Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种铭牌的快速安装结构，本结构可以快速安装和拆卸铭牌，可避免铭牌在拆卸过程中被拆坏，提高工作效率，降低成本。其改进之处是利用一种反向卡扣，使铭牌能顺利的安装上去而不会掉出，拆卸需要手工利用铭牌的变形才可以出来。

本实用新型涉及铭牌的快速安装领域，尤其涉及一种铭牌的快速安装结构。
背景技术
当一个产品产品投放市场后，都会附带一份铭牌在这个产品上，向用户提供厂家商标识别、品牌区分、产品参数铭记等信息的铭牌。铭牌主要用来记载生产厂家及额定工作情况下的一些技术数据，以供正确使用而不致损坏设备。制作铭牌的材料有金属类和非金属类之分别:金属类有锌合金、铜、铁、铝、不锈钢等，但是主要用铝生产比较多，因为加工出来的铭牌效果相对要高档，经久耐用，不生锈。非金属类有塑料、亚克力有机板、PVC、PC、纸等。目前固定铭牌的主要方法有：螺钉固定、胶粘、铆钉压铆、热熔等，然而这样的安装方式会带来一些弊端，比如安装效率不高、拆卸不方便、拆卸时可能会破坏铭牌等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为克服上述的不足之处，目的在于提供一种铭牌的快速安装结构，本结构可以快速安装和拆卸铭牌，可避免铭牌在拆卸过程中被拆坏，提高工作效率，降低成本。其改进之处是利用一种反向卡扣，使铭牌能顺利的安装上去而不会掉出，拆卸需要手工利用铭牌的变形才可以出来。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案达到上述目的：一种铭牌的快速安装结构，包括铭牌和反向卡扣；所述的铭牌和反向卡扣均可在受力下产生变形；所述的铭牌通过反向卡扣固定在待安装铭牌的产品外壳上。
作为优选，所述的铭牌顺着反向卡扣的卡扣导向连接在产品外壳上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型可提高工作效率，降低成本，维修过程拆卸简单，减少零部件的损坏。

下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行进一步描述，但本实用新型的保护范围并不仅限于此：
实施例：一种铭牌的快速安装结构包括铭牌和反向卡扣；所述的铭牌和反向卡扣均可在受力下产生变形；所述的铭牌通过反向卡扣固定在待安装铭牌的产品外壳上；所述的铭牌顺着反向卡扣的卡扣导向连接在产品外壳上。
本实用新型安装使用时，如图1所示，先将产品的外壳1翻过来放好，把铭牌2放在外壳1上方，如图2所示；由于铭牌2和反向卡扣在安装的那一瞬间是会变形的，所以铭牌只要往下一放很容易的就会顺着卡扣的导向而安装到位，如图3、图4所示，图4中的标号3为反向卡扣。由于这种反向卡扣结构上的优化，即使反向卡扣或者铭牌有变形，也不会轻易的掉出来。另外，利用反向卡扣结构来固定铭牌的另外一个优点就是在不破坏铭牌的情况下拆卸很方便。由于铭牌一般都很薄，所以铭牌在短时间内做点变形不会造对它的破坏。拆卸时手工让铭牌做一定的变形，自然就能顺利的出来，而且铭牌也不会坏。利用此结构可提高工作效率，降低成本，维修过程拆卸简单，减少零部件的损坏。

1.一种铭牌的快速安装结构，其特征在于，包括铭牌和反向卡扣；所述的铭牌和反向卡扣均可在受力下产生变形；所述的铭牌通过反向卡扣固定在待安装铭牌的产品外壳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铭牌的快速安装结构，其特征在于：所述的铭牌顺着反向卡扣的卡扣导向连接在产品外壳上。
