层错缝粘贴的石墨聚苯板3。在石墨聚苯板3上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布 10,在耐碱玻纤维网格布10涂覆抗裂砂浆层6,再在抗裂砂浆层6上涂覆外墙腻子7,最后在 外墙腻子7上固定外墙装饰层8。外墙装饰层8优选为涂覆的真石漆、铺砌的外墙装饰砖或粘 贴的外挂石材。

1.一种被动式房屋墙体结构,其包括外墙体、墙体和内墙体;所述的墙体是由钢筋混凝 土浇筑完成后的建筑墙体;其特征在于: 所述的内墙体由HIVP真空绝热板、耐碱玻纤维网格布和抗裂砂浆层组成;在所述的墙 体内壁上固定HIVP真空绝热板,在HIVP真空绝热板上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布,在耐碱玻纤 维网格布上涂覆抗裂砂浆层; 所述的外墙体由抗裂找平层、石墨聚苯板、耐碱玻纤维网格布、抗裂砂衆层、外墙腻子 和外墙装饰层组成;在所述的墙体外壁上涂覆抗裂找平层,在抗裂找平层上由防热桥保温 钉固定两层错缝粘贴的石墨聚苯板,在石墨聚苯板上固定耐碱玻纤维网格布,在耐碱玻纤 维网格布涂覆抗裂砂衆层,再在抗裂砂架层上涂覆外墙腻子,最后在外墙腻子上固定外墙 装饰层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的被动式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于:所述的外墙体的抗裂找平 层为水泥砂楽层或抗裂砂楽层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的被动式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于:所述的两层错缝粘贴 的石墨聚苯板是用聚合物粘结砂浆进行粘贴的。 <
