本实用新型公开了一种电子烟发热棒,包括玻璃发热棒和电热丝,玻璃发热棒为中空管状或实心柱体,主要原料为二氧化硅材料,玻璃发热棒设有均匀分布的微孔,微孔的直径为0.01‑1mm,电热丝呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极,电热丝缠绕嵌接于玻璃发热棒表面或同轴嵌接玻璃发热棒内部,电热丝竖直电极外露于玻璃发热棒表面。本实用新型中的玻璃发热棒主要原料为二氧化硅材料,环保,密度小;设置有均匀分布的微孔,微孔直径大,导油速度快,雾化均匀,雾化效率高,更节能;又具有储油、锁油功能,解决了纤维绳、吸油棉、陶瓷等发热装置的缺陷,口感好,提高电子烟使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种电子烟发热棒。
背景技术
目前用于电子烟的发热芯,有纤维绳,吸油棉,陶瓷等发热装置,纤维绳和吸油棉发热装置,在没有烟油的状态下,会出现干烧,把纤维绳和吸油棉烧坏,大大降低电子烟的使用寿命。陶瓷发热装置,虽然改善了这方面的问题,但是陶瓷发热装置密度高,微孔非常小,无法大量储烟油,吸油效果不佳,会出现吸油跟不上,出现焦糊味儿,影响口感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电子烟发热棒,该电子发热棒中的玻璃发热棒的主要原料为二氧化硅环保材料,密度小,设置有均匀分布的微孔,微孔直径大,导油速度快,雾化均匀,雾化效率高,更节能;又具有储油、锁油功能,解决了纤维绳、吸油棉、陶瓷等发热装置的缺陷,口感好,提高电子烟使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:包括玻璃发热棒和电热丝,所述玻璃发热棒为中空管状或实心柱体,所述玻璃发热棒主要原料为二氧化硅材料,所述玻璃发热棒设有均匀分布的微孔,所述微孔的直径为0.01-1mm,所述电热丝呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极,所述电热丝缠绕嵌接于所述玻璃发热棒表面或同轴嵌接所述玻璃发热棒内部,所述电热丝竖直电极外露于所述玻璃发热棒表面。
优选的,所述微孔的直径为0.1-0.5mm;
优选的,所述玻璃发热棒可为透明、半透明或不透明。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
玻璃发热棒主要原料为二氧化硅材料,环保,密度小;设置有均匀分布的微孔,微孔直径大,导油速度快,雾化均匀,雾化效率高,更节能;又具有储油、锁油功能,解决了纤维绳、吸油棉、陶瓷等发热装置的缺陷,口感好,提高电子烟使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种电子烟发热棒,包括玻璃发热棒1和电热丝2,所述玻璃发热棒1为实心柱体,所述玻璃发热棒1主要原料为二氧化硅材料,所述玻璃发热棒1设有均匀分布的微孔,所述微孔的直径为0.01mm,所述电热丝2呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极21,所述电热丝2缠绕嵌接于所述玻璃发热棒 1表面,所述电热丝竖直电极21外露于所述玻璃发热棒1表面。
在本实施例中,所述玻璃发热1棒为透明。
实施例2:
如图2所示,一种电子烟发热棒,包括玻璃发热棒1和电热丝2,所述玻璃发热棒1为中空管状,所述玻璃发热棒1主要原料为二氧化硅材料,所述玻璃发热棒1设有均匀分布的微孔,所述微孔的直径为1mm,所述电热丝2呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极21,所述电热丝2缠绕嵌接于所述玻璃发热棒1表面,所述电热丝竖直电极21外露于所述玻璃发热棒1表面。
在本实施例中,所述玻璃发热棒1为半透明。
实施例3:
如图3所示,一种电子烟发热棒,包括玻璃发热棒1和电热丝2,所述玻璃发热棒1为中空管状,所述玻璃发热棒1主要原料为二氧化硅材料,所述玻璃发热棒1设有均匀分布的微孔,所述微孔的直径为0.1mm,所述电热丝2呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极21,所述电热丝2同轴嵌接所述玻璃发热棒1内部,所述电热丝竖直电极21外露于所述玻璃发热棒表面。
在本实施例中,所述玻璃发热棒1为不透明。
实施例4:
如图3所示,一种电子烟发热棒,包括玻璃发热棒1和电热丝2,所述玻璃发热棒1为中空管状,所述玻璃发热棒1主要原料为二氧化硅材料,所述玻璃发热棒1设有均匀分布的微孔,所述微孔的直径为0.5mm,所述电热丝2呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极21,所述电热丝2同轴嵌接所述玻璃发热棒1内部,所述电热丝竖直电极21外露于所述玻璃发热棒表面。
在本实施例中,所述玻璃发热棒1为透明。

1.一种电子烟发热棒,其特征在于,包括玻璃发热棒和电热丝,所述玻璃发热棒为中空管状或实心柱体,所述玻璃发热棒原料为二氧化硅材料,所述玻璃发热棒设有均匀分布的微孔,所述微孔的直径为0.01-1mm,所述电热丝呈螺旋状且两端分别设置有竖直电极,所述电热丝缠绕嵌接于所述玻璃发热棒表面或同轴嵌接所述玻璃发热棒内部,所述电热丝竖直电极外露于所述玻璃发热棒表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟发热棒,其特征在于,所述微孔的直径为0.1-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟发热棒,其特征在于,所述玻璃发热棒可为透明、半透明或不透明。
