本实用新型涉及一种改良型厌氧布水器，属于污水处理设备领域。
背景技术
目前，大多采用厌氧加好氧的生物处理工艺处理浓度高、可生化性较好的工业废水。近些年国内厌氧布水普遍采用大阻力配水形式，受进水的水质影响，布水支管堵塞严重，且难以疏通；同时在调试期间，进水量较少，布水支管出口水流速度慢，不能对反应器内污泥形成有效扰动，反应器有效利用率低下，启动及处理周期较长。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种布水均匀的改良型厌氧布水器，它能从根本上解决大阻力配水的布水管易堵塞和难疏通问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下方案：改良型厌氧布水器，包括脉冲器和设置在脉冲器下面的点对点布水器，脉冲器包括设置有进水管的壳体，设置在壳体内的虹吸管、脉冲钟罩和脉冲出水管，虹吸管下端设置在壳体中下部，其上端与脉冲钟罩上部相连；点对点布水器包括依次相连的水箱、连接管和布水管；脉冲出水管上端设置在脉冲钟罩中，其高度与虹吸管上端相近，脉冲出水管的下端设置在点对点布水器的水箱中。
PP材料的布水管上设置有保证其下端位于厌氧反应器的反射锥锥顶的折角；PP材料耐腐蚀性强，同时易折角，可根据不同工程实现点对点布水面积的调整。
连接管和布水管通过活接头连接；拆装方便。
实用新型有益效果
本实用新型采用脉冲器、点对点布水器对厌氧反应器反射锥直接布水，改变了原有布水方式，通过脉冲器将进水从之前大阻力连续进水调整为间歇进水，人为控制脉冲周期，使反应器内污泥反复经历瞬时扰动、均匀沉降过程。具有如下优点：1、工作时脉冲器利用虹吸作用，在短时间内通过脉冲出水管出水，充满点对点布水器的水箱，同时在短时间内又将水箱内的污水通过布水管排放到厌氧反应器内，通过瞬时大流量进水，对厌氧反应器内污泥起到冲击搅拌作用，同时减少布水管堵塞现象的发生；2、此布水形式可有效避免池内形成短流、沟流，提高池容利用率；3、由于点对点布水管安装于反应器顶部，一旦布水管出现堵塞问题，可直接在反应器外疏通，即从活接头下端拆下布水管，疏通或更换后即可，操作简便、快速。本实用新型从根本上解决了大阻力配水易堵塞，难疏通的问题，且点单点布水面积可根据不同工程做调整，保证布水均匀。

具体实施方式
改良型厌氧布水器，包括脉冲器6和点对点布水器1，点对点布水器1设置在脉冲器6下面。脉冲器6包括设置有进水管2的壳体9，设置在壳体9内的虹吸管5、脉冲钟罩8和脉冲出水管7，虹吸管5下端设置在壳体9内，位于壳体9中下部，虹吸管5上端与脉冲钟罩8上部相连。点对点布水器1包括依次相连的水箱10、多个连接管11和布水管15；脉冲出水管7上端设置在脉冲钟罩8中，其高度与虹吸管5上端相近，脉冲出水管7的下端设置在点对点布水器1的水箱10中。每根PP材料的布水管15上部为竖直管，中部设置有保证其下端位于厌氧反应器14底部反射锥16锥顶的折角。进水管2上安装有流量计4和阀门3，根据水质水量通过阀门3调整脉冲器6的进水速度，人为控制脉冲周期，脉冲周期通常取3-8分钟不等。连接管12和布水管15连接处设置活接头，方便拆装。
实用新型安装时，脉冲器6和点对点布水器1的水箱10、连接管12都安装在厌氧反应器14顶部，布水管15穿过三相分离器13缝隙进入厌氧反应器14底部，每根布水管15下端设置在厌氧反应器14底部反射锥16的锥顶。本实用新型不易发生堵塞，一旦发生布水管15堵塞，可以从活接头处拆开，提出有问题布水管15进行维修或更换。

1.一种改良型厌氧布水器，其特征在于包括脉冲器和设置在脉冲器下面的点对点布水器，脉冲器包括设置有进水管的壳体，设置在壳体内的虹吸管、脉冲钟罩和脉冲出水管，虹吸管下端设置在壳体中下部，其上端与脉冲钟罩上部相连；点对点布水器包括依次相连的水箱、连接管和布水管；脉冲出水管上端设置在脉冲钟罩中，其高度与虹吸管上端相近，脉冲出水管的下端设置在点对点布水器的水箱中。
2.如权利要求1所述的改良型厌氧布水器，其特征在于布水管上设置有保证其下端位于厌氧反应器的反射锥锥顶的折角。
3.如权利要求1所述的改良型厌氧布水器，其特征在于布水管为PP材料。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的改良型厌氧布水器，其特征在于连接管和布水管通过活接头连接。
