本实用新型涉及水管技术领域,特别涉及一种花园浇水用的水管。
背景技术
水管是日常生活中常用的产品,在园艺方面,浇水的时候需要对水管进行拖拽,现有的一般采用胶质的软管,这种水管的优点是价格便宜,但是缺点多,首先,由于在使用的时候需要拖拽,所以胶质的软管非常容易受到磨损,寿命不长,另外,软管在太阳暴晒后,容易开裂并掉色,胶质的软管在连接的时候比较麻烦,一般都是用铁丝将软管拧在泵上,这种连接方式不仅安装麻烦,而且容易漏水,密封效果差,而且,铁丝一旦老化就会脱落,实用性很差。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有的水管容易磨损,实用性差的问题,本实用新型提供一种耐磨损,寿命长,安装方便的水管。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:一种多层高性能水管,包括软管,所述软管两端都连接有接头,所述软管外包裹有布制的保护层;所述接头包括内管,所述内管的内壁上安装有多个倒扣,所述内管外套有外管,所述外管与所述内管之间设有弹簧。
作为优选的技术方案,所述保护层通过铜套或铝套与所述接头固定,所述铜套或铝套外设有保护罩,所述保护罩通过螺纹与所述接头连接。
进一步的,所述内管的内壁呈台阶状。
在上述方案的基础上,进一步的,所述内管的管口设有环形的凸起。
另外,所述外管内侧设有支撑柱;所述支撑柱与所述外管连接且卡在所述凸起的下方。
优选的,所述内管上开设有孔,所述倒扣安装在所述孔内。
在上述方案的基础上,优选的,所述倒扣的数量为三个。
优选的,所述外管的外壁上设有防滑槽。
进一步优选的,所述保护罩的外壁上设有防滑纹。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的有益效果是:该水管在软管的外圈包裹一层编织或纺织布套的保护层,耐磨损,抗UV,大大增加了水管的使用寿命;另外,在水管上增加了接头,接头采用卡扣的方式,拆接都很方便,而且密封效果好,大大增强了产品的实用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本实用新型,但并不构成对本实用新型的限定。此外,下面所描述的本实用新型各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1-5所示,一种高性能水管,包括软管(图中未画出),该软管可以由PVC、改性PVC、合成橡胶、薄膜、天然橡胶、TPE、TPR热塑性弹性体等各种材料中的其中一种或者几种制成,软管两端都连接有接头2和3,在塑料软管的外圈包裹有编织或纺织布套的保护套4,保护套可以由耐磨的纱线编织制成或是由纱线纺织而成的布套,保护套4利用铜套或铝套扎紧在接头2和3上,这样可以大大增加水管的耐磨性,通过铜套或铝套将接头直接与水管及外层编织布扣押在一起,避免了二次转接头带来的漏水问题,并增强水管工作压力,这种水管特别是用在花园浇水的这种场合非常的合适,耐磨,作为进一步的技术方案,还可以在保护套4和塑料软管之间增加一层钢丝网(图中未画出),这样耐磨效果会更好。铜套/铝套外设有保护罩5,保护罩5通过螺纹与接头2或3连接,保护罩5的外壁上设有防滑纹。这样使得该水管具有耐磨,耐高压,爆破压力高的优点,接头通过扣押后保压,不漏水,相对传统软管,使用方便,体积小,环保,抗UV,耐磨耐用。
为了方便该水管的安装与拆卸,将接头2和3设置成快速接头的方式,接头2和3是相同的结构,拿接头2举例来说,接头2包括内管21,内管21的内壁呈台阶状,方便连接,在内管21的管壁上开设有孔,孔内装上安装有多个倒扣22,在本实施例中,倒扣的数量为3个,倒扣22包括卡扣部220和支撑部221,卡扣部220和支撑部221一体成型;卡扣部220有一面为斜面,倒扣22在内管21上是可活动的,支撑部221上开设有凹槽,在内管21的底部开有卡子24,支撑部221的凹槽卡在卡子24上;内管21的管口设有一圈环形的凸起210,在内管21外套有外管23,外管23与内管21之间设有弹簧1,外管23的内侧设有支撑柱230;支撑柱230与外管23连接且卡在凸起210的下方,凸起210起到阻止外管23被弹簧1弹出的作用。另外,外管23的外壁上设有防滑槽,方便安装和拆卸。
在连接水管的时候,只需将接头的外管23向下推动,此时,倒扣22就会松动,然后将需要连接的水泵或者洒水的喷头插入接头中,松开外管23即可,在弹簧1的作用下,外管会向上弹起,压紧卡扣22,从而卡死与之连接的水泵或者洒水的喷头;拆卸的时候同样的推动2外管23,倒扣22松动,即可轻松取出与之连接的水泵或者洒水的喷头,操作非常的便利,而且可以重复使用,大大增加了产品的实用性。

其特征在于:所述软管外包裹有布制的保护层;所述接头包括内管,所述内管的内壁上安装有多个倒扣,所述内管外套有外管,所述外管与所述内管之间设有弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层高性能水管,其特征在于:所述保护层通过铜套或铝套与所述接头固定,所述铜套或铝套外设有保护罩,所述保护罩通过螺纹与所述接头连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层高性能水管,其特征在于:所述内管的内壁呈台阶状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水管,其特征在于:所述内管的管口设有环形的凸起。
