本实用新型推出一种用来压制石油、天然气勘探 开发用的聚能射孔弹金属粉末药型罩的模具,它是由 模芯、阴模、模套及模垫组成,模芯与阴模的一端分别 呈圆锥形凸头和圆锥形的凹槽。本装置结构简单,造 价低,实用,确保产品穿甲深度为500毫米以上。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种金属材料制成的模具,用来压制石油、天然气勘探开发用的聚能射孔弹金属粉末药型罩。
现有的这种药型罩成型制造方法及设备国外非常保密,国内均达不到设计要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简单的装置,以解决射孔弹金属粉末药型罩压制成型,改善聚能射孔弹的破甲性能,达到油、气田堪探开发射孔作业的要求。
本实用新型是这样实现的:模具由模芯、阴模、模套及模垫构成,模芯主体为园柱形,其底端呈园锥形凸头,园柱形阴模的顶端呈园锥形的凹槽,上述凸头与凹槽相配合压制成型药型罩,模套将模芯和阴模套在一起,模套与模芯、阴模均为动配合,将它们放置在模垫上。
本实用新型的优点:结构简单、造价低、实用。
本实用新型提供一张总装剖视图,其中1为模芯,2为阴模,3为模套,4为膜垫,5为药型罩。
实施例如下:本厂已制出上述模具一套,已压制出合格成品,参照附图,模芯1与模套3为动配合,要求配作,间隙为0.01~0.02mm,阴模2与模套3为锥动配合,斜度为1:40,间隙为0.01~0.02mm,模芯1的主体外径为41mm,其底端园锥形凸头曲率半径为1.5mm,阴模2的园锥形的凹槽的曲率半径为2.75mm,全套模具的材料为模具钢,压制作业时,把金属粉末装入阴模的凹形槽中,再装入模芯,并多次旋转模芯,使金属粉末分布均匀,在精度较高的油压机上压制成型,经试验,这种药型罩的射孔弹穿甲深度为500mm以上。

1、一种聚能射孔弹金属粉末药型罩成型模具,其特征在于:模芯的底端呈园锥形凸头,并与阴模顶端呈园锥形的凹槽相配合,模套以动配合将模芯与阴模套在一起。
