Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉,包括炉体,炉体内的布风板将炉体内腔分隔为上燃烧腔和下进气腔,下进气腔与进气管和主燃烧器连通,上燃烧腔的炉体侧壁上设置有焚烧物料的进料口和炉渣的排渣口,布风板上设置有砂层,进料口下方设置有布气环,布气环的环面上设置有若干个排气孔;布气环将上燃烧腔分隔为干化燃烧区和位于干化燃烧区上方的二次燃烧区,干化燃烧区的炉体侧壁上连通有水汽导出管,布气环通过管道与鼓风机相通。该泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉在进料口下方设置布气环,通过调节燃烧器和空气流量的大小,是焚烧炉兼具干化泥饼和焚烧泥饼双重功能,尤其适用于污水处理过程中的小批量泥饼的焚烧处理。

一种泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及废水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉。
背景技术
[0002] 污泥焚烧是指在500-100(TC下,污泥固形物在无氧气或者低氧气氛中分解气体、 焦油及灰分的过程。污泥焚烧的对象为脱水泥饼。工业废水处理过程中所产生的污泥、废 渣、废气最终均需要导入到焚烧炉中进行焚烧,其中的污泥需要预先经过压滤机或者其他 等效设备压制成泥饼。现有技术中泥饼的含水率为45-86%,干燥后的污泥含水率可降至20-40%,含水量过大不利于泥饼的充分燃烧。
[0003] 现有技术中通常采用先干化后焚烧的处理,但是干化过程中能耗大,改进的技术 方案如CN20〇986l95、CN2〇39〇7628U等多篇专利文献中公开的,将焚烧炉产生的烟气导入到 换热机构对泥饼进行预烘干化处理,或者采用具有往复炉排片的焚烧炉,利用往复炉排片 的结构不同,对初入焚烧炉的泥饼进行干化。上述两种结构的焚烧炉结构较复杂,设备占地 面积大,往复炉排片的焚烧炉炉排片使用寿命低,一般多用于焚烧水分和灰分较高、热值较 低(12560kJ/kg)的劣质煤和一般易结焦的煤。相较而言,废水处理厂实际所采用的焚烧炉 处理量较小。
[0004] 《环境工程》2004年6月第22卷第3期“流化床焚烧炉污泥焚烧工艺特性研究”指出, 流化床形焚烧炉燃烧进料适用范围广、在处理含油污泥过程中安全系数高,为废水处理厂 的常用机型,并公开了常用极性的结构。现有技术中的流化床焚烧炉也进针对脱水物料,对 于含有一定水分的物料,同样需要经过预先处理,设备之间的物料转运需要耗费大量的人 工,生产效率较差。 实用新型内容
[0005]本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种泥饼用流化床干化 焚烧炉,该焚烧炉可分步实现泥饼的干化以及焚烧处理。
[0006]为实现上述技术效果,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉, 包括炉体,炉体内的布风板将炉体内腔分隔为上燃烧腔和下进气腔,下进气腔与进气管和 主燃烧器连通,上燃烧腔的炉体侧壁上设置有焚烧物料的进料口和炉渣的排渣口,布风板 上设置有砂层,其特征在于,进料口下方设置有布气环,布气环的环面上设置有若干个排气 孔;布气环将上燃烧腔分隔为干化燃烧区和位于干化燃烧区上方的二次燃烧区,干化燃烧 区的炉体侧壁上连通有水汽导出管,布气环通过管道与鼓风机相通。
[0007]将泥饼直接进料至炉体干化燃烧区中,由于下进气腔与空气的进气管和主燃烧器 相连通,通过调节主燃烧器的燃烧物质流量和空气流量,使干化燃烧区中的泥饼升温脱水, 布气环喷射出气流可控制含有水蒸气的湿气流上升至二次燃烧区中,最终湿气流经由水汽 导出管排出,同时还可以增加泥饼表面的空气流动速度,便于其中水分的蒸发。干化完成 后,加大主燃烧器的燃烧物质流量和空气流量,继续流化焚烧作业。
[0008] 为了保证布气环的喷出气流倾斜向下,使干化燃烧区中的气流形成热对流,优选 的技术方案为,排气孔在布气环内缘周向上均匀分布,布气环的排气孔倾斜设置,排气孔的 出料端朝向干化燃烧区。

[0010] 优选的技术方案为,水汽导出管与冷凝器连通。通过监测冷凝器的冷凝液体流量, 或者监测盛装冷凝液体的容器液面变化,判断炉体中泥饼的干燥程度和千化处理结束时 间。
[0011] 为了提高布气环出风的温度,避免干化过程中冷热气流混合影响干化效率,优选 的技术方案为,下进气腔的炉体侧壁上设置有支管,支管与布气环相通,鼓风机连接设置在 支管上。
[0012] 优选的技术方案为,布气环的外轮廓为锥筒状。锥筒状的布气环还具有一定的导 流作用,将沿炉体侧壁上升的含水蒸气的湿气流导向炉体中心部分,直至与布气环喷射气 流混合。
[0013] 为了保证泥饼的彻底焚烧,优选的技术方案为,二次燃烧区的炉体侧壁上连通有 二次空气导入口和附加燃烧器。

[0030]泥饼经由进料口导入至干化燃烧区中,关闭进料口,打开主燃烧器的燃烧器开关 和空气进气阀(连接在进气管上),通过控制系统或手动调节燃烧器的油或可燃气体的流 量,同时调节空气进气流量,打开布气环的鼓风机进气和水汽导出管排气,干化燃烧区保温 100〜120°C,含有水蒸气的热气流在干化燃烧区中呈热对流状态。当冷凝器无冷凝液滴落, 污泥干化操作完成。
[0031]调节燃烧器的油或可燃气体的流量,同时调节空气进气流量(过量空气),脱水后 的泥饼松散,焚烧颗粒在干化燃烧区和二次燃烧区中均形成悬浮的焚烧区,砂层呈沸腾状 态。焚烧烟气经由炉体顶端的烟气出口出料,由上燃烧腔的底端排渣口出料。
[0032]泥饼进料量相同且含水量一致的条件下,通过监测冷凝水量,实施例2中的泥饼干 化速度快。

1.一种泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉,包括炉体,炉体内的布风板将炉体内腔分隔为上燃 烧腔和下进气腔,下进气腔与进气管和主燃烧器连通,上燃烧腔的炉体侧壁上设置有焚烧 物料的进料口和炉渣的排渣口,布风板上设置有砂层,其特征在于,进料口下方设置有布气 环,布气环的环面上设置有若干个排气孔•,布气环将上燃烧腔分隔为干化燃烧区和位于干 化燃烧区上方的二次燃烧区,干化燃烧区的炉体侧壁上连通有水汽导出管,布气环通过管 道与鼓风机相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉,其特征在于,排气孔在布气环内缘 周向上均匀分布,布气环的排气孔倾斜设置,排气孔的出料端朝向干化燃烧区。

4.根据权利要求1所述的泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉,其特征在于,水汽导出管与冷凝器 连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉,其特征在于,下进气腔的炉体侧壁 上设置有支管,支管与布气环相通,鼓风机连接设置在支管上。

7.根据权利要求1所述的泥饼用流化床干化焚烧炉,其特征在于,二次燃烧区的炉体侧 壁上连通有二次空气导入口和附加燃烧器。
