本实用新型涉及医疗辅助器械,具体为一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置。包括硬质塑料制成的试管;所述的试管下端通过螺纹活动连接有软塑料制成的锥形结构的试管延伸部,其试管上端安装有试管塞体,试管塞体底部安装有自由端设有棉拭子的支撑杆,且其棉拭子延伸至试管延伸部从底部到顶部的三分之二以下,外力挤压试管延伸部时,试管延伸部会产生弹性变形挤压棉拭子;试管一侧面设有导轨,其导轨内配合安装有一端连接有玻片存放盒的凸起,其玻片存放盒内部设有若干玻片插入槽体,外侧面设有条形码粘接区域。其有益效果在于:其不但能同时对涂片和棉拭子两种标本进行送检,而且还可以使棉拭子上的待检物质能迅速溶解到洗脱试剂中,提高了检验的速度。

一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗辅助器械的技术领域,具体为一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置。
背景技术
目前,在妇科检查中,经常用棉棒取出女性阴道分泌物后将棉棒放在一个敞口塑料瓶中,然后再送到化验室进行检验。由于棉棒在塑料瓶中是敞口存放,在送检过程中极易对瓶中存在的待检物造成污染,给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。申请号为201120080099.2,名称为阴道分泌物取样送检装置的实用新型专利解决了上述问题,但是该装置的取样送检装置只能对橡胶球的标本进行送检;综合评价阴道微生态的内容包括阴道分泌物涂片检查、阴道分泌物微生物检查及各种生化测定,采集过程中可能同时涉及涂片及棉拭子两种类型的标本,以往的做法是分别取样、分开送检,容易导致标本混乱,甚至检验结果错报等医疗差错的发生;与此同时,有些检验项目如酶测定等要求将棉拭子上的标本洗脱并溶解于某些试剂中方能完成检测,既往棉拭子标本的采集通常采用医院常规使用的咽拭子试管来完成,检验科医师获取标本后需要将棉签取出后放入其他容器内来进行添加试剂等操作,费时费力,亦增加了标本污染的机会。因此针对上述问题我们研制了一种分体式结构的阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置,其不但能同时对涂片和棉拭子两种标本进行送检,而且还可以使棉拭子上的待检物质能迅速溶解到洗脱试剂中,并且由于该装置为分体式结构,所以当医师获取标本后可直接在倒锥形的腔体内进行检验,省时省力,而且降低了标本污染的机会,提高了检验的速度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对以上所述的现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种分体式结构的阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置,其不但能同时对涂片和棉拭子两种标本进行送检,而且还可以使棉拭子上的待检物质能迅速溶解到洗脱试剂中,并且由于该装置为分体式结构,所以当医师获取标本后可直接在倒锥形的腔体内进行检验,省时省力,而且降低了标本污染的机会,提高了检验的速度。
为了实现所述目的,本实用新型采用的具体实施方案如下:
一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置,包括硬质塑料制成的试管1;其特征在于:所述的试管1下端通过螺纹活动连接有软塑料制成的锥形结构的试管延伸部2,其试管上端安装有试管塞体3,试管塞体3底部安装有自由端设有棉拭子的支撑杆4,且其棉拭子延伸至试管延伸部2从底部到顶部的三分之二以下,外力挤压试管延伸部2时,试管延伸部2会产生弹性变形挤压棉拭子;所述的试管1一侧面设有导轨5,其导轨5内配合安装有一端连接有玻片存放盒6的凸起7,其玻片存放盒6内部设有若干玻片插入槽体8,外侧面设有条形码粘接区域9。
所述的试管1上方设有液体注入口10,其液体注入口10上安装有密封塞11。
所述的导轨5上端面设有插槽,与插槽配合连接的连接凸起上连接有限定凸起7滑出导轨5及玻片滑出玻片存放盒6的玻片顶盖12。
所述的密封塞11为密封螺帽。
所述的玻片存放盒6两侧面设有圆弧形凹槽体。
本实用新型一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置,其由试管与试管延伸部两部分组成,且试管一侧面设有玻片存放盒;即其不但能同时对涂片和棉拭子两种标本进行送检,而且还可以使棉拭子上的待检物质能迅速溶解到洗脱试剂中,并且当医师获取标本后可直接在倒锥形的腔体内进行检验,省时省力,而且降低了标本污染的机会,提高了检验的速度。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:一、本装置由试管与试管延伸部两部分组成,且试管一侧面设有玻片存放盒;即其不但能同时对涂片和棉拭子两种标本进行送检,而且还可以使棉拭子上的待检物质能迅速溶解到洗脱试剂中,并且当医师获取标本后可直接在倒锥形的腔体内进行检验,省时省力,而且降低了标本污染的机会,提高了检验的速度;二、试管1上方设有液体注入口10,其液体注入口10上安装有密封塞11,其方便洗脱试剂的注入,降低了标本污染的机会;三、导轨上端面设有限位件,其使玻片存放盒固定稳固,不会造成玻片存放盒内存放的涂片洒落。

