本实用新型公开了一种具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，包括：轻钢结构框架、钢丝网、隔热层、保护层和混凝土层，轻钢框架包括外框和至少一个与外框连接的斜梁，钢丝网连接在外框与斜梁之间，钢丝网与轻钢结构框架垂直，隔热层位于钢丝网的外侧，保护层位于隔热层的外侧，钢丝网、隔热层和保护层位于混凝土层内。本实用新型的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板结构稳定耐用、保温性能良好、使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及轻钢结构技术领域，具体而言，特别涉及一种具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板。
背景技术
相关技术中，轻钢结构墙板往往是在轻钢框架制作完成后，再向轻钢框架上安装预制的水泥板，这样的轻钢结构墙板中的轻钢框架和预制水泥板结构并不是一体的结构，可靠性较差，并且在使用轻钢结构墙板进行施工建设时，工序较多，施工的时间较长，生产效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。有鉴于此，本实用新型需要提供一种结构稳定，保温性能良好且使用寿命长的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板。
本实用新型提供一种具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，包括：轻钢结构框架、钢丝网、隔热层、保护层和混凝土层，所述轻钢框架包括外框和至少一个与所述外框连接的斜梁，所述钢丝网连接在所述外框与所述斜梁之间，所述钢丝网与所述轻钢结构框架垂直，所述隔热层位于所述钢丝网的外侧，所述保护层位于所述隔热层的外侧，所述钢丝网、所述隔热层和所述保护层位于所述混凝土层内。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例，所述斜梁与所述轻钢结构框架焊接。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例，所述钢丝网与所述斜梁和所述轻钢结构框架焊接。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例，所述钢丝网与所述斜梁、所述钢丝网与所述轻钢结构框架通过连接件连接。

本实用新型的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板取得的有益效果在于：一方面，本实施例的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板中的轻钢结构框架包括固定连接的外框和斜梁，且在轻钢结构框架中连接有钢丝网，这种结构设计加工制作简单，能有效提高墙板的结构稳定性；另一方面，本墙板中的钢丝网的外侧设置有隔热层，提高了墙板的保温性能，隔热层的外侧设置有保护层，保护层能有效防止外界对墙体造成损坏，进一步地保护隔热层不被轻易破坏，延长了墙板的使用寿命。

如图1和图2所示，根据本实用新型的实施例，具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板包括：轻钢结构框架1、钢丝网2、隔热层3、保护层4和混凝土层5，轻钢框架1包括外框11和至少一个与外框11连接的斜梁12，钢丝网2连接在外框11与斜梁12之间，钢丝网2与轻钢结构框架1垂直，隔热层3位于钢丝网2的外侧，保护层4位于隔热层3的外侧，钢丝网2、隔热层3和保护层4位于混凝土层5内。
本实用新型的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，其结构中的轻钢结构框架1包括固定连接有外框11和斜梁12，且在轻钢结构框架1中连接有钢丝网2，这种结构设计加工制作简单，施工工地可自行制作也可外购，能有效提高墙板的结构稳定性；另一方面，本墙板中的钢丝网2的外侧设置有隔热层3，提高了墙板的保温性能，隔热层3的外侧设置有保护层4，保护层4能有效防止外界对墙体造成损坏，进一步地保护隔热层3不被轻易破坏，延长了墙板的使用寿命。
如图1和图2所示，斜梁12与轻钢结构框架1焊接，钢丝网2与斜梁12和轻钢结构框架1焊接，钢丝网2与斜梁12、钢丝网2与轻钢结构框架1通过连接件6连接，焊接后的轻钢结构框架1一方面满足墙板的承载力要求，另一方面使轻钢结构框架1与墙板之间的连接更加牢固，制作加工工艺简单，有效提高墙板的结构稳定性，延长了墙板的使用寿命。
如图2所示，隔热层3与钢丝网2间隔开，中间夹有一层混凝土层5，防止钢丝网2对隔热层3造成损坏。
如图2所示，隔热层3与保护层4间隔开，隔热层3和保护层4之间夹有一层混凝土层5，能有效防止外界对隔热层3造成直接损坏，延长了墙板的使用寿命。
如图2所示，保护层4为织布，织布的柔韧性良好，绿色环保，对外界的破坏起到一定的缓冲作用，延长墙板的使用寿命。
如图2所示，隔热层3为保温板，保温板可节约大量墙体材料，且自重轻，节约资源，使墙板具备优良的保温性能。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例，可以理解的是，上述实施例是示例性的，不能理解为对本实用新型的限制，本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

1.一种具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，其特征在于，包括：轻钢结构框架、钢丝网、隔热层、保护层和混凝土层，所述轻钢结构框架包括外框和至少一个与所述外框连接的斜梁，所述钢丝网连接在所述外框与所述斜梁之间，所述钢丝网与所述轻钢结构框架垂直，所述隔热层位于所述钢丝网的外侧，所述保护层位于所述隔热层的外侧，所述钢丝网、所述隔热层和所述保护层位于所述混凝土层内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，其特征在于，所述斜梁与所述轻钢结构框架焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，其特征在于，所述钢丝网与所述斜梁和所述轻钢结构框架焊接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有隔热层的轻钢结构墙板，其特征在于，所述钢丝网与所述斜梁、所述钢丝网与所述轻钢结构框架通过连接件连接。