实施例1
一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置,如图1所示,包括硬质塑料制成的试管1;所述的试管1下端通过螺纹活动连接有软塑料制成的锥形结构的试管延伸部2,其试管上端安装有试管塞体3,试管塞体3底部安装有自由端设有棉拭子的支撑杆4,且其棉拭子延伸至试管延伸部2从底部到顶部的三分之二以下,外力挤压试管延伸部2时,试管延伸部2会产生弹性变形挤压棉拭子;所述的试管1一侧面设有导轨5,其导轨5内配合安装有一端连接有玻片存放盒6的凸起7,其玻片存放盒6内部设有若干玻片插入槽体8,外侧面设有条形码粘接区域9,避免了标本的混乱。
所述的试管1上方设有液体注入口10,其液体注入口10上安装有密封塞11。
所述的导轨5上端面设有插槽,与插槽配合连接的连接凸起上连接有限定凸起7滑出导轨5及玻片滑出玻片存放盒6的玻片顶盖12。
所述的密封塞11为密封螺帽。
临床医师在进行阴道分泌物采样时,首先打开包装,取出试管及玻片存放盒,按常规方式取阴道分泌物涂于载玻片后将玻片插入槽体插入玻片存放盒内,然后拔开试管塞体,取出棉试子,手持其末端于阴道深处取阴道分泌物于棉试子头上,迅速将其装入试管内,将试管塞体塞回原位,再将玻片存放盒沿导轨与试管侧面相连接,使玻片顶端卡于限位件处,防止玻片在运送过程中掉落,然后将载有患者信息的条码贴于条形码粘接区域,整体运送至检验科待检;样本送至检验科后,首先进行扫码确认患者信息,然后取下玻片存放盒,在其上的玻片插入槽体处取下涂片样本,进行涂片的显微镜观察并记录结果,之后旋开密封塞,自液体注入口加入洗脱试剂,由于棉拭子延伸至试管延伸部从底部到顶部的三分之二以下,外力挤压试管延伸部时,试管延伸部会产生弹性变形挤压棉拭子,其有助于待检物质的溶解,反复操作几次后旋下试管延伸部,用滴管吸取其内的溶液进行下一步的检测操作并记录结果。
且本装置为一次性灭菌包装,一次性使用。

1.一种阴道分泌物涂片取样送检装置,包括硬质塑料制成的试管(1);其特征在于:所述的试管(1)下端通过螺纹活动连接有软塑料制成的锥形结构的试管延伸部(2),其试管上端安装有试管塞体(3),试管塞体(3)底部安装有自由端设有棉拭子的支撑杆(4),且其棉拭子延伸至试管延伸部(2)从底部到顶部的三分之二以下,外力挤压试管延伸部(2)时,试管延伸部(2)会产生弹性变形挤压棉拭子;所述的试管(1)一侧面设有导轨(5),其导轨(5)内配合安装有一端连接有玻片存放盒(6)的凸起(7),其玻片存放盒(6)内部设有若干玻片插入槽体(8),外侧面设有条形码粘接区域(9)。
